Room, swimming pool, location.
Lift system incredibly slow and often full so had to wait. Restaurant a bit tired looking now. Breakfast very expensive poor system and food Luke warm.
staff are very very helpfull and friendly, room is nice and spatious, breakfast is very good
air condition makes a constant loud noise, impossible to turn off! We choose this hotel for its pool and wellness. Due to a technical defect , all were closed. We would NOT have booked this hotel had they not had a pool, so you can imagine our disappointment !
Nice room and very comfortable bed
Had to pay for wi fi in your room
Everything is ok. The breakfest could be better if every day provides not the same food.
Bed comfort was good and room size was as expected by a Marriott hotel
Stayed 5 nights. The shampoo and shower gel was not replaced on a daily basis and we run out only to find out when in the shower. They did not refill coffee supplies. The room service would keep coming back to clean the room even when they new that we are inside - this happened everyday. On the last day they knocked the door and entered the room at 8.05am. Then they came back at 10, 10.30, 11 and 11.30. The sfaff at reception were not knowledgeable on the area. By the way, I am a Silver Elite member of the Marriott hotels. One addifinal point, they did not reward me with any Marriott points because I made the reservation through booking.com and not through their reservations desk.
The cleanliness of the room and a very good breakfast
A little further than expected as originally booked thinking it was at Regents Park and not a further train ride away to Swiss Cottage

Quite an aged hotel.
Awful attitude from the chauffeur service and the reception staff Locked down our room for no reason and did not apologise for anything Hotel needs refurbishment or removal of one star rating as soon as possible
Nothing was too much trouble here - great hotel, bit corporate but was great for our family break. Facilities were great and parking handy.
The hotel is a rip off, if you are looking for value for money avoid this hotel. Most hotels this days has free wifi at least, The hotel is not children friendly, breakfast cost £20 per person car park £33 per night. Marriot abroad is much more generous than the ones in UK.

SHORT OF SKILLED STAFF BREAKFAST
The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Fantastic hotel for children. We really enjoyed our stay.
Everything!!! Great staff, rooms, and food. Nice roomy rooms. Quite.
Outside the city center.
Found that it was noval the yellow brick road theme
A good sized room and bed (deluxe king booked) in a quiet location. I left a pair of earrings behind on checkout and Housekeeping were very helpful and efficient in checking for them and returning them safely to me.
Fire alarm went off at 2.20am, which was a bit of a shock! Luckily no need to evacuate as it stopped reasonably quickly.
convenient walk to tube
Woken up with fire alarm at 2am Swimming pool was dirty
we met the doorman samir, he make us the trip
The breakfast buffet was great, everything hot and very tasty. Huge amount of choice with children well catered for as well.
TV reception was poor, impossible to watch a programme.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean hotel. Walking distance from a tube station.
A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Despite being out of our room all day it was not serviced. The management were very apologetic and to their credit agreed to a small reduction in the room price for one day and later sent a complimentary bottle of wine to the room.
Staff Tasteful breakfast
The room having a balcony, the ample breakfast & being able to book in a little earlier.
The fact that you had to walk through the lobby to access the pool& that there were swimming classes in there over this weekend.
The staff were excellent so polite food was good room perfect will book again
Concierge was cool, and almost everything as expected.
WiFi is not included! And the charge is immense. Elevators are slow. And there is no public staircase.
Very dated, no stairs everyone waiting for lifts,
