Room basket contents were good quality

Arrived very late in the evening, given a smoking twin room (should have been asked whether this was ok, would not expect to have to state this at time of check-in) This room had a connecting door which did not have a lock on my side which was concerning from a security perspective. Due to these connecting doors rather than a wall, this let a lot of noise through from the adjoining room. Pillows next to useless Decor of the room was very depressing and dated Shower unable to maintain a consistent temperature

Close to the airport. Plenty of parking. Regular shuttles

Restaurant and Starbucks are a bit overpriced, but that's just like all the LHR hotels. There are plenty of alternatives within a couple of minutes walk

Excellent staff with comfort to get to Terminal 1 in time; great variety for breakfast

Thee bed was better than average. Location and ability to access Heathrow airport was superb.

My credit card was charged an amount that didn't match the amount that I was charged at check out. Hotel was old and tired. The room was hot no opening window for ventilation and the ac was not sufficient to cool the room. Breakfast was overly expensive.

Everything was very good with our stay. Just an overnight before a flight. The room was ok in size, clean and relaxing with stunning views of planes taking off. The restaurant was good and the food was nicely presented if a little basic. Needs a bit of updating in places but on the whole a great hotel

Old style tv in a huge cabinate taking up way to much space

We used this hotel as our last stop in England before flying back to the US. Two older women in rental car. Helped us unload, let us stay parked in front until ready to return car to Avis, explained how to get back to hotel, etc. Very comfortable. Excellent for one night. A business hotel plus lots of airline staff - a good sign!

Good value base price, but extras soon push price up. Internet access at £6.00 for 3 hours, car park etc

Hate paying inflated prices for internet access. Plus a warning, if you dont need to wake up too early, put a do not disturb sign on your door, or house keeping knock on the door. Not good if you only got to bed four hours before

(1)The agreed upon price was £79.00 and that was the amount stated on my receipt. According to the conversion scale that should have been $119.26 in us currency. However on my credit card statement it says $195.00. Why? (2)The air conditioning didn't work in our room making it very warm and stuffy during our stay. We spoke to the front desk. We made adjustments to the thermostat but it did not help. We requested a fan which did help some but at times we literally had to prop our hotel room door open because it was cooler in the hallway. It was a lot of money to pay to be so miserable. (3) Also for the price, the internet should have been free--not 6 pounds for 3 hours.

The staff is obviously the greatest asset. They were wonderful about everything, from check-in to waitstaff in the restaurant to the concierge.

The hotel feels a little run-down (duct-taped carpet in the hallways, the "club" area). And when I'm paying over 300 GBP a night, I really do not expect to get charged 15 GBP extra for internet - and that's PER device. Definite gouging there.

The guys at the concierge were really good especially one guy called Mohammed

No refrigerator in the room ,television outmoded contrary to what I saw on the Internet, room not all that spacious for a 4 star hotel

Location was ideal for my trip

Rooms are small and in need of a serious up date,bathroom is even smaller.

Extortionate prices to eat in the restaurant £19.95 for a cooked breakfast??? Very unappealing exterior, needs updating.

spa not enough time on weekend, and hotel ask me to pay vat tax, which was including in the price. ( than they wave it after my question ) this was not right think to pull on.

Hotel was a bit run-down, but clean. They did not provide free transport to the airport.

Friendly staff and good facilities

Had to pay extra 60 pounds becuse of check in before 12 noon and wasnt even allowedto stay a single hour extra the next day

Before I went I read reviews which said the hotel was dated but I have to say I found it to be spotlessly clean and the room was decorated well and light and airy and we had a fantastic view of the runway at Heathrow. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the bonus was having a Starbucks on site as well. I would definitely stay here again.

It was efficient clean and the staff were friendly. Ideal for a one night stay when catching an early morning flight
