The staff we extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with a huge selection of food that was kept well stocked. I particularly liked the hash browns! The walls lacked any form of sound proofing and we were woken by inconsiderate guests in the neighbouring room. We could hear every word of their inappropriate conversations and feel every movement through vibrations and jolts of our headboard! The great nights sleep which Premier Inn guaranteed was far from delivered. We woke at approximately 4am and couldn't return to sleep.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is tasty, everything is fine. I just wonder why no one cared to clean our room for two days - I thought that was what a hotel staff is usually supposed to do....

It is a nice hotel. staff are very helpful and it is near to everywhere I need to go. The price of the hotel was way to high. Premier Inn hotels should be a lot lower in price.

Staff pleasant and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent value. Central location, close to tube station, pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable king size bed. Good district views on higher floors.

Excellent breakfast and helpful staff, supplied extra tea bags for the room and kept our bags once we checked out until the evening when we went home. Very near the station. Cost on a par with other hotels but had hoped it would be a bit cheaper. Could hear the trains but did not stop us sleeping.

The breakfast was excellent, hot tasty varied, and plenty of it. The manager shut the bar when myself and other people wanted to be served and insisted it stay shut even though the bar staff were perfectly willing to serve us. There was no warning of this just a "no". Also the room was small .For £131.00 pounds I did not feel I had value for money. On my last trip in Feb I stayed at the Hilton on Canary Wharf for £80.

Good location 3 minutes walk from the Ravenscourt Park underground station (District Line, zone 2). 10-20mins on the underground to major attractions. Room was very clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. For London standard (expensive) the price represented good value for money. Tea, coffee, flat screen TV, oil heater provided. Good for families, couples and tourists who want to do sightseeing during the day and have a good night sleep during the night. 24/7 shop right outside the hotel. Neighborhood is OK. None

Parking. Great staff. Good location easy motorway access Very very very small room. No lift to top floor. Additional charge to park. Chose this over ibis to avoid 'shoebox' functionality but disappointed.
