I forhold til den pris jeg betalte var standarden på hotellet overraskende høj. Måske betalte jeg en tilbudspris, i så fald fremgik det ikke tydeligt af Booking.com. Jeg fik en bekræftelse fra Booking.com på £ 46 - værelse inclusive morgenmad. Imidlertid overbeviste receptionisten mig om at jeg ikke kunne få morgenmad fordi jeg skulle checke ud fra hotellet før restauranten ville åbne. Derfor "tog han morgenmaden ud" af regningen, hvilket resulterede i at den faktiske pris blev £ 49! |

ingen støj på værelset, rent, pæn værelsesstørelse, ok pris på mad, busstation lige udenfor parkering noget rod, receptionisten ville ikke acceptere den pris jeg havde booket til over booking.com, det var for billigt og hun var sur, hun måtte gå til kontore, før jeg fik det til prisen som jeg havde bookket til. Hun burde være oplyst og ikke forsøge at snyde folk. meget larm i lobbyen, resturant noget larmende,rodet men flinkt personale. internet adgang dyr og langsom. |

Having happily used the basic, but comfortable Premier hotel chain throughout Britain, this was a pleasant surprise. It costs no more than hotels in regional areas, but - probably because it is new - has a quite luxuriant feel. Most importantly, rooms have a telephone that can be programmed for calls to ensure flights are not missed. The restaurant serves basic, but unexciting food. A shuttle bus connects with the airport. I had booked a family room and we were given a room with only one double bed. I was accompanied by grand-daughter age 22 and grandson age 10 - not very suitable! After a long wait we were transferred to a rook with two double beds. However, this was equipped with tea and coffee facilities for only two - also only two sets of towels. Not good. |

As a whole the hotel was nice, had use of television in with the price and a good size room and bathroom. The hotel was a lot further away from the airport then we realised, the buses to get to the airport are good however at £4 each, it is an expense that we hadn't planned in and we had to go both ways! There was also damage to the window in our room however they did not fix it as they said the staff to do so were not around anymore. They offered to move us to another room, however we just wanted to relax being the beginning of our honeymoon. I do wander if it did get fixed as they didn't seem to bother to log the fault down! |

I was really impressed with how quiet this hotel is considering the location of the airport. I was also pleased that it was so well stocked with everything I needed for comfort and it had a wonderful deep bathtub! I loved that they had internet access and scales to weigh bags. Great job, well done. |

Friendly staff, reasonably easy access to Heathrow airport, clean rooms. It wasn't as easy to get directly to London city centre as I expected, and I was disappointed that the shuttle cost money to get us to the airport (I thought that would have been a part of the hotel service). |

The rooms are basic but comfortable. There are a number of facilities on hand, such as a bar and even a Costa Coffee in the lobby. The location is just too far away to make the low price worth it. Remember the Hotel Hoppa shuttle service to the airport is not free and the tube service to the city is very slow, so expect to either spend hours each day commuting or spending dozens of pounds on the express rail -- at which point you probably could do much better by paying the extra money for a hotel in the city itself. |

Cheap clean room Had trouble with television and called reception let the phone ring for about ten minutes with no answer had to go down to reception to finally get the television working. |

Best feature is the Costa Coffee Bar which serves great skinny, decaf lattes 24 hours a day! Good soundproofing in rooms. Luggage carts available. Hotel Hoppa bus. Reception phone not answered. |
