I thought all the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. Couldn't have done more to help. My room had an amazing view and was nice and spacious. The shower was huge plenty of toiletries. I only ate the same pasta while I was there, but it was lovely and fresh.
The fact there was no local shops, although obviously not the hotels thought! Also found 1of the cleaners quite rude. Other then that no other faults. Enjoyed my stay and would defo come back!
The up grade to a Jn Suite, Hot tasty, fresh breakfast. Pleasent staff
Very clean comfortable rooms top end finish
Big room, large comfortable bed, great show great view
Room miles from lifts or stairs, Air con hard to control
Spacious, comfortable room with every comfort and convenience
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. A great location for our stay.
Amazing checking in with rennata, great room and service in the bar / lounge
Surely booking out staff, second time running from the same member of staff!
interior of hotel and the staff
no meet and greet. parking if available was 800 metres away, luckerly it was not raining . even people living opposite did not know where the entrance was.
Usually hotels mean a slightly uncomfortable sleep on a strange mattress. I didn't want to leave this bed behind! It was very spacious and so so comfortable. Toiletries were provided, a robe and slippers were also provided, there was an iron and board and a hairdryer. Everything we could possibly need for an overnight. The room was clean, bright spacious and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and attended to any problems, queries we had promptly.
Minor things - there was a stain on the chair in the room, some leather chunks missing from the table top (i guess wear and tear are inevitable), not a fabulous picture on the tv and a leak in the ceiling (which was quickly dealt with).
Clean , comfortable and convenient
£3.00 for a small bottle of water in the room Having to pay for wifi on top of the high room rate Having to wait ages for staff to let you into the hotel after midnight
Lovely modern hotel, near trains to London. Good furnishing. Polite and efficient staff? Well appointed rooms. Good bed
The way that the staff looked after us - the rooms were clean and newly re furbished. The only way that anything could be improved would be to be able to see the Rugby pitch from the room! - but that is asking a bit much.
Car parking is a bit tricky to find but that is because you are staying in a large stadium. Road parking is just adjacent if you can get it.
Location for Twickenham and Richmond was ideal and both of these areas need exploring.
Parking is not ideal
Good room Wonderful view
On arrival, not clear where to park. Signage in the area poor. I couldn't hear/understand what the person on reception was saying - and this was very stressful after a long journey. Breakfast ridiculously expensive.
Room nice bathroom nice
Taken £50 in advance for extras. I am still waiting to be refunded as we did not spend anything beyond room charge
Rather sterile atmosphere. Very expensive wifi - £15 per day. Most expensive mineral water I have ever seen in a hotel room £3.50 for half litre.
super beds,friendly staff,excellent breakfast.
Lovely room great location
Spacious room with good outlook Clean Helpful and friendly staff
Seriously drab decor No escape from the air-conditioning Silly, unwelcoming costs: £15 charge for wi-fi in room and £3 per small bottle of water
The location was really good - ten minutes to the railway station and the local shops. There is a Weatherspoons. The room was well appointed and the large bed very comfortable. There was an empty fridge - always useful for adding fresh milk and beers. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. TV had lots of channels. Free WiFi in the reception area.
My husband does not go in lifts so if you need to use the stairs you have to inform the staff so you can be escorted both out and in. The car park was some 400 metres from the entrance to the hotel and badly signposted due to roadworks to the area around the stadium. The price of bottled water was ridiculous - 3 pounds for a 75cl bottle. Breakfast was 18.50 per person although you could have had a basket of croissant, Danish and rolls with preserves and butter for 7.75 - a 3 pound tray charge would be added if having it in your room. There was access to WiFi in the room but 6 pound an hour seems a bit high when the room charge is over 100 pounds per night.
Great out of season prices. Good room size.
A little further out of london than some might want.
Pleasant efficient reception staff, large comfortable bedroom. Staff in general were helpful and friendly but some mistakes in bar area (it was busy, world cup final!)
Service in bar area for food was slow and they made some mistakes that were not adjusted on the bill as promised. Aircon a little noisy
Nice enough rooms.
£18.00 for a not very exciting Breakfast.
Welcome was ok but car parking is a good hike from reception.
Drinks very expensive £4.80 pint bitter £8.55 small white wine! Breakfast we passed on at over £18 ! Even a small bottle of water in the room was chargeable at £3.00.
Very comfortable, but didn't use any of the facilities as not there long enough.
