wonderful location, in front of hyde park and ~2 mins from lancaster gate tube station (central line). Homely room, perfectly clean, confortable bed. The hotel is in a very quite area (no traffic or something) bathroom furniture a bit "old fashion" |

The location was fantastic. Close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate undergrounds. One block to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Continental breakfast was included in the price and the staff were very courteous. We asked for a triple room and got a quad that was enormous with a leather lounge area. Would definitely stay here again. The coffee served at breakfast was so strong it was undrinkable, but that was a minor issue and there were coffee making facilities in the room. |

very good location, nice and quiet. good to have park just over the road. fridge was very useful, helped my budget pillows were a bit flat and blanket not very cosy but sheets and pillowcases were clean and crisp. |

Fantastic location, good connection to tube and bus. Right next to Kensington park. Good job of maids - clean room Bad info transmit between reception and breakfast room. |

The hotel is well situated for shopping as well as visiting the tourist attractions. The staff was very helpfull The only thing I did not like was that the room and bathroom was very cold the first day especially, the other 2 days of our stay this improved however/ |

Fantastic location close to all transport for sightseeing and shopping. Room was a good size with comfortable bed and very clean standard. Breakfast acceptable with sufficient variety. Plenty of tourist style information at the reception. Internet access helpful. |

Room very big, comfortable and clean I was disrespected, ofended and threatened by a member of staff.I couldn't use the laundry service, because the staff didn't have the papers for this service (!). I stayed there for one whole week, and the problem wasn't solved.Internet wi fi didn't work. No hot water in the mornings, only in the evenings. |

Our room was very large, nicely furnished with a kitchenette. It was good to have an elevator.. The hotel was not too far out of London and close to bus stops, metro station and walking distance Paddington Station for access to Heathrow. |

I like the size and the cleanness of the room. The hotel's staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's neighborhood is very quiet, which is very rare in London. The hotel is very near the Lancaster Gate underground station. There were a pair o pigeons who nested above room's window. They were cooing every day from 4am. First day I was furious about that but after a while I got used to it. |

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and ideally situated. The room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definately stay here again when in London. We will definately recommend this this hotel to friends. |

I've really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great location, more than reasonable room's space, very calm neighborhood and an excellent (price and food) restaurant (Taormina) nearby. Staff is ok. Breakfast basic. I have already recommend it to friends. |

The lacation - quiet but accessible, in very decent part of London within reach of the underground, the railway, Hyde Park. The contintental breakfast was not satisfying - no cheese, no fruit, no eggs. Coffee was not good. |
