When we walked in there a loud BAND/music coming from the bar..it was so terrible & this is after traveling for 2 hours to get to the hotel so we could get an early am flight!! Then our phone didn't work so I couldre request a wake up call, I had to go down to the front desk to shout to them that I needed a phone that worked...it was awful |

No heating, no soap,no reading lights,served wrong beer in bar, one elevator broke down. Bus would not come to front door because of snow--pathetic!! ever heard of shovels!! |

Convenient to Heathrow Airport and access to a Free Bus from just outside the Hotel to Hatton Cross Tube Station (Saving Four Pounds each way). Unfortunately, hit the Christmas Party Season so it was a bit noisey but have stayed here before and it is usually very quiet. |

Nothing, as the rooms were like a Rabbit Hutch.It caters more for the Heathrow jetset. |
