The room was modern and stylish. There was a good variety of Breakfast options and it was good quality The room was a bit hot even with the window open and the pillows were unusually hard. |

I stayed 1 week in a hotel. King-size room, paid 200 £. A high charge but you get a high quality service, friendly personnel, comfortable room with modern design, warm and cosy. In the end, it is good value for money. The location was a bit far from the centre. It costs around 15 £ to go to the centre by taxi or takes more time by bus. |

the central location Noise, skyscraper construction side next door. Construction noise even in de middle of the night, Bus Station next to the Hotel, Busses waiting with running Engine early in the morning. Website states that Parking available. This parking is a public parking 2 streets away. If parking is stated on the booking website I presume that the Hotel has it's own inhouse parking...The price is to much for what the hotel offers compared to other London hotels. |

The room was very comfortable and decorated nicely. We were upgraded to an executive room for no extra charge. The hot buffet was not refreshed often enough so items were not available all the time. |

Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had! Wonderful crisp linen too. Fab. Breakfast was well organised, and delicious too and although I was havind to dine alone, I didn't feel self conscious in the dining room at all. I couldn't shut my window properly, so was (briefly) woken by an air conditioning unit positioned outside at half 5 in the morning. I did ask for a back room, based on previous reviewers suggestions, and therefore didn't experience too much noise - other than that which you would expect in London. |

The Hotel was fantastic value for money, if visiting London for any reason the location is ideal. We came for the rugby league final and there was a direct line from the tube, less than a minute away. Breakfast was excellent, room excellent and staff very friendly. Will definitely return. A minor problem was the noise of the air conditioning unit outside but that did not spoil the stay at all. |

Polite staff, comfortable bedroom, good food, spotlessly clean. I booked three double rooms. My friends were also delighted and we all anticipate returning in the future. |

Decided to spend the extra and booked an "Executive" room. Was very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a "Suite". The only negative about this was that we could not check-in until after 3.30pm. However, we were offered the room type we had originally booked for immediate check-in, but decided to wait. The wait was worth it. The hotel could not be better situated for buses, tube and train. The duty manager was charming. Will definitely use the hotel again. Nothing negative at all. |
