Nähe zum Flughafen, Preis, Frühstück Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen war voll, Fahrer hat viele Gäste nicht mehr mitgenommen, nächster Bus erst eine Stunde später => Taxi nehmen müssen |

Convenient budget option for Heathrow T1-2-3 stayover Extremely slow and most inefficient check-in. After a long flight, the last thing you want at an airport hotel is queuing for half an hour and watching staff taking leisurely 10mins+ checkin time per customer. |

für mich als tourist war das Londoner Bussystem ziemlich kompliziert. An der Rezeption gab es weder Busfahrpläne noch den Willen mir dabei zu helfen. Abends war die Bar und das Restaurant sehr voll. Ich weiß dass ich eins von drei freien Zimmern am WE bekommen habe.´Mehr Personal wäre wünschenswert gewesen, habe beide Tags über eine Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet. |

We found the reception staff very helpful with assisting us to know how to get into London and airport as we were unfamiliar to London. We enjoyed our meals there and found the rooms comfortable.Very quiet and peaceful. We have already recommended the accomodation to others. I think having more tea and coffee in the rooms could be helpful and milo for younger ones |

The hotel is very clean, very well laid out has an excellent bar which is open to midnight and has a 24 hour coffee bar. It's great value for the money and ten minutes away from terminal one. Nothing but an accurate what bus do you need to take from where at which termina and at what cost would be more than handy |

A very convenient hotel for transit purposes which was what we needed.Very practical for this purpose. Please supply a rubbber mat for the bath. My husband slipped somehow in the shower and it was sheer luck that he did not break anything. I did not like the position of the Internet section and felt exposed and cramped whilst using it. |

reasonable price the reception would not answer. tried several times. I had difficulty getting directions to the airport from the reception. Also, I booked a family room for two adults and two children. only two beds were given. |

I liked how close it was to Heathrow Airport and that there was a shuttle bus, very convenient. We were able to walk from our car rental back to the Hotel in about 7 minutes. Good and clean room, food also was great from the casual bar. |

The fact that I got as much tea preparation material as I asked for...this is important to me as I am a tea lover! We also needed to change our room and the staff was very co-operative. All in all it was a good experience. |

Pleasant and easy check in. Facilities were all within reach, and prices were reasonable, considering the proximity to Heathrow. The cost of the Hoppa bus, compared to the price of transport to hotels in Canada where Shttle bus is usually free! |
