Excellent location, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Tube station 5 minute walk from hotel.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Front desk gave good directions and information about the area

The location was excellent.

I booked the penthouse suite for a birthday surprise, but when we went to check in at 5pm the room was not ready. We were offered a complimentary drink and luckily didn't have to wait too long. They also offered a late check out the next day, which was a nice touch. Once we got to our room, we were disappointed as the room was quite small and not exactly luxurious. You couldn't view the tv from the bed as it was round the corner. I thought for the price, it would be a bit more 'luxury' ie. Bathrobes but only slippers were supplied. I would say it was more oriented towards the business person than for a romantic stay. The balcony was the only redeeming feature really.

Location - overlooks Camden Lock. Large, spacious rooms. Staff friendly & helpful. Good bar & excellent facilities all round - unbeatable!

A nice hotel so close ro Camden Lock Market, and also Camden Town station. Staffs were helpful, and room is spacious, just enough for a family of four.

Wifi is not free.

The stylish rooms, the canal alongside and being in the middle of it all.

This was supposed to be a surprise trip for my other half, so I didn't expect them to announce the price of the room. I thought it was already paid for by card which I entered on this website. When I arrived at the hotel, they asked for the credit card again to reserve an amount. I wonder how many times an amount was reserved on my card?? And then finally a third time I had to whip out a card upon checkout... you'd think there was a more efficient system than that.

Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, disponibilità spontanea e non dovuta al ruolo, l'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metrololitana da dove si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Londra ed è inoltre vicinissimo a Camden Market. Ottima la pulizia delle spazi comuni e delle camere, anche se alcune sono piccole, ma pare sia lo standard degli alberghi a Londra. Quando tornerò a Londra tornerò a soggiornarvi sicuramente, ottima esperienza.

La propreté et le confort de la chambre. La proximité du centre de Camden et de la station de métro.
