very friendly staff, breakfest was good
breakfest very expensive I was 3 weeks in the hotel, but the bed linen were not changed.
On the whole, everything...nice place, quiet, clean and well situated.
Cannot fault anything
Kids bed were not comfy. In evening full bar with one person serving.
Clean rooms quickly booked in Comfortable beds Short walk to the arena
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, the room was too small, we were cramped up.
Reception and restaurant staff were extremely helpful making the stay very enjoyable.
We thought the location was spot on, the ease of access to the cities attractions , on clean un crowded tubes. We were greeted by a big friendly smile from the receptionist, which made us all feel at ease. We were on the 7th floor and had room with a fantastic view. The room it self was clean, bright and fresh . We had great night sleep, the blackout curtains nearly made us late up as we all over slept slightly which is un heard off in our house! The breakfast was added bonus and very tasty . We will be booking the hotel for all of our future london breaks .
The only disappointment I can say that we as a family had at our stay was departing we only wish we had time that week to stay another night or more !
Excellent staff Great breakfast
Poor ventilation of bathrooms volatile shower temperature
Very helpfull and friendly staff Excellent breakfast Exceptionally clean hotel
Only thing was the quality of the put up beds for the kids Very uncomfortable
nice and functional rooms, very good location, near to tube (1 min), Wembley stadium (5min), Westminster (20 min), good value for money, good staff
No toilet brush?
we ordered a quad room but got a twin room
the short distance away from Wembley shopping and to the xfactor
lots of people for breakfast at the same time we had to wait for items on breakfast list
Loved the location of the hotel. Brilliant for wembley stadium and for the underground station across the road.
The kids beds were really uncomfortable but the helpful staff did what they could to rectify this.
Comfortable sleep Ecellent breakfast
Location was good for what we needed. Food was great, and the rooms.
Children's beds we're a bit uncomfortable. Could do with a mattress topper!
Air conditioning in the rooms
Poor quality of breakfast, room windows cannot be opened
Great location with easy access to Central London. Fab restaurant & staff very helpful.
Paying for WiFi access
This property was a 7 minute walk to Wembley stadium. It was also across the street from the tube station.
Not enough parking.
Close to the tube. Decent breakfast.
Wifi was poor.
staff were very helpful and most attentive on reception and the restaurant , room was fantastic , breakfast was very good plus we had a meal on the first night in thyme restaurant childrens meal was brilliant , staff were fantastic could not do enough for you and coped very well at breakfast time when it was very busy , we will return here as it was in the right location to get in to london and tube station was perfect , our grandson loved it as it was his first time in london ,premier inn is top of our list i use them on business too quite a few times
nothing at all
Reception staffs are rude, looks like they are under work pressure, unable to coop with customer desk query, which is most important as that is the first impression customer get they enter the hotel and ask for something.
On arrival I asked if the hotel was full and was told it was 95% full. I Booked a TWIN room with 2 x Single beds on accessing my room I found that the room was a double (sharing with my 22 year old son). On returning to reception to point out the error I was told that "there is an incompatibility between the Booking.com website and Premier Inn’s system and all double/twin bookings will be booked as a double"!. When I asked to exchange rooms I was told (by the supervisor) that the hotel was full. I was told they could not spilt the bed as was offered when I mistakenly booked a Family Room at Premier Inn London Twickenham Stadium. When I asked how we could resolve the problem I was advised to “top and tail” !! carpark charges on Sunday (Event Day) £15 Only £1.50 at the station 50 yards up the road
Really good staff, so helpful. Nice room, bit cramped with two beds for children but it was still OK. Good breakfast.
Nothing to complain about.
