very nice hotel, surprising actually as it is located by the services on the M11! great design, very quiet too. enjoyable visit No complimentary food with the tea and coffee, breakfast was limited! |

My husband commented how good the room was for the price we paid (£45) and he'd thought we'd paid more. Clean, comfortable night's sleep. Large bathroom. Free parking. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom and two of us staying. We didn't realise this until we had undressed (we arrived late at night) so were too tired to dress again and return to reception (no phone to call reception). We were sure that we would have been given more towels if we had asked. |

We were only there a very short time due to the fact that we checked in late and had an early morning departure from Stansted, but the hotel was absolutely fine and offered excellent value for money. |

It was a good location for our early morning flight at Stansted. The staff were very helpful and when we asked to change rooms due to a damp smell they were very accommodating. |

It was clean, had every convenience, all of which worked & was comfortable. It would have been helpful to have had information in writing about where the shuttle bus was waiting in Stansted Airport ie at the very end of the coach parking. |

The location is almost perfect for Stansted and the room, while without character or style, was absolutely functional and suited to my requirement - which was simply a warm bed and a compfortable room before flying early the next day. For that, the cost the location and the comfort are perfect. |

Clean & bright accomodation with helpful staff & a 24 hour Reception desk. We had no hot water in our room & the bathroom was freezing however we were so tired from travelling when we reached our room that we put up with it rather than complain! I'm sure we would have been moved to another room had we had the energy to speak to staff about this. |

Modern, clean, new and quiet. Functional. Friendly shuttle driver (2 pounds). No windows can be opened in this hotel! Small. Next to very sad and depressing all night service station. Hotel is only for overnight airport stay - last shuttle in the morning to airport is at 10am so taxi needed (about 11.50pound) if you have later flights. |

It is a clean hotel with very friendly staff. Ideal location for Stansted Airport The room I got allowed smoking in it. Luckily it did not smell too bad but I would think these days more non smoking rooms would be preferred |

the location was excellent for easy access to the airport. on the first occasion the breakfast was very good the breakfast was poor - the food was dried up and the coffee was dreadful on the second stay |
