Highly efficient and friendly staff, great location, walking distance to shopping areas and sightseeings

noisy rooms, we could hear our neighbors conversation through the wall. Bad smell in the corridors

Location and reasonable standard. A no frills hotel

Fixtures in bathroom placed so that sitting on toilet seat virtually impossible Breakfeast buffet very limited . Not on par with 4-5 star hotel standard

The location was the only positive attribute.

1. Front desk staff was not accommodating for a larger room, although rooms were available. 2. Rooms not facing Grosvenor Square face an indoor brick courtyard that is boring and unattractive. 3. Weddings held on the ground floor can be heard (way too loud) on the 2nd floor where our room was, deep into the late hours of the night. 4. overpriced!!! For what you get. Go to the Ritz or Dorchester or ? for the same price and a better hotel.

Location, location and again the location is one of the best assets of this hotel. Look no further.

Not really any complaints, but dissapointing you have to pay for Wifi access and internet on the business centre.

the food quality and bed

non smoking rooms not available and not pre informed, therefore not happy.. room service took one hour to arrive told 3 times it would be 5 mins and on its way

Trés bel hôtel , personnel charmant et très attentif au confort des clients , très bon emplacement tout près des rues commerçantes et des lieux touristiques de Londres !

Nous étions au dernier étage et il y avait un bruit de moteur ( climatisation ) qui venait de la terrasse au dessus de nos têtes! Assez gênant pour dormir ! Si nous étions restés plus d'une nuit , il n'y aurait eu aucun problème pour changer de chambre car le personnel est très sympa!

Hotel très bien placé. Propeté de la chambre et des parties communes. Personnel discret et disponible.

Exigüité de la chambre. La vue très réduite sur le square Grosvernor ne devrait pas constituer un élément de marketing si prononcé.

Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant de Gordon ramsay sont une catastrophe ! Le lit de notre fils n'a jamais été préparé. Les murs sont très mal insonorisés.

Piccola e angusta la camera rispetto al costo. Difetto: non si appoggiano cuscini di velluto per tutti gli usi sullle federe fresche di bucato: fa decorazione ma e' antiigienico.Il fatto di non riuscire ad areare la camera tramite apertura finestre è penalizzante.

Loistava sijainti ostosten ja ravintoloiden kannalta. Keskeiset ostoskadut kävelymatkan päässä.

Aula ahdas ja aulabaari puuttuu kokonaan.
