It's a bit of a trek from the car park
The staff were welcoming, hotel was of an excellent standard as was the room. Breakfast was superb, my husband particularly liked the freshly made waffles.
You had to pay for wi-Fi in your room.
service in the bar /restaurant - personal and very helpful
We used the swimming/spa facilities , this was quite clunky process
Perfect location, convenient for Twickenham railway station. Access to excellent gym facilities. All staff very professional and very customer focused.
No free wifi access in bedrooms - majority of hotels offer free wifi throughout
Great bedrooms with probably the best bed of any hotel i know!
Not enough staff in bar area.
Bed, pillows, room facilities
Expensive bar, car parking too far away
The beds and the room
No free water in the room
Bedroom was clean, very comfortable, large. Staff very polite and courteous Room service for breakfast was excellent. Food very good. Well presented.
Everything was fine, could be a more comfortable communal area around reception but that say it was busy so seating was at a premium The sink in the bedroom did not drain away however I feel that was just unfortunate.
The bedrooms were very homely and comfortable. The gym facilities were excellent!!
Prices of beer and food
Cafe bar slow service
Great, friendly and helpful staff. Checked me in early and met all my requests. Gave me a discounted rate at my request, when i was forced to check out early owing to a work related emergency. Room was bright and comfortable with comfy beds. Location was excellent, right next to Twickenham Stadium and amenities.
Bathroom had stains on floor. Sink faucet hadn't been cleaned properly, there were stains on it - disappointing for a freshly cleaned room and for the Marriott brand. The chain lock on the room door was missing (but the hook was still there!) which didn't fill me with reassurance.
Having one lift out of service on the busiest weekend due to rugby match!
Managed to check in early, before match. Large comfortable bed. Helpful staff.
Staff Location Food Large room
Location of the hotel for our purposes i.e rugby match
Room controls not working for A/C so very warm. Disappointed that there was a charge for WiFi in the rooms
The location was fantastic for attending rugby match. Staff were welcoming. Pleasant room.
The lump in my mattress.
Actually part of the South stand at Twickenham! Easy to get to from the M25. Plenty of parking (chargeable on match days). Walking distance to railway station and bus stops right outside. Staff excellent, polite and helpful.
Not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for! If you don't want to be part of a busy rugby match day crowd in and around the hotel then check the fixture list and avoid those days...we were there for the rugby so thoroughly enjoyed being part of it.
Excellent choice of breakfast food available, lovely room, so convenient for the stadium.
Complementary tea and coffee provision was poor initially had to go to reception on more than one occasion for more.
There is not really anything that i can complain about. We used the hotel as our central for the rugby and it was a perfect place to stay. Why we have not used it before i dont know but we will in the future.
Very expensive for room only - feel breakfast should have been included at £199 per night!!!
Location to match Ideal parking Great evening after match Good food did room service to avoid crowded dining rooms Time with my wife's after the match to chill together Will book again for Twickenham rugby match perfect way to enjoy
Nothing really maid forgot a set of cutlery returned with no big deal
Great hotel, the staff were very attentive and friendly throughout our weekend stay. The room was spacious and very clean.
Location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, the parking was a bit of an issue as it was a match day (the reason we were there) . £35 to park but there were no spaces left and we weren't allowed to drive up to the hotel to drop our bags off as the roads were all closed. No problems at all with the actual stay though. ..The bed was so comfortable.
Location was excellent for the Rugby stadium, only 10 mins walk into Twickenham town centre. Taxi service at the desk is very reasonable. Very helpful and friendly staff always had a smile on their faces. Room service surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne and chocolate coated strawberries and muffin cake along with a card from the hotel wishing my husband a happy birthday. Very thoughtful. Hotel very clean
I didn't like that residents had to pay to park on match days. I didn't like that we had to pay room service charge to use the bar at 11.30pm for a nightcap before bed.
