It's the usual premier inn quality which is good food and clean rooms. The bed was spacious and comfortable.
The room was very small, barely enough for the 2 bags we had.
Air conditioning. Usually find rooms too hot, being able to change for personal preference was fab
Bed was short. Even with head up to the board my feet were over the end and I am only 5' 8". But as it was so wide I could move diagonally. Still slept brilliantly.
close to underground tube and shopping area . Very nice Ravens court park near by
An excellent all round experience. Staff were polite and courteous.
The staff at Premierinn are always so lovely and helpful. Truely welcoming and friendly. Beds are to comfortable, rooms quite and clean. Had a great stay.Love the bbreakfast too.
The staff were worse because of ask consumers self-checking.
We stayed here because we were flying out of Heathrow the next day. The hotel has a restaurant and bar and there is a pub next door. This is not a tourist area but there are lots of ethnic restaurants within walking distance.
Polite and efficient staff, particularly at breakfast time
Insufficiet glazing in our room on first floor, maderoom a bit too noisy. We could constantly hear traffic
everything was fine apart from the location of the room near a through door
being woken up no less than seven times
Excellent hotel- good views and exceptional service from helpful friendly team. Would recommend.
Breakfast buffet is excellent: variety, quality, convenience, you name it. Hotel is near many good restaurants and a pleasant park for early morning walks is right across the street. Room is big enough and has extra bedding etc. against need.
It was summer and the room got a bit warm. Three fans were provided; we were OK.
Premier Inn reputation for great night's sleep in unbeatable. Beds and matresses are exceptional. The borough is nice and convenient for closeness to local shops. There is an organic procuce & products market just down the road towards Hammersmith station, with a good selection for food allergies. There is a 24/7 corner shop across the street. The Staff is very nice.
The room is a bit cramped and the bathroom outdated, this gives an idea of poor cleanliness and not good value for money. There is an horrible & disgusting smell of fried food and onions/cheese coming from the restaurant at the ground floor. Not the best choice for travelling to/from central London, either via the Tube (25 mins from Victoria and not so frequent trains) or bus (45 minutes from Oxford street after 9:00 PM)
Too little space between bed and wall.
Everything was was just perfect
Location - close to tube for central London Staff helpful & friendly
Hotel is a converted office block & felt a bit like it
Location is good and SOME of the staff were incredibly helpful. Good parking.
Air conditioning not working. A down right dangerous TV remote that was screwed together and overheating so we couldn't use it. No lift to 13 floor. Some very much less than helpful staff at reception. What a shame they weren't all like some of the breakfast and evening meal staff.
Smell inside of reception and restaurant. Couldn't eat in it because of it which was a shame.
close to tube station very friendly & helpful staff delicious, reasonably priced breakfast buffet
spare bed for older son was quite uncomfortable
excellent staff at reception willing to answer queries
more should be made of cheaper breakfast alternative
Comfy bed location spot on breakfast good choice
Wifi was useless but that was the only thing wrong
Generally staff were very helpful. The street hosts a lot of shops and restaurants and very near district line tube
I waited for more than two hours to be given the room at check in, however this was made up to by having a room with wonderful views.
Simple, clean, comfortable and cheap!
There was no air con in our increadably small room on one of the hottest times of the year, so we didn't really sleep that well at all.
The room, the breakfast, the staff were excellent.
Parking was a gambol. Luckily we got a slot - pure luck. Otherwise the whole thing would have been very inconvenient indeed!
Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Ravenscourt Park station which ideal for going in to central London. Perfect for people who would be visiting different places in London. Good breakfast!!
Aircondition in our room was bad, but the staff was very cooperative and did eventually change our room.
