all the staff were absolutely fantastic especially the restaurant staff. food was great and staff couldnt do enough. Gabor was our waiter he was only training but his customer service skills were excellent..

change the rate,ie no fixed rate. no AC working and the ventilation not enough (no open windows )

Great Location for Wembley Stadium and train staion.

I liked the location a lot.Very handy for all tubes into London.Rooms well insulated,no noise from neighbours. Friendly reception staff.

meals were just average. the lift needs servicing or something because it was very noisy,felt a bit old,I worried getting in it.

Next to Wembley Park station makes it very easy to go to center. The room is big and clean.

The internet is not free.

No iron in room (minor inconvenience). wifi is not complimentary... that was a surprise.

The hotel is in the Wembley area, which is zone 4 of London. To go to the city center, you need to take the underground, either the Jubilee line (25 mins - many stops) or the Metropolitan line (12 mins - few stops) - it depends on where exactly in the city center you want to go. From the airport, you need about 80 mins to come (Piccadilly line + Jubilee line). The room was not very big, for a family with 2 small children. It was actually a double room where there had been added two beds for the children. There was not enough space left for us. The bath was good, although the amenities provided were limited. The room was very clear and the staff was excellent. English breakfast was the strong aspect of this hotel, with a good diversity of food and drinks. Next to the hotel there is a Lidl where you can buy everything in very good prices. There are also many good-quality / low-price restaurants to eat. However, there are no other things to do, such as parks etc for the children. The price, with respect to other hotels of London, was also an advantage for this hotel.

I'd like to have a fridge in the room.

The fact that it was very hot in the room because the air cooling system had something wrong with it.

Food excellent Staff mad a point of speaking every day to make sure everything was meeting our needs.

The disabled bathing only accomodated those able to get into the bath. My partner can notuse the left side, no bath board was available for bathing / showering therefore he was unable to bath safely.

It is very close to the wemby park tube station and the staff are friendly.

The staff and the breakfasts were great!

It's pretty bare-bones. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were thin. The wifi situation was way below what we've experienced in similarly priced hotels in the UK on this trip.

We liked the friendly staff, spaceous room breakfast and the parking facilities.

The mattress in the bed was a bit too soft/ bouncy which was not good for our backs, maybe a top mattres world help.

My matrass was bumpy to the point that I got a small bruise on my thigh sleeping on it. I told the staff, expecting to get a new matrass, but they just brought an extra comforter for me to sleep on in the bed. That was way too hot in an already warm hotelroom.

fire alarm going off at 3am in the morning somekind od machine going off at 7am maid knocking on door at 8 30 am hence not much sleep after celebrating a win at wembly !!!

we liked the location, for the purpose of our visit.

bedroom was cold, we couldn't get the heating to work, for the price paid I think there should be more tea & coffee , only 2 of each. shower gel & shampoo would've been appreciated too. The tv had the volume set low, could be a little higher.

Location is excellent for Wembley Stadium - it's right opposite the tube station and five minutes walk from the venue.

had a lovely stay at the hotel, the food in the hotel was excellent . All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Big comfortable room, Excellent breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Also close to the Tube station.

No bathroom fan!
