The Restaurant was very good. Food was lovely and staff very efficient. I thought the room was a little bit shabby. I was allocated a disabled room as I was travelling alone. The bedroom was ok but a little bit tired. The bathroom had seen better days and was not as clean as it should have been. I would have expected a bit more from this class of hotel.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Ridiculous Internet charges! Will not stay in this motel again because of poor and very expensive Internet access.

Room was ok. I stayed in the hotel as I thought it was close to the airport. I arrived at Terminal 1 and had to leave for Terminal 5 the following morning. I did not realise I would have to pay for the shuttle bus and had to go back in to airport to get sterling. The bus in the morning was packed to overflowing and many disgruntled passengers. As a further comment, I ate in the duo restaurant and thought at 9pm, the food was basic and limited. The fish looked very overcooked and there was only pork available in the buffet. The Marriott lounge was not very nice either, and nothing to drink except water.

Ease of access to Heathrow Airport The first room we stayed in was musty and had a terrible smoke odor even though it was a non-smoking room.

It is close to LHR T5 Staying in an expensive hotel and having to carry heavy luggage a considerable distance with no offer of assistance, or trolley. The rooms felt old and tired. Internet is ludicrously expensive. No bottled water in the mini bar.

My wake up call was on time. Location is convinient to get fast to Terminal 1 and 3. Another aging hotel at Bath Road. Not the one you would like to stay at unless you have to. It does not feel like from 20th century, but like 19th. I personally did not liked the bed comfort and had a difficult time finding a sign for elevators within endless corridors, finally taking fire stairs to get down to reception. The room was small and they still charge for Internet.

The room 2180 was cramped. The heating was a Dimplex fan heater stuck to the wall. Impossible to sleep with this on due to noise.

The staff was excellent. Food at resturant was good.. They room I stayed in was near the end of the hallway so it was rather cold. The heater in the room was fine but the bathroom was significantly cold.

Clean and comfortable - however, the room was a little 'tired' and could benefit from a re-fresh. There was a fair bit of door slamming in the night, however, it is difficult to let the bedroom doors close without them slamming. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

Great lobby....shame about the rooms. Investment much needed as the rooms are very dated, I doubt that they have changed much since the late 1980'S.

The room was well arranged and suited best for the night stay. The hot water was too much hot and the control was not fine. But otherwise there was no problem. Also, the key card did not work for the first time and then i had to call the reception and get a new card had to move back & forth with heavy luggage, causing a little discomfort.

It is in an excellent location for access to Heathrow. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here several times but his is the 1st time since their renovation. Asthetically it is pleasing but I was disappointed to see that they retained the same (very uncomfortable) chairs in the bar area. They are striking, but that's about all I can say about them.
