London Marriott Hotel Regents Park

The staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the tube station.

great that the pool was open until 11pm, especially for children, at weekends. Lovely rooms and friendly staff

only 1 line - jubilee- for central london connection, too far out for shopping trip!

When I arrived the hotel did not have my booking. This took an hour to sort out (whilst I should have been in a conference). I work for the NHS so it is the tax payers money that I feel very strongle has been wasted! I was then given a smoking room which I did not want. The staff had the room recleaned but this was still very smoky. The room faced the main road with sirens and traffic all night so I did not sleep. The milk in the room had gone off and there were no teabags. I complained and was told there were no other rooms - even though I had booked one through yourselves. My complaint has not been acted upon and I have not recieved any response. I was still charged the full amount.

Apart frm the well behaved staff, what loved most was the well equiped gym, the indoor pool; my little daughter had somuch fun. In general, it was cool place.

The first room i stay was very small; I didn't really have the opportunity to use the executive lounge because I had my little daughter with me and the hotel was abit far from my major points of visit.

Las camas son estupendas y muy amplias, cabe comodamente una familia de cuatro personas en una habitacion de dos camas de matrimonio. Muy recomendable la piscina cubierta con sauna y habitación de vapor. El bar del hotel permite cenar en horario español a buen precio y calidad.

La habitacion estaba encajonada en una esquina interior, con la terraza clausurada y con mallazo de obras para impedir que pudiera entrar alguien desde la escalera del edificio. Nos intentaron cobrar dos veces el IVA y tuvimos que reclamar seriamente.
