Noisy at night because of air condition
The staff are amazing and very helpfull
The bed was fabulous. Remi really went out of his way to look after us. All staff remembered us by name, so special.
The shower needs some attention hated the shower curtain.. Glass would be better.
location was good a walk into Camden was only 10mins to tube a short walk
quite a lot of money for what was offered no breakfast extra to park our car all these things should have been in price
An extra few cm of material would make the curtains light-tight, & fixing the end fastening would also help...
location to regents park and primrose hill
Very helpful staff - allowed us to check in early, leave bags, gave directions, bottled water on arrival, etc. Nice gym and swimming pool Clean comfortable rooms
Expensive breakfast - went out Road a bit noisy at night, but slept ok
* Breakfast * Beds
* Half of the swimming pool was hired part time to company which meant that all guests were forced to uses the other half of the pool which already was small and shallow. * They had 3 elevators in total with one out of service and with the existing no of guests, it was extremely inconvenient to us and other guests. * Balcony could not be used or even standing in due to the pigeons droppings and lack of cleanliness. * WiFi was not properly available.
Staff go out of their way to help and all services are made extremely easy to use. A really smart hotel.
Sauna and steam room out of action.
All the staff at reception and concierge were great very attentive and welcoming. Room was spotless on arrival and came back to the same having spent day sightseeing. Kids loved the pool, definitely come back again.
The room , the food , the pool , the friendliness and great location .
Nice location and beautiful quiet area close to Swiss cottage undetground station. Good hotel with good value money
Facilities were good and staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and was a pleasant walk from the tube
The cost compared with other hotels where we have stayed before in central London is expensive and the rooms are not as big as other places we have stayed.
close to underground, comfortable beds, helpful staff
room and bathroom are small for 4 persons room
Location, breakfast very good except for scrambled egg which nobody seemed to touch!!!
The fact I'm put into the same category as someone who would not pay their bill and run. Maybe its the way of the world now????
The staff were brilliant with my grand daughter. All were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
The Room documentation regarding eating facilities were misleading. The food options were far greater than the pamphlet implied.
woman at desk awful arrogant and slow service poor venue poor charge for everything even wifi!
Staff very helpful and provided a very friendly service. Always prompt to deal with any request we had.
Lifts took an eternity, and stairs were not clearly marked.
Great breakfast spread, attentive and helpful staff. Convenient location with 5 min or less walk to train station and bus stops. Our flight was late in the night so they gave us late checkout shd allowed us to still use amenities. Room was large (double double) and sufficient for 4 although one of our mattress was sinking in the middle so we had a bad first night. They responded immediately to our complain tho and changed the mattresses the next day.
Lifts were very slow esp during peak morning breakfast traffic with no option to use stairs as stairs only less to outside.
The location was great! Just a little outside of London but there was an underground nearby. We bought the oyster card and saved a lot of travelling. Also, the main train stations were close by so we could visit Bath, Bicester Village and Reading easily. Had a lovely stay!
I felt that some staff were a little unfriendly but generally they all treated us very well. Although house keeping was good, I felt they were a little unorganized as they would keep coming into our room and asking if our room was already cleaned. These are still very small problems so I didn't mind them too much.
Easy check in and out, comfortable bed and very clean room
Staff are incredibly helpful - nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them.
There was absolutely nothing that we had cause to complain about.
Great staff, great beds, great location
