The rooms are basic but comfortable. There are a number of facilities on hand, such as a bar and even a Costa Coffee in the lobby. The location is just too far away to make the low price worth it. Remember the Hotel Hoppa shuttle service to the airport is not free and the tube service to the city is very slow, so expect to either spend hours each day commuting or spending dozens of pounds on the express rail -- at which point you probably could do much better by paying the extra money for a hotel in the city itself. |

The convenience. Easy dining and check-in, easy transport to and from the airport. Noisy children inside the reception area at the play area. |

Usual good standard of rooms - Especially liked the fact that the beds in the twin bedded room were like small doubles. This made it a very comfortable experience. No |

Wonderful comfy matresses and pillows The adverts at both Heathrow and Fairmile Premier Inn - ie. 29.00 per night - we have yet to discover which Inns offer this rate and how a guest qualifies for the rate! I stayed at Fairmiule from Saturday 10 to Friday 16 October and then at Heathrow Remier Inn from Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 October and never qualified for any discounts. I was also inconvenienced by the fact that neither Inn offered in-house DIY laundromats. Also on Sunday the main restaurant was closed in the afternoon. The meals ordered from the bar menu were very definately sub standard. A huge disapointment. Also disapointed that the hotel had no hotel shuttle to the airport. Not that keen to use this group again nor to recommend it to friends. |

Everything was fine. The entrance is large and imposing, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were perfectly helpful. All disabled car-parking spaces were taken up, over 50% of them by tradesmen's vans. Either most traveling tradesmen are disabled these days, or they just don't care, and park anywhere there's a space. Can't someone at the hotel just remind these people that they have legs for a reason, or are they just too tired to walk an extra 30 meters after a hard day's driving around? |

Very impressed with the entrance and check-in. The room was smart and clean. The hotel is next door to one of the best long stay carparks at Heathrow |

Close to LHR airport, quiet, airport bus service, parking, good size room and bathroom, and comfortable bed. Slow service in restaurant and food marginal, Costa service and food (scone hard as a rock and surly attendant), charge for use of computer in lobby for email. Courtyard looks like prison yard. |

The comfort and quality of fittings in the room were comparable to those in much more expensive hotels. The room and bathroom were larger than average, and our bathroom had a bathtub - very appreciated! The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Although located at the airport, our room was very quiet - we couldn't hear the airplanes. The staff were courteous and seem very well trained: all personnel smiled and greeted me in passing. The restaurant food, particularly the full breakfast, is very good - attractively presented and plentiful. I noticed that the check-in service became overwhelmed when a high-demand period occurred. People were frustrated at the long waits to be checked in. However, this was not our experience since we had checked in earlier in the afternoon. |

There was alot of choice in terms of food and it was simple to check in and out. The rooms had everything necessary. A group booking had to be processed per person using the same credit card three times. |
