Dobra lokalizacja i komunikacja z innymi częściami miasta. Małe pokoje, brak pojedynczych łóżek w pokojach dwuosobowych. Podczas pobytu w hotelu podróżowaliśmy jako dwie osoby dorosłe (ojciec i syn). Nie znam opinii innych gości. |

It was so convenient being close to Paddington. Garfunkel's Restaurant next door was also a great place any time of day. It was also a benefit for us to have the exercise room with good equipment. It was a little difficult storing all our luggage while leaving enough space to move around in the room. |

clean, and the bathroom working well for London The rooms are really really small and I it's just a shame to pay so much money for it.. . In the very posh Marylebone for almost the same price I had a huge and luxuous double room with a better view! Paddington station is also not so good..lots of waiting for trains, lots of stairs... |

Location to Paddington station is great [note: the map on the internet site was off by a block]; the hotel upgraded us when we noted the cramped conditions of the standard double. Standard double very small -- no room to unpack -- no room to do anything but get into bed |

Everything felt very fresh, clean and new. The staff were helpful and welcoming. When we checked in it was to discover that we had been upgraded to a better room which was a real bonus. Great that fresh milk was available. |

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Easy availability of meals. Close to public transport. The room at the front on the first floor suffered from traffic and tube noise. |

The Quality Hotel is a fine hotel offering good value rates. It is in an excellent location just beside Paddington Station which gives easy access to anywhere in London. |

For me. it's location is its most important feature.It is located less than a minute walk from the Paddington Underground station, thus everywhere was reachable in a question of minutes. It is also very close to the Paddington train station, and this is where the Heathrow Express service terminates. Another plus is the free Wi-Fi. Another reviewer had stated that he had problems accessing it with a Linux laptop. I had a Macbook (laptop) and had no problems at all with the Wi-Fi, this worked first time round. As per other reviews, the room was on the small side, especially the toilet facilities, which were a bit too crammed. |

The hotel is convenient to the Heathrow Express, and to other locations in the Hyde Park area. The city traffic noise is somewhat bothersome at night when trying to sleep. |

the location is great, only a few minutes walk from hyde park and literally across the street from paddington station, which is good both for the heathrow express and regular tube service. the room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful and polite. after five nights we asked for a late checkout (later than the standard 11 o'clock). staff was unwilling to even consider. this was quite a disappointing approach. |

The room is clean. The location is definitely great. Paddington station is right next door. Eating places are near. Very small room. Suitable for short business stay but perhaps not for family vacations. |

The rooms were very small and would be uncomfortable if needed for more than 1 night. The room rate was much higher inclusive of breakfast when we could have booked room only and got breakfast cheaper at the Garfunkle's next door! |

Close to underground station and train station. Good location. Staff. Not helpful at all. Very rude!! Judgmental of age and appearance. Pleasant to other customers of hotel bar myself and my partner. I felt as though the most simple requests were a huge inconvenience to the staff. Will not go back to this hotel due to the staff member at the counter. |

conveniently situated, close to paddington station the double room which we have booked was extremely small and the bed was actually a single bed. we had to spend extra money and upgrade in order to be able to stay there |

The room was very clean, the housekeepers were excellent in daily attendance. The hotel was in a great centralized location for sightseeing. The bed was uncomfortable due to having two twin mattresses together. Also the wake up calls were not reliable. |

Excellent location, near de Paddington station - that means close to the Heathrow Express and the underground. There was a radio in our room with iPod dock. Clean room, good bed. The bathroom was small, but ok. Very small room, but I think this is a characteristic of most hotels in London. |

Staff helpful. Access to wireless appreciated. Room decor very nice. Lobby so small and a bit sterile - could spend a bit more effort on this, as it is the first impression customers have. |
