Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen mit U-Bahnanschluss (1x umsteigen von Heathrow) und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. |

Moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ohne Abnutzungsspuren. Frühstücksservice ist verbesserungswürdig. Buffet wurde nicht zügig nachgefüllt. Tische wurden oftmals weiterbelegt, ohne dass sie komplett neu eingedeckt worden waren (so fehlte dann bspw. Besteck). |

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig, ausreichend groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. Zum Inventar gehörte ein schöner großer Flachbildfernseher. Das Frühstück bot neben den typisch englischen Bestandteilen auch Alternativen für den deutschen Geschmack,z.B. Brötchen, Müsli, Joghurt oder Obst. Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein. |

good location,pleasant and well decorated rooms,staff pleasant,overall a very enjoyable stay one slight improvement with the breakfast would be more fresh fruit availble and possibly complimentry water in the guest rooms |

Good buffet breakfast included in the room charge, suitable location, reasonable price. This hotel is not brilliant, but quite good and comfortable to live for a couple of days. A little bit tangled system of routes incide the hotel - at first it's hard to get accustomed to it and to find your room. |
