Good service and polite staff
Low quality breakfast
Staff were ultra courteous and made us very welcome. Comfortable room and super clean.
Good deals in the restaurant. Good value kids meal. Breakfast was good.
Leisure centre only available by going outside and then round the block. Saunas not very good and the pool was only 'ok''
The quite room on a higher floor which is what we had requested.
We were all very disapointed with hte quality of the breakfast. Some of the food was cold and the bacon was so dry it was extremely chewy. W e had to wait for the toaster to work along with everyone else, eventually they replaced it!!!e
Room was very spacious and bedding was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant.
TV made a strange high-pitched noise (even though it was turned off) which kept me awake most of the night. There was a strange pill and some coins under the chair indicating the room wasn't cleaned. There were also patches on the side of the bed. One of the doors to the cabinet was missing.
Good breakfast bar. Attentive staff
The lie about free Wifi. Couldn't log on and desk staff told us we needed to pay £10. Very unusual to have compulsory high charge for wifi these days. Would choose alternative hotel next time.
Near to tube. Spacious and clean bedroom.
Didn't have breakfast in the hotel as it was £18 per person. Staff wouldn't dry clean my daughters coat even though she'd been sick and it was the only one we had with us. Food in restaurant disappointing. Temperature in bedroom far too hot even when turned off.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite
Room was comfortable, apart from the fridge not working and there being an awful aroma when opened :-(
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to tube station.
Bedroom facilities very tired looking. Bathroom had black mould around the bath. Bathroom floor had ominous looking drip marks around the toilet. Towels great if you want to exfoliate! Cooked breakfast only luke warm. Pool in a separate building. No milk in room for tea and coffee.
Me and my boyfriend stayed over the valentines weekend and really enjoyed our stay. Room was a great size and the bed was super comfy, had everything I needed
Didnt have a bad experience although as with all hotels you have to pay a deposit. Had to pay £50 deposit per night or you have to verify if you have a credit card
The massive bed, quiet room and it was so relaxing!
Not having the opinon of having a late check out
Very rough area of London. Pool was in a leisure centre away from the hotel, so didn't go. Staff weren't good and service was very poor. Would never go again.
Bed wasn't so comfortable
Large hotel on a busy junction but welcoming and quick check in we had an executive room and had an ample breakfast in the executive lounge. We needed to leave the car in the car park after we had checked out and the concierge agreed at no extra cost. £30 for 24 hrs.
We were not given information on what to expect for an executive room. It appears that canapes are not available on Friday evening and wi fi is charged at £15 a day. Neithervwere explained at check in. The lounge had no atmosphere and the few that were in there with us kept themselves to themselves and spoke in whispers. No soft music or conversation in there. There are no alcoholic drinks either, unlike the crowne plaza chain ( same price) The bed was well worn and we were in an attic room. Small and hot.
I stay here about 4-5 times a year it's great for the bus to Oxford/Bond street. The Maida Vale tube is just round the corner I love it.
The bath is a little slippery so I always ask for a rubber bath mat and it's always there waiting,,
Welcoming staff didn't feel friendly, if anything for some reason didn't warm to us.
No free WiFi, in order to access swiming pool you need to go go outside(around the corner).
Paying for Wifi is a bit old fashioned and irritating. However I did make the point and was not therefore charged for Wifi. Bedrooms are a bit tired.
great price, very clean, rooms comfortable. Staff extremely nice.
Wifi in room not free. Our first room was too hot but they changed our room as soon as we complained. Rooms carpeted.
Nice and decent Hotel for a good price (it was a booking.com discounted deal)
Nice warm, comfy room with both an iron + board and a fridge. Hotel also listened to my request for a room on a high floor at time of booking.
Price of the parking seemed extremely high (£30 per night) but no choice but to pay as nowhere else to park as central London. All the usual rubbishy freeview channels on TV but none of the better ones except Sky News and BBC.
Friendly comfortable hotel Good value
Location far from centre Wi Fi expensive
clean rooms, employees cleaning rooms were polite and greeted you in corridor and were ery helpful, presumed theses were cleaning staff
staff around common area's such as reception barely acknowledged us unless we said hello to them.
Room too hot, too noisy, shabby decor and the shower didn't work. Feels run down.
The staff was extremely helpful
