The view was quite superb.Really stunning. Room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a nightmare. There was no parking available on the hotel site so we had to park several streets away. Not good late at night! Room was noisy with strange noises after we turned off the air conditioning, as it was too warm. It was difficult to get any sleep because of this....

The location is great, the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast is very good and the children under 11 eat free.

What kind of imagination could give birth to that bathroom in the room 802? With the shower built into the wall, size xs bath and a flush that is not capable to work 2 times in a row?? I wish the people who made that use it till the end of their days.

Bit stingy on the tea milk suger. Have recieved too invioces on my mail hope I have not been charged twice. Reception swiped my card several times not good

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel very quiet. Fabulous powerful and hot shower! The breakfast was superb! Easy to find and on-site parking a real advantage. Easy access to the underground.

Nothing major to report but found the lighting in the room a little dark.

It was convenient for our visit & the facilities were fine, if somewhat basic.

We had booked two rooms: ours was fine, since located on the side, but the second room was on the front and our in-laws complained of the noise.

Good location close to Hammersmith Apollo (20min walk) which we wanted, Excellent breakfast, clean room

It's a hotel I highly recommend!!! It's very clean and it has everything you need.The tube is at 10 minutes walk distance and there are a lot of buses as well .Nothing to complain about.

I couldn't get the free 30 minutes of internet to work. The good night sleep guarantee was ineffectual as I dialed 1234 and let it ring on two occasions with no answer.

I usually travel once per year to London. Me and my girlfriend have stayed in different hotels in London... and this is the best so far. The hotel is absolutely new. We stayed in room 1108 and it was awesome (eleventh floor): terrific views, huge room (and I really mean it: nothing to do with the rooms we had seen before in any hotel in London), absolutely clean. The situation is good too since it's pretty close to Hammersmith station and even just a few steps away from Ravenscourt Station. You can also take the night bus to Hammersmith (I think it was number 9). The staff was very friendly and helpful too. This is gonna be our hotel for the rest of our travels to London.
