1) Location was ideal for my work 2) Bed was comfortable
1) Sound insulation was poor 2) Had to run water for 5-7mins to get hot water in morning (on 8th floor at 06.00am)
Easy access via Tube to all London tourist spots. Some excellent resturants in the close proximity of the location, especiall Saigon. Highly recommended. All Premier Inn staff very pleasant, helpful and polite
Thought the bar and eating facilities were a bit sparse.
We went to the apollo and it was 12 minutes away perfect.
Over our two week stay at the Hammersmith Premier Inn we have been impressed with the Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel in all positions from cleaners to managers. Good breakfasts, nice small bar and quiet room with excellent bed.Ravenscourt Park tube close by,Buses easy to get and any amount of Resturants,Pubs and shops in the King Street up to Chiswick
Toilet brush would be nice?
The room and breakfast was excellent
We had a very enjoyable stay, location was ideal we would certainly stay again and would recommend it to friends and family
very good helpful staff and very clean
have to pay for Wi-Fi and parking very limited
the proximity to the Eventim Apollo .
Lifts were out of order so was an ordeal trying to get pram and kids up to our room. Apart from that, it was alright
Peace and quiet and comfort even on bonfire night!
Ideal location for trip to London. Staff excellent particularly towards two young children (6 & 8) with us. Very clean and good value for money. Wouldnt hesitate in staying there again.
Location fairly central to both city center, airport and local nightlife
WiFi should be complimentary...
Very helpful staff,Good location and we both had a very pleasant stay,As well as a fantastic night watching Cat Stevens down the road in concert.....
The Heating could do with turning up that bit more...
I thought all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bedroom so clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Thanks.
Lack of staff at check out.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere. Very decent neighborhood with plenty of restaurants with a lot of varieties.
Wifi must be paid for, but 3 Pounds for 24 hours and 10 Pounds for 7 days seem ok Smell of food from the restaurant on ground floor even on 8th floor
Location Clean room Comfortable beds
Location Value for money Friendly staff
1.Double bed dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable 2. A protec engineer coming into room wanting to change the smoke alarm when we were all settled in bed. Then another engineer wanting to come into the room to help 1st engineer. We had a quadruple room so it was very right for space. Not acceptable for the work to be done when guests have retired to bed. 3. We were in the 7th floor and the lift did not work, we had to go down the stairs with heavy luggage 4. We had to wait in a large queue of people and was going to complain about the bed but we needed to check out and asked the receptionist to book us a taxi which was 25mins late and we had a train to catch. 5. Breakfast was very busy and ran out of a lot of things which were not topped up
Staff very helpful with all questions we had. Booked our cases in quick on morning then check in for five rooms very quick. Great distance from tube station and the Hammersmith Apollo. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and lovely restaurant at hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Arron was very helpful on reception as well as all the other staff. Would stay again
Price vs. the quality, and the hospitality.
Elevator was broken, and plumbing system.
The view from the room over London
There was no small fridge in the room
Easy access to my destination.
The noise - room next to boiler(?)room? All night long the noise was non-stop. Advert of someone having a relaxing bath non compatible with leaflet - how ethical is this.
The hotel seemed to be run for the benefit of staff No enough staff to perform basic function Horrible food smells throught entrance floor Different size matresses on bed impossile to sleep no staff at breakfast, no beans in coffee machine Dining area tables were still dirty following a drinking session the previous evening Team lady was clearly annoyed when one of her team offered me a refund. Stayed the following week will never give the ptoperty another chance someone from regional or head office needs to be reviewing this hotel HORRIBLE
Nothing I have entered my comment in the wrong boxes
