Parking was poor Better value at a premier inn 2 beds when we wanted one double staff miserable Breakfast extortionate
It was comfortable and in a good location for the rugby at the stoop
Unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the evening we stayed
The gym was very nice along with the pool as well as being in the perfect location for our rugby match.
The free wifi was only for the hotel lobby and not in the rooms
Staff were friendly and tried to sort our problems quickly. Hotel reduced our fee to half for the problems - without our asking them to.
Room was too cold - it was bitterly cold outside so the ambient room temperature of 19 degrees was too low and it took too long to warm up - it's miserable showering in a cold bathroom you're paying a lot to stay in. The shower flooded the bathroom floor however careful we were. Hair dryer faulty - quickly replaced bit annoying when getting ready to go to an appointment. Because of pitch view the room was very dark - definitely not worth the upgrade.
Staff. The hotel itself. Room. Location. The Bed. The staff are friendly and do their job. The location is obviously excellent. The room was large and airy and was cleaned very well. Bathroom and shower were clean. The bed was great. Pillows were a little soft but there were loads of them so it was fine.
Wifi is not free which frankly is a very small thing, but it is something that should be provided as it is a norm across most hotels these days.
Location, part of the stadium, access to local transport.
Free Wifi was not avalible in the rooms
The rooms are spacious and very clean.
It is not nice to pay extra 10 GBP per day for the internet for such an expensive room rate. They ask you if you would like a high or lower floor room but at the end you find yourself looking at the wall of the stadium from 2-3m distance..so why do you exactly ask then? I never had a room that's looking at a wall! The bathroom doors are one of a kind..so narrow and weirdly made that you need to turn to get in pr out. Rooms restaurant and lobby was quite cold, i woke up sneezing! Hotel restaurant is just awful and limited for such an expensive class hotel. Location is only close to the airport but no connection really to anywhere.
Restaurant was closed on the night that we stayed.
Big room view over town nice bathroom
Bar prices high no free wifi in rooms.
Good room great bed
Breakfast not included no free wifi in room
Excellent venue for Rugby trips.
Wifi expensive, bar more expensive than local premises.
Nice staff, good bar and food. Room well appointed. Good location. Sensible price.
Charging for wifi.
Access to leisure facilities quite convoluted
Very comfortable. Lovely staff.
The rooms. The bed The staff
The cost of breakfast
room was good clean and had everything we needed
staff and food was poor expected better from marriott
We were not shown a menu, just " help yourself at the buffet". On leaving the restaurant we asked to sign the bill, which was'nt necessary. On check out, the receptionist had to phone the restaurant for the bill. At this point we found out that my wife had been charged £18.50 for two croissants and a coffee. We were in a hurry, and foolishly paid without questioning it.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the hotel was in a good area.
We had a room which looked onto the back of the stand as was very dark.
Room, location and service.
No Christmas atmosphere and cost of WiFi in room. Bar sterile.
It's a bit of a trek from the car park
The staff were welcoming, hotel was of an excellent standard as was the room. Breakfast was superb, my husband particularly liked the freshly made waffles.
You had to pay for wi-Fi in your room.
service in the bar /restaurant - personal and very helpful
We used the swimming/spa facilities , this was quite clunky process
Perfect location, convenient for Twickenham railway station. Access to excellent gym facilities. All staff very professional and very customer focused.
No free wifi access in bedrooms - majority of hotels offer free wifi throughout
Great bedrooms with probably the best bed of any hotel i know!
Not enough staff in bar area.
