yes the room was not very good for two the bed was right up to the wall and you had one side to get in or get in at the end and try to get up two the top ok if you did not have a bad back the room was[105] |

Excellent location, just across the street from Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. One hour after stepping out of the plane you are at your hotel room! The room was in very good condition, clean and of adequate size. The bathroom was one of the best I've seen in London hotels of this rating. Breakfast in Garfunkel's next to the hotel was good, as was the hotel staff. The check-in time is 14:00 but our room was ready when we arrived before 11am. The noise from the street may bother some but not us, after spending the day walking around London we fell a sleep easily. No major complaints. |

A/C a definite major plus last week. Room generally clean and comfortable and, of course, the hotel is extremely well placed for travel to LHR and London. Choice of breakfast locations was good - we prefered the Indigo Hotel. I would stay again. I think the room and bathroom were a bit small (a not uncommon problem in London!). My main gripe was that the free wireless internet appeared to be a "windows-only" version and so I couldn't use my linux laptop with it (this was nothing to do with the wireless not working - it was a problem with the hotels provider's software.). The ethernet was not free but available. This seems to be a UK/EU problem which I have never encounered in the US (where we live). Presumably because the use of such software might be considered illegal (ie monopoloistic) in the US. Overall a minor problem - I have a windows partition on the laptop - but slightly irritating. |

The bar did not open as it didn't have a fridge. I didn't have any water in my shower so had to move rooms. I was charged for the internet service that i used for just a few moments before having to move rooms. The least the hotel could have done was to take that charge off. |

the hotel was very handy for eating places in area, it was also easy to walk down to hyde park for the hard rock calling gig, wot a wounderful week end we had, the air con started to leek in the middle of the night , hoo dear. |

The situation was excellent being next to a tube station. It was also near enough Hyde park that we coulc walk there. The rooms were very small and there was no drawer space. Quality of breakfast in Garfunkles was poor. |

The room was small but well organized and clean. The location was excellent, as was the adjoining restaurant. Never did figure out how the alarm clock worked. |

The rooms were up to date although small, which is expected in a London Hotel. Due to renovations, breakfast was at a nearby hotel restaurant, and the service there was not that good. |

Location to shops and train station. Friendly staff and additional complementary items such as bottled water, cookies, tea, coffee and hot chocolate on a daily basis. Inclusion of breakfast provided by Garfunkles was excellent. |
