London Marriott Hotel Twickenham  

Excellent location, lovely, friendly staff.

Very cold room - temperature couldn't be put up beyond a certain point. We had to layer up to sleep.

Room, good sized, very comfortable with pleasant view. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Football visitors slightly overwhelming but friendly and we did choose the Twickenham Stadium location.

The location was perfect for our trip to the Rugby Sevens .The staff at reception and in the resturant were fantastic ,they were all very helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious, well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. There was a varied choice for breakfast, very good!

The plates for the cooked breakfast were cold, consequently the hot breakfast soon became cool whilst eating it.

Duty Managers completely ignoring grievances As a paying guest, being inconvenienced and having hotel facilities removed so that the hotel staff can make their life easier by setting up for the following days activities.

Wifi in room is under payment condition Rooms are with sealed windows and I got the one on the internal side with a big wall just in front. This is not acceptable considering the final rate of 220,00 gbp (with breakfast and wifi in room).

It was close to the stadium

Our room wasn't ready for check in at 3pm, it was ready at 6pm which was 3 hours later. The bar staff were appaling and rude. The reception staff were not helpful or accomodating with our complaint about the room being dirty and 3 hours late. We were refused the oppertunity to discuss our stay with the manager. We were also refused a refund when overcharged for drinks at the bar. Overall we would never stay there again it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and not the usual Marriott I have experienced elsewhere.

We found the hotel and staff first class. The location was excellent but disappointed that we had to pay £35 for parking on Sat due to match which we were unaware.

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The bar area was not particularly welcoming. Got good deal for the room, otherwise wold not have paid more.

The location was excellent as we were attending a wedding reception at the Rugby Club. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was also very good, staff attentive, nothing too much trouble.

Thought the Wi-Fi charges were pretty stiff, specially as we stayed in another hotel (not Marriott) the night before in Kent, where it was free in the bar and lounge for up to two hours.

Location as we were there for the BUCS Rugby finals.

On arrival at the hotel my wife and I tried to negotiate the revolving door only to find that it was travelling quite fast due to a couple of teenagers and an Adult moving it erratically. I tried to enter only to be hit by the door which stopped abruptly. I just looked at the offenders, then my wife entered the hotel. My main concern is that there were 2 staff just standing there and not prepared to do anything. I am not the one that normally complains about issues but felt that if a young child or an elderly person had been in my position then i hate to think what may have happened.

Value for money and its proximity to Twickenham stadium! Very friendly and honest staff. First time ever! Thank you

I went for a weeks rest after not being to well,and i got that. we were 2 ladys,and enjoyed our stay.we had the room 414 whitch was great,also the food was very good.I will go back. rosa cressey &ann hewitt,from wandsworth sw181qj

We chose the hotel for it's location as we were visiting family in the area. However, we really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel extremely comfortable. I am sure we will visit again.
