Fit for purpose for overnight stay before early departure from LHR. Dinner satisfactory and facilities adequate. Dreary corridors and an uninspiring and poorly lit restaurant. |

Close location to the airport, very quiet or my room was. The food quality and range wasnt great and the prices were high, the full english breakfast for 17 pounds was plain robbery. |

location The room stank of cigarette smoke. I managed to get it freshened up by the staff. However, at about 2am the a/c recirculated stale smoke from all the other rooms on the floor. It took me 2 days to stop coughing. |

Proximity to Heathrow Airport and facility for longer-term parking Better signposting is needed to the hotel along the approach roads |

The hotel is close to the airport terminals, enjoyed view of the runways. Very quiet. Easy check in and out. |

I am an aviation enthusiast who stays in Northern Scotland and fly from Aberdeen to lhr for onward connection the following day, I always ask for views of the airport and on occasions my request is usually met. I stay on average about six times per year. |

The main reason for choosing this hotel was to see my daughter fly to New Zealand early morning and for me to do some plane spotting .The vuew from room of airport was exccellent. My first room I did ot have view of the airport. When booking the room on the internet I understood that our Deluxe room had a uninterrupted view of airport main reason for booking, I`m pleased to say it was rectified |

I liked the lobby, very nice. the location wasnt as close as described, i cant believe they dont run a shuttle service to the airport free of charge. The wifi facility was good but £15 for 24 hours? Come on, in this day and age it should come with a bathroom!! The bar staff were very friendly but awful at their job. |

Service personnel were very helpful and friendly. Public and private room cleanliness. There was nothing special about the club room. I wouldn't pay extra for access. Dining room choices were limited. |

The friendliness of the reception staff on arrival and during the short stay and the excellent room service, the best meal for room service ever had and I have had plenty. The location to Heathrow Airport is excellent. |

Other than its closeness to the airport-nothing. The aircond and mini bar were supposed to be working but totally inadequately-a small air and warm was blowing from a small opening[the room was very warm] and the mini bar items were warm. |

Closeness to the airport. But beware - it may be listed as being closest to the airport, but the way a taxi must drive to get to the hotel adds a few extra miles. If you stay at the Sheraton on the opposite side of the road you are in fact time-wise closer to the airport. As posted previously, do not let their concierge organise your pick-up from the hotel, you will end up paying double what you should. |

It is very lose to Heathrow. The concierge will call one of his buddies when you ask for a taxi that will you cost GBP 15.00 but if you take one of the black taxis it is only GPB 5.00-9.00. In fact the concierge tried to prevent me from taking a black taxi that dropped someone else off at the hotel resulting in a screaming match in the foyer of the hotel. |

Some of the facilities you advertise on your website were not available. The bathroom was not adequate - the toilet handle was stiff and broke, the hot water tap was extremely hard to turn. |

Close to the airport Expensive shuttle considering the proximity to the airport. Telephone fees for international calls are exorbitant. I had to call my bank in Canada and was charged 118 pounds. This is patently ridiculous when I can make the same call from Canada to England for less than one pound. Continental Breakfast buffet price was not posted. 15 pounds per person is not reasonable for cereal & yoghurt. |
