It is close to LHR T5 Staying in an expensive hotel and having to carry heavy luggage a considerable distance with no offer of assistance, or trolley. The rooms felt old and tired. Internet is ludicrously expensive. No bottled water in the mini bar.

Very convenient for early morning flights out of Heathrow. Breakfast room opens at 6am and the selection of food is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. I have used this hotel when flying out of Heathrow on several occasions, and will return for my next trip.

We stayed here because we needed somewhere close to the Radisson, where a function we were attending was being held. Comfortable room with full-size bath, a rarity these days. The drinks (beer, wine) choice and quality was not great for a hotel at this level. The custom of adding 10% service charge to already sky-high prices, even when drinks were collected from the bar, was NOT appreciated. Heathrow hotels, like all airport hotels, are a group unto themselves. They operate within a specialised, artificial environment. Which is why I'm not answering the question below.

The room 2180 was cramped. The heating was a Dimplex fan heater stuck to the wall. Impossible to sleep with this on due to noise.

The staff was excellent. Food at resturant was good.. They room I stayed in was near the end of the hallway so it was rather cold. The heater in the room was fine but the bathroom was significantly cold.

Clean and comfortable - however, the room was a little 'tired' and could benefit from a re-fresh. There was a fair bit of door slamming in the night, however, it is difficult to let the bedroom doors close without them slamming. Otherwise a comfortable stay.

The room was well arranged and suited best for the night stay. The hot water was too much hot and the control was not fine. But otherwise there was no problem. Also, the key card did not work for the first time and then i had to call the reception and get a new card had to move back & forth with heavy luggage, causing a little discomfort.

The room was well appointed and clean. The location for LHR T3 was good. Don't know the source but the lobby, bar and restaurant were filled with the overpowering and offensive smell of perfume. I don't think it was coming from staff or guests. Dinner was not brilliant, little choice on the a la carte, buffet ok but nothing special. Breakfast was very very ordinary with medicinal tasting sausages (should be savory and herby) and the tomatoes were actually burned (how does the chef manage such a thing?). Staff kept asking whether we were happy with our meal - too many hovering around. Parking lot needs some signs to follow in the dark!

The hotel is very close to the Heathrow Airport. A free bus and a commercial bus (7 bp) system will take you from the hotel to the terminals. The hotel is very convenient, clean, and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Very clean room with comfortable beds and good facilities. Food at breakfast was of a good quality. We had pre-booked room through booking .com so we only spent a few minutes at check-in desk once we got to the desk. Pleased to find that we had two single beds as requested. Free bus service to & from from hotel to hrw Central Bus Station 20 min wait in queue awaiting check-in on arrival caused by customers at check-in desk spending a long time talking to staff about their problems or trying to negotiate a lower price or perhaps desperate to find a room. Huge unexpected queues at breakfast at about 8.30am Sunday morning. The queue for the fried breakfast at one stage extended almost to the dining room check in desk. Constantly running out of food at the fried breakfast buffet counter. I noticed that some customers were really piling lots of food on to their plates, ie 5 or 6 sausages at a time. I also noticed that 6 customers on an adjacent table went round twice to the fried breakfast buffet. By 9am the queues had dispersed completly. Unfortunately, we just happened to choose the wrong time to go down for breakfast.

Our best experience was in the dining lounge. We were served by a young man from Sumatra. He was an excellent host to us and charming to talk with. Quiet rooms, great location to the airport. It cost 4.90 per person to take the bus to the airport and 9.00 for a cab so if you are with a partner it is easier and better value to take a cab which can be called for by the hotel. The distance to the rooms from the elevators was incredibly long. If you are older you need to ask for a room close to the elevators. The room taxes are on top of their room rates so add 20 percent tax to the room rate and for service they include the tip regardless of service.
