Nice and clean with a very spacious bed. The room was just right for what we needed. We asked to be on one of the top floors so we could admire the view. We stayed on the 13th floor and the view was amazing
Room was abit cold but it was bearable.
Staff and room great,good location.
More staff needed. Bar often unattended. Overpowering smell of grill coming from kitchen got in our hair and clothes. Stronger extraction needed in kitchen.
The food and staff
Electricity went off at midnight
Because of the star rating, initially I wasn't very keen on this option but I booked because of convenience. Very glad I did, lovely hotel good facilities and value for money!
I have no dislike
Cleanliness and location
Noise in the room No room service
Great location for Eventim Apollo. Room was smallish but really comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice bar area too!
Parking is really limited but if it's a weekend there is some free parking across the road that the staff didn't actually tell us about!
Good views from the top floors
Wi-fi is very weak on top floors
The breakfast was very good and the staff were also. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfy
Bar closed early, not good when you don't get out of a show at the apollo until gone 11pm and would like a few hours drinking with your friends before bed. The Holiday Inn wins hands down here.
We booked the Premier Inn Hammersmith as we were going to the Apollo to see The River Dance. We chose the hotel as the location is close and priced competitively. We had a double room with an extra temp bed put up for our 14 year old son. The room was a little small but it was only for one night. Staff very friendly and the restaurant offered a good variety of food. Breakfast was excellent.
We were one of the lucky ones and found a parking space at the hotel. Didn't like paying £15 for it!! Everything else was very good.
Clean room, good breakfast.
No hot water one night, staff didn't seem to care. Parking is a hit or miss affair.
Comfort of bed
Not enough tea & coffee making items
Location, food, room, staff, value for money all excellent.
Have to pay for more than half an hour of Wifi.
Convenient Comfortable Friendly staff Good breakfast
9 days stay in a small room 801 Wifi limited
Helpful staff. Excellent 12th floor room with view of river. Option to not have room cleaned every day - relaxing. Fantastic fried breakfast. On the whole a very good experience - thank you.
Mattress very hard - left us achy and tired. As usual in hotels, not enough shelves in bathroom. Also bathroom needed strong light above sink, and magnifying mirror - women need these.
atmosphere quite and staff
Great service, hotel was clean and tidy, near the tube and breakfast was great!
hotel was close to hammersmith Apollo for gig
check in was a farce
Friendly helpful staff where nothing seemed too much trouble.Breakfast was very good and nice for my vegetarian companion that corn sausages were available on request.
There were not any face cloths in the bathroom.
Lovely warm welcome from the staff, every where very clean, super comfortable bed, lovely hot shower, extra pillows etc and a fantastic breakfast :-)
THE LOCATION, THE STAFF AND THE BREAKFAST
EXCELLENT mattress on the double bed, very comfortables. Location, Family Room, Easy to control temperature in Room, WiFi, TV, Kettle, Shower, Could leave luggage after checkout for a few hours, All you can Eat Breakfast Buffet, Costa Coffee at Breakfast
One of the Child beds was not a good mattress BUT the other child mattress was very good. Had to pay for WiFi.
Breakfast area did not seem big enough for number of guests
hotel is positioned well enough to access the Apollo by cab or a 15 minute stroll. There is parking but arrive early in the afternoon to get a space, as they are very limited.
Rooms are pretty small, but very tidy and comfortable so nothing really to moan about.
