spa not enough time on weekend, and hotel ask me to pay vat tax, which was including in the price. ( than they wave it after my question ) this was not right think to pull on.

Close to the airport

Hotel was a bit run-down, but clean. They did not provide free transport to the airport.

Friendly staff and good facilities

Had to pay extra 60 pounds becuse of check in before 12 noon and wasnt even allowedto stay a single hour extra the next day

Before I went I read reviews which said the hotel was dated but I have to say I found it to be spotlessly clean and the room was decorated well and light and airy and we had a fantastic view of the runway at Heathrow. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the bonus was having a Starbucks on site as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Club lounge very disappointing, no conceige, coffee machine and a fridge of cold drinks. No snacks no fruit, I assume everything came out after 6.00pm

We were travelling with my 98 year old mother. The staff were very helpful, providing a wheel chair for our stay, offering to help whenever needed. The concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport.

Unfortunately our breakfast was a disappointment. We ordered from the menu 2 boiled eggs, sent when back because it had not been cooked enough and then the next egg was the very same. Too bad. also my mothers room was quite chilly. #3181

The efficient service of the front-desk person.

We booked an executive level room. When we arrived at the Executive Lounge, there were no tables or chairs available in a very small room. The single staff member was not forthcoming in offering to find extra chairs. The standard of fare was far below any executive lounge I have ever stayed in. The only alcoholic drink on offer was wine. The room itself was roomy with a very comfortable bed, but for a non-smoking room, the bedding certainly smelled of smoke fumes. The shower temperature in the morming was tepid negating a shower long enough to wash hair thoroughly.

Not in long enough to really tell

No heating in the lobby, it was freezing and we wanted to wait there for a few hours before going to the airport. The rooms were not much warmer. Breakfast we felt was poor. There was plenty of choice but not cooked very well. Admittedly they did have a power cut but we were not over impressed. The staff were friendly but it was so cold for them as well. Itmay be better when the renovations have been done but we ere not told of this when we booked.

The location is very good, and the fact that it is on the free portion of the bus system is a bonus. Nice to watch the planes land and take off while you enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner. The bed was wonderful, but the mattress could probably use getting turned soon.

The hotel is well over due for an update. The staff, though friendly, were not able to complete some of the basic jobs correctly the first or second time. My room was at the far end of the hotel, and first the key didn't work, so I had to go back down to the lobby with all my luggage to get it re-programmed. Then, when I went to the lounge, the lounge access had not been included with the reprogramming, so I had to once again go back to the lobby.

Fitness Center, disappointed about the Sauna not being open late Saturday. Also did not look impressive.

At Heathrow, and, with a Club Room booking, all desired quality features are available, including the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

One of the closest luxury hotels to Heathrow t1 and 3

Getting old although they try to make it look as good as they can. Very big - it takes ages to get to your room from the lift. And they charge a lot for extras like internet and parking.

Location near airport.

Room was gloomy with no view. Internet charged at £15 per day for wi fi.

It was very clean and comfortable and convenient to the airport

I felt having to pay for the Internet was a bit unfair and also the shuttle to the airport was £4 per person when I feel it should have been provided free of charge by the hotel.

Room was too small in size.....bath room shower faucet was leaking....not draining properly....poor quality tv.....no in room bar.....room temperature control only on-off fan and no control on temp.. Restaurant meal was bad. Not recommend to any one even to those transit travelers.
