Excellent location. Next to London Bridge station, The Shard and so many other attractions and restaurants.
A little pricey for drinks at the bar.
Loved the location, staff were helpful but the room size and the bathroom size was just not what I expected after paying so much to stay here. A little disappointed but everything else was nice. Would stay again, if it was much cheaper tho.
Room was small, bathroom very small, no room view.
Easy access to Borough Market and ably to do to many events a short drive /taxi/train/bus away .
Very convenient location.
Web site unresponsive.
Location very good
Standard double room on small side. Not enough sitting space.
Very friendly staff checked us in early & upgraded our room. Location is great & plenty of attractions within walking distance (shard, borough market, london bridge) Really clean rooms & good facilities. Check out at midday was handy given we were there for NYE!
Hotel was lovely, everything looked brand new and was spotless.
When we came back quite late from our night out and entered the hotel to go to the bar the night concierge asked us aggressively what we were doing not having realised we were guests. Following a conversation with the concierge we found out that people often enter the hotel without being guests so could understand his asking us but the manner in which it was queried was not appropriate
Price but it was New Years Eve!!
- The service - The breakfast - The bed
- Payment is taken for first night 1 day previous - Room service pizza was oven pizza and was charged at £15! Unbelievable!
Location very good. Only stayed the one night and so did not make use of the facilities or restaurant on this occasssion.
Cannot fault the hotel so no dislikes.
Great location for south of Thames visiting and activities
Bar gets busy with non-residents
Location, friendly staff, nice clean room, comfortable bed.
Location Quality Surroundings
Bathroom was tiny for the price we paid The Bar staff in the Quarter Bar were very poor. I had to repeat a request for a Brandy and Coke 5 times. Later that night despite my wife saying her drink was not finished a bar member picked it up anyway and disposed of it. she tried 3 times to get their attention to no avail. Service is "too hasty" for a supposed quality hotel. The Breakfast buffet was very very ordinary for £17 a head, my suggestion pass on it and get one at Shang ri La in the Shard
The location next to the Shard, and the wonderful Borough food market Also the fabulous Cocktail Bar, and friendly staff
Excellent choice within walking distance to the tube station, The Shard, The Thames, Tower Bridge and Tower of London
Spent ages trying to find it! No signage protruding from the building, easy to walk past!
No pretences just all very very good. No prob with slightly later checkout. No prob getting boarding passes printed. Very quiet room considering location
Hard to find because of all the building in the area but extremely convenient once found. No view from bedroom
Location Helpful staff, especially concierge Good bar with cocktail menu Stylish comfortable rooms
All rooms identical Bin in bathroom not emptied Had to pay on -the-spot for breakfast
Just by London Bridge Rail and tube stations. Friendly staff
Small room. Toilet pan clean but needs renewing as marked.
The staff if good, especialy woman at checkout. The location was close to TechCrunch Disrupt I've visited.
1) "King bad" is not 2 small bad with 2 small mattresses connected. As a result of this "installation" the quality of sleep is very bad - you find yourself in between those two in the morning. 2) If you are unlucky and get room in the far wing, that would be not easy to get there - including stairs in the middle of corridor. 3) Rooms are too small for "Executive" 4) Air conditioning was heating room for like half an hour before starting to make it cold. 5) There is no reason to look into the window at all.
I was initially impressed with the location, as it was a stones throw away from popular Landmarks. The Staff were extremely pleasant, especially since the hotel is a 4* and I stood out like a sore thumb. The room was really clean and tidy and it had the comfiest bed.. ever.
There isn't much I didn't like about this hotel. I suppose the worst thing is that i can't live there.
Nice room. Clean. Location. Efficient staff.
Poor wi-fi signal (as in many hotels, it should be said).
Location, welcoming reception staff, style of hotel and quiet once you were inside.
There was nothing we didn't like
Everything and everyone was brilliant would recommend the london bridge hotel to everyone!!
Location and decor
Very slow service in the bar at night. Was advised that if I ordered a Cocktail it woukd take 20 minutes due to being short staffed.
