Warm and very friendly staff. Simply the best you can find in any hotel. The concierges, Daniel, Wajahat and Michael, very enthusuastic and a great help in anything you need during your stay in the hotel. They've got to do something about their wi-fi internet connnection. It was very slow and kept on disconnecting all the time. That was the major nuissance of all times especially when you're staying for 5 nights.

It is accessible to all the major tourist attractions, the underground, big bus station, Hyde park and the Edgware road which is the place you can find Arab restaurants offering halal food. This is particularly important for Muslim visitors. Also walking distance to Oxford st for those who love shopping. There is not much variety of food in breakfast buffet however, you can order what you want and it's included in the package (without additional charge). The negative side is for guests who do not know about their system will just settle for the food available in front of them.

Its location I booked the Marriott because it offered the option of a Twin or King room , as I was travelling with a friend , we wanted a twin room so I selected this option and then specified it had to be a Twin room in the comments. On arrival, I was informed that there was no Twin room available and that they could never guarantee a Twin room that is why the option was Twin or King !! They then proceeded to check me into a standard Double room (not King) with camp bed. The reception staff were very unhelpful on the matter so I do not recommend that 2 single people ever stay at this hotel as they are incapable of catering for Twin room requirements. At breakfast we were charged gbp 10 each for tea and juice with a gbp 5 charge for service... Our fault , we should have gone around the corner to Pret a Manger !

The pool and room 436 was good but small in size. And I think for price of 529 pound is over price.as I thouth room should be same as marriot champ ellessy in paris. Room 115 were very poor arrange + a/c was not cooling the bed room as was blowing in corridor. Complane to reciption they say engineer will do something but no one came,and window sun light was poor.

Personel çok ilgili ve kibardı. Oxford Street'in başında yer alıyordu, ulaşımı çok kolaydı ve alışveriş için çok uygundu. Odaları temiz ve ihtiyaçları karışılayacak herşeye sahipti.

Niente a parte la posizione Frigobar vuoto e mai riempito in tre giorni, assenza ciabatte in camera e prese per l'elettricità di tipo non inglese, mobilio vecchio e scassato, bagno sporco, camera rumorosa e piccola, aria condizionata scarsamente modulabile. Non merita le stelle che ha.

Perfecta ubicación,es un hotel excelente con habitaciones amplias y un personal de exquisito trato,muy tranquilo a pesar de estar ubicado en el corazón de Londres.
