Our room was excellent, cannot fault it at all. Extremely comfortable bed, probably the best night sleep I have had in ages. Only downside to hotel stay was that there is a lot of building work going on along the streets and opposite the hotel but apart from this once inside you couldn't here any noise.

It is a nice hotel in a nice neighbourhood There is a gym (itness first). The full English was good. Free Wifi (with my booking) Very close to London Bridge train and tube station Due to constructing work the hotel was difficult to reach. This was not communicated during the booking. The gym is small and closed on Sundays. Breakfast is quite expensive (not included in my booking)

Location is great for London Bridge Noisy. Stayed in a room on the second floor at the front of the hotel. Noise from nearby All Bar One and possibly hotel bar disturbed sleep with windows offering little sound proofing.

Good location close to rail services and bars/restaurants and attractions. Hotel room was clean and well equipped. The room was quite small and although a double room had been booked, the bed was made up as 2 singles pushed together. Not representative of cost. Breakfast option not taken up due to price and availability of alternatives nearby.

Modern clean reception area and bar. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The difficulty in getting to and from the hotel because of building works going on around the hotel. Was a nightmare and had we been warned in advance we would've chosen a different hotel. Also found somebody's hair in the bath.

Was not aware of all the construction work taking place - otherwise I would not have stayed there. Apart from construction work the mini bar in the room was broken and despite getting someone to come and fix it I could not open it. View on receception was 'we sub this out to another Company so not really our problem' When paying £200 for a room it should be!

Hotel staff good and friendly. Hotel clean and comfortable Hotel did not read my special requests for non feather bedding due to allergies and provided mattress & pillows with feathers! Not good. Hotel door lock broken and we were trapped in th eroom and had to change rooms at midnight, not good. Rooms nice but stark, could do with some colourful paintings on the walls.

This is a very comfortable hotel, small loby but very friendly staff and first class breakfast which stayed open until noon (on New Years Day). There's building work going on at London Bridge Station (The Shard) which didn't impact on the stay but makes the general area look a mess at the moment.

We stayed here for New years eve, finding the hotel once you got out of London Bridge Station took some time but it is very close, on arrival was greeted by very friendly staff and we got upgraded to a Suite. The room was lovely and spacious and a huge comfortable bed and bath to die for. There are some major redevelopment around the outside of the hotel but this did not effect our stay, just the view wasn't good. London eye, Westminster Bridge are approx 15 mins walk away.

This was our 3rd visit and the level of service is excellent and always consistant. There has been a lot of building work going on around the hotel every time (building new underground London Bridge Station) but each time room has been very quiet. We have had breakfast at the hotel which is very good but also there are lots of really good brefast places close by (try Borough Market a fantastic foodie Market). The hotel cost is very reasonable for what feels like an upmarket, luxury hotel.

We had a very nice stay and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Even to the Housekeepers saying good morning to us before we said it to them. Rooms were very nice with all the amenities that you would want.. Massive road works all round the Hotel. We took an hour to find the Hotel entrance as it had been changed to a one way system and we did not know that we had to go through the Bus Station to get to the front door. We should have been told about this and the road works which went on all night and kept us awake.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was beautiful and so clean I did not like the kettle in the drawer, I am sure it could be a health and safety issue. The drawer has to be left open to boil the kettle. If the kettle has to be fixed in place I am sure somewhere else could have been chosen such as on a small table.
