The ambience decor the clearness.
The first room number 26 was awful. We have stayed many times before and this was disappointing.
Brilliant Location Incredibly comfy beds Great food Extensive facilities
The hotel its self was first class can't complain about the facilities but, see what I didn't like
I was staying in Richmond as a guest of a friend and wanted a one night stay at the nearest Hilton Hotel to that. My wife and arrived by taxi as we had travelled by train to London, we dropped our bags off and headed to the nearest station to see some sights of London. All was going great until we came back at 11.30, we weren't told that the back gate ( we came out earlier) closes at night and locked, we had to walk round the Berlin wall then up the longest drive I've ever seen to a hotel it took 45 mins it was lucky the moon was full.
The air conditioning didn't work. The tv didn't work properly and the shower door didn't close so flooded the bath room.. Disappointed after our last stay was excellent.
Staff we're very fiendly Room was lovely! We ate in the hotel on both nights that we stayed and the food was lovely couldn't fault it! And no more expensive than a restaurant in Central London! Pool area was brilliant! We stayed on a Sunday night so was very nice as we basically had the area to ourselfs!
Room 61. Our normal shower head in the Room worked but the one on the celing didn't witch was a shame we tried it but it just sprayed over the shower screen and all over the floor! After paying for a queen delux room it was disappointing. Room was quite cold and there was no extra blankets or anything which was a shame.
The quality of the room. The restaurant. The staff. It was my husband birthday and we had 2 Little surprises.
The smell in the room. It was not for me (a smell of roses).
The room was excellent, staff couldn't do enough for me felt at home
10 minute walk to Syon Lane station with easy access to London and the Theatres. The hotel was fabulous.
Having to leave
Swimming pool Bedroom Grounds
TV didn't work when porter came to fix it he shrugged said it's broken I'll tell engineer then left without explaining engineer wasn't available until morning, didn't offer change of TV or room so I. Was left with sleeping toddler and no entertainment. Restaurant had no childs meals so had to order adult meal
I put on the booking form that it was for my husbands birthday and when we got to the room there were two lovely plates with happy birthday written on them in chocolate and cake on each. A lovely touch. The food in Marco's restaurant is delicious and the rooms are beautiful. I'll definately be returning
The only issue we had was when we booked we asked for a room with a bath, when we arrived we only had the shower option, apart from that it was great!!
Stunning hotel , very impressed with decor.
Planes flying over .... didn't sleep at all.
The big bed was very comfy and nice to have a proper balcony & tv at the foot of the bath.
The shower head must be blocked with calcium residue (or grime?) because when you switched it on it sprayed water out all over the bathroom in all directions including all over me and the ceiling, no wonder there are damp/mildew patches on the ceiling. My parents also stayed at the hotel and they had the same issue with their shower!
As it is set within a park it is a really quiet location whilst still being withing London. We had room service for are meal, which basically is from the marco peiirre white restaurant. The steaks we had were beautifully cooked and we had a really nice meal without the hassel of going out. The bathroom was also a really nice space, though the shower was a little crazy. If you looking for a hotel to just lock yourself in your room for an evening then I would recommend this one.
I enjoyed breakfast though it's a bit like kaos within the restruant. Their didn't seem to be enough staff. Also the selection for a good fry up seemed minamal compared to other hotels I've stayed at. I paid for a room with a view and don't really feel it was. Basically they just make sure your balcony is facing away from the building. I had a great stay but some how just felt the hotel was going to be a bit more grand?! At times it did just feel like a up market jury's inn or mercure.
We attended a 40th birthday party at the hotel. The food served was great. We had also booked to stay the night and we were very pleased with the standard of our room. The staff were very accomodating when we asked for a late check out for the next day! Didn't get to try the spa facilities so will be back!
Everything, the location was so rural and so far removed from London yet so close to Kew Gardens, Kingston, Hampton Court. The grounds were so unspoilt and peaceful we will certainly be coming back. Restaurant the food was very good.
If there was anything I certainly can't remember it.
Hotel room and setting
Spa not organised agency staff
Nice room,excellent Breakfast
No reply on emails before our stay.the corridors in the hotel were freezing.no warm water in the Shower the first evening.the bathroom floor was speckeld with stains.couldn,t use the dvd player, because of new hilton privacy.spider Web on Terrace furniture.food and Drinks in the restaurant are overpriced, Plastik setmates on the tables for Dinner!!!!Very disappointing for Marco pierre white Standards.i think he is more occupated placing his Portraits everywhere in the hotel. The new management is not top.don't be sure returning in the Hotel, great changes since Last year, but not for the best.
Surrroundings, facilities, ambience.
Slightly worn feeling to the room.
Tea Coffee Making Facility Lovely double shower Chandeliers in the room were quite something
Decor in bathrooms black a bit Masculine
Location great, balcony decor of room great, spa pool lovely, restaurant and bar great quality wise.cocktails done nicely but expensive.sha
Overreliance on hi tech which didn't work, tv which once on wouldn't turn off, likewise tv in bathroom, new remote fixed it but annoying as trying to enjoy bath! Had request wine in room, not done, and no mini bar price list! Had contacted restaurant re dietry allergy needs, very helpful, but staff on night were in a rush and misunderstood order, musac in restaurant really annoying and annoyed my partner so much we tried to move tables, no change, almost ruined the night! Shame as 50ieth birthday celebration!
Being in a parkland, contemporary decor, super-clean,proximity to London and great staff.
Kettle didn't work properly.
