Modern and clean rooms The bathroom was designed for wheelchair access. Therefore, the sink was very low. |

The location was perfect, the staff was excellent, room, though small, was comfortable and met out needs. We were very pleased. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and they have booked for July. |

Good buffet breakfast included in the room charge, suitable location, reasonable price. This hotel is not brilliant, but quite good and comfortable to live for a couple of days. A little bit tangled system of routes incide the hotel - at first it's hard to get accustomed to it and to find your room. |

room was clean and well maintained, staff were very pleasant and helpful. cost - although on a par with the other hotels in the area the rise between weekend and the weekday rate was 50%+ which seemed excessive. |

We had a problem at check in, they didn't take note we had children and had asked for extra beds in two rooms. To our advantage they upgraded us to an apartment, which was amazing. The breakfast staff were very rude, when we came down we had to wait for bowls, glasses and food on the full english breakfast, both mornings. |

Perfect location, and very comfortable stay Generator noise coming from a building outside the hotel, which I could hear from my room. |

I enjoyed the convienience of the location, everything I needed was nearby and within easy travelling distance I did not enjoy waiting for a table at breakfast and was not asked if I would like any toast with my breakfast |

It's strategic location gave us a very easy acces to other parts of London, whether if you want to explore it by city walking or taking a subway which is very close and easy to reach. The other best thing we found is that the hotel is just near the amazing sites like Borough market, where there was so many kind of food, and the London Bridge, with it's Towers of London. |

Clean, quick, pleasant - staff were friendly and polite and the overall service was good. We ordered room service at 1am and it arrived on time as stated and was delicious! Happy to recommend. No car parking on site. Short 5 min walk to a public car park in the Novotel grounds. |
