The room is very noisy from the car noise outside
Proximity to the zoo and tube line. Comfortable room, excellent staff and fab pool.
Rubbish uncollected from room on arrival. Double payment of parking, although rectified. Unsafe steps between pool and changing facilities.
swimming pool and spa, room was lovely, also staff were very helpful and nice,
We are were all students with little income, we went there for my 19 birthday but found the breakfast to be too pricey so we didn't have any as there was 4 of us, would of like a student deal, Shame as breakfast at hotel would of been lovely before we left the hotel. we could of all afforded 10 pounds each but no more. Otherwise had a great stay.
The reception desk & lobby staff are so great, kindness, helpful. The room was fantastic, comfort, & you feel you are at home.
The restaurant is in the mid of reception hall and the smell of the food is spreading all around. Hope you consider this point. wishing all the success

Staff behaved like five star team. They learned my name, used it to refer to myself and my wife and always gave first rate service. Food was OK. Room was cleanish. Other guests were gracious and courteous. Peaceful room, great beds and decent shower and other facilities. Pool was fine.
Iffy value for money, there are better hotels in London for this price. Room wasn't spotlessly clean. For this price and class of room that isn't OK. Too much dust on lampshades, no vacuuming over two night stay. Car park was pricey and atrociously unkempt. My large car was at some risk of damage due to poor access of the entrance and car park pillars. We had intruders into the room twice, both late evening which I "presumed" were staff coming into clean or do something. We chased them away quickly. Access to male changing rooms for pool etc. was difficult and cramped. Too many steep stairs to navigate with dripping clothes/towels. Probably accidents there every so often. Welcome was a bit frosty despite my Elite membership status. After that was confirmed I was treated more warmly - odd really. TV remote functioned badly - all together lack of care in the room upkeep generally. I won't be back.
They gave us a large corner suite with huge balcony and views of the city. Executive lounge was great, definitely worth booking and paying extra for. Location great - nice area and close to tube and bus. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the guy who checked us in and the staff in executive lounge. Breakfast was nice. Would stay again as great location and room was great. Very comfortable beds.
I booked an executive suite which was advertised as "king or 2 double beds" then was told that to secure a room with double beds I would have to pay extra. I don't think this was right as room was falsely advertised and they have since changed listing on booking.com which shows it was their mistake. Despite emailing back and forth with screen shots of what we booked, we still had to pay extra. I am 6 months pregnant and travelling with my mum so didn't want to risk not getting 2 doubles so felt I had no choice but to pay extra. Wouldn't have minded but it was the principle of paying extra for something I had believed I had already paid for and reason i had booked that hotel. Didn't sleep too well as noise from other rooms when running water was very loud and could hear a lot of noise outside also.
Room ok. Pool and Spa
Main lobby needs a refresh. Fridge empty
Location far from down town
Executive room ( but the bath-small).
The fact that my 11 years old didn't use exec. Lounge.
The facility of the club
Nice and comfortable room for 4 people. Good breakfast. Accommodating staff.
The sheets were not changed for the 4 days we stayed there. No new toiletries or biscuits every day.
Loved the room and the staff both excellent.
Breakfast was expensive for average quality.
It's very close to the underground station and Camden Town. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All of the staff were very helpful. I absolutely recommend.
There isn't free wifi.
Private underground garage easily accessible. Reasonable size bedroom. Staff approachable. Good selection of pastry at breakfast time.
Porters weren't too eager to help or make themselves available. Room decoration too plain and in a way spoilt the general look. Variety of bread at breakfast was very limited
Good sized, comfortable family room. Friendly staff Good welcome
Safe in room did not work Corby press fell off wall (This was remedied with a room move)
Service charge at the bar on two pints of larger!
The staff were excellent and very welcoming/helpful. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Attention to detail. Duvets, pillows and beds very good quality. Great location on the Jubilee Line for visiting central London. Parking. Not in the Congestion Zone.
To be honest I can't fault the hotel.
Adequate room, average breakfast.
Road noise. No safe in room ( which had been removed- should have been there).
Noisy at night because of air condition
The staff are amazing and very helpfull
The bed was fabulous. Remi really went out of his way to look after us. All staff remembered us by name, so special.
The shower needs some attention hated the shower curtain.. Glass would be better.
location was good a walk into Camden was only 10mins to tube a short walk
quite a lot of money for what was offered no breakfast extra to park our car all these things should have been in price
