I stay often at the Premier Inn Heathrow. Mainly because I come to London for shopping and theatres etc but also I stay there before and after flights from Heathrow. During this stay the Hotel was undertaking refurbishment and the main restaurant was unavailable. However, a staff memeber phoned me before my stay to advise which I appreciated and the all the staff, without exception, were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Staff training in customer relations is clearly very good indeed. I've never had a problem at the Premier Inn Heathrow that hasn't been sorted. During this last stay there were some pretty awful guests in the room opposite. Clearly very drunk and making a lot of noise. When I spoke with reception, it was sorted immediately. These guests were incredibly rude to the staff and in the end were escorted of the premises by the Police. The staff handled this difficult situation very well.

Comfortable bed, close to Heathrow, quiet, and clean. Out of the 5 places we stayed in England (with 2 being in London) this was the only hotel that charged for internet use. The decor is also odd in the hallways and rooms, just not cozy or warm feeling. Had to pay for transportation to the airport. You would think a hotel this size and proximity to Heathrow would have their own shuttle.

Very clean! Easy access with a bus stop right in front. Only two floors so no long wait for elevators. Very friendly and helpful staff. The advertising says there is a shuttle to the airport. It needs to be pointed out that the shuttle is an airport Hoppa bus that costs £4 each way per person. No complaints about the hotel itself.

Public facilities Found room standard on the low side, but okay. Avoid pricey Heathrow Hoppa H6 by taking a local bus to Sheraton skyline and walk the remaining (short) bit to the hotel

New clean facility in the right place at the right price Had to watch the extras (E.G. parking) as they add considerably to the cost of the stay.

Convenient location to the airport. Excellent staff who go that extra bit to be helpful and seem happy to be doing it. That the Hotel Hoppa bus no longer drops off and picks up at the door but one has to carry their bags up to the bus stop on the road. However the reception staff were quite happy to give assistance with the bags. Free WiFi connection on the premises would be nice.

It was convenient and inexpensive to take the shuttle bus from Heathrow Airport to the Premier.....suggest one buys a "return ticket". The staff was most welcoming to us, being Canadians. It was also convenient to have restaurants, bars, coffee places to enjoy upon one's arrival at the Inn. Premier had been recommended to us by my British Pen Pal and it served our purpose to a tee!!! Many thanks to all........M.S.

What a disappointment - booked via the Bookings.com website. I entered in the postal code in the sat nav and it took me to the Centre of Hounslow !!! I called the hotel on the number that was on my booking reference 0870 607 5075, and after an exhaustive list of "press number for..." the phone rang and rang and then went to a hotel answerphone. On arrival at the hotel I was expecting 1 or 2 staff - but there was 4 at reception ! what a joke ! I questioned about the postal code and was told " oh we have 2", and asked about the telephone to be told " its a lady out the back office that has the responsibility of answering phones not us. All in all I was due to arrive at 11pm, and with all the re-routing and delays its was 12.30am before I arrived !!! Such a comfy room but my other experiences ruined the stay.

We were welcomed at reception and when asked for a quiet room, were given one where we never heard a sound from outside. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good sleep. The room was large enough for us to repack before our flight home and the hotel had a scale where we could check the weight of our bags. The restaurant had a fairly good menu and was conveniently open late. The continental breakfast was very adequate. The Hoppa bus-ticket dispenser in the lobby was convenient.

Very happy for the hotel's service and good value. Close to heathrow airport, besides hope on bus take you to airport, you also can take local bus to centre bus station - terminal 1-3 for less.

Moden and very quiet considering it's location to Heathrow Airport. Had all of the facilities needed for my overnight stay as I had a very early flight the next day. As a guest of the hotel I did not like having to pay for overnight parking.

Very committed staff, regularly checking that all was well, even stopping for a chat. Very helpful with transport suggestions and alternatives.Extremely well structured lobby in a "village" kind of way... the unusual [unique?] design was ideal for killing time waiting for a flight. Staff happy to allow us to remain in the lobby area after 12.00 checkout and avail ourselves of all facilities while waiting for a 7pm flight. Our second stay had a slightly better organised room and while rooms are not luxurious they are very adequate and have excellent beds.

New, clean, service oriented staff (lots of staff 'on training' so service by trainers v good). Food okay. Cluster Issue with WiFi: [1] False advertising - so-called 'free WiFi' was for 30 minutes only - which ran out well before 30 minutes usage time had elapsed [2] Paid WiFi for 1 day at around 10PM that expired before the next morning (presumably at midnight). [3] Required to pay again for "2nd" day - i.e. paid twice for a single overnight stay when advertised as free. [4] WiFi help / sale Website obscure - not intuitive - did not tell me about minutes remaining or the foregoing! I eventually established what was needed by trial and error. Not sure the self-help check-in is a good idea - I prefer a real person to know I matter ( I was helped by a person so I didn't experience that computer driven self help).

It is well located both for the city and the airport. By walking a short distance, there is free transportation by London Transport buses in to and out of Heathrow Underground station. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly and attended to any special request with alacrity. Full buffet breakfast was simply amazing also offering custom egg orders through the chef. This was our second stay at this hotel. The fact that they do not offer wake-up calls in rooms - strange for an airport hotel.

Hotel had a good location but so did many other hotels, it was very clean, and the rooms were in very good condition. The price was reasonable although prices quoted to stay at your hotel for 29.00 were not available and Ibooked quite early so that was a bit disappointing as some of the other hotels were cheaper! Hello, I was just about to email you as we have now returned home to Ibiza, we stayed at your hotel as it was closest to airport at a reasonable price, (we had a very early flight); cleaniness was very good as staff were helpful, but we went to bed at 10pm as we had an early start, and after asking for somewhere quite, we were kept awake for over an hour because of somebody close by making lots of noise. We were due to get up at 3.30am but again we were woken at 2am again because of the noise in one of the rooms. ALthough we were facing the road, we were not disturbed by the noise of the cars, etc. So we were very disappointed at our stay although everything else about the hotel was good. Kind regards, Teresa Hinton. (Would think seriously about booking your hotel again though!!!!)

We stayed at the Premier Inn to avoid a long, early morning drive to Heathrow prior to an international flight. It is very conveniently located. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but comfortably furnished and clean. Good value. The Premier Inn lies just outside the "free airport hotel travel zone" for the London buses, so you have to pay to the local bus to get to Heathrow (t1/2/3). The hotel participates in an airport hotel shuttle service, which is twice as expensive as taking the local bus service. So the lower cost of the room is offset to some extent by having to pay for parking (if you have your own car or a rental car) or transportation to the airport.

I noticed the Saturday I stayed there was loads of young people staying in the hotel probably from the local area. I was woken up several times through the night by these people making noise from drunken behaviour. I also noticed that the rooms where occupied by more guests than what they where designed for? Anyway I ended up moving to another Premier Inn close by.

Found after a tour along Bath road but the search was wort it as the hotel was good. Found it a long trek to the room with lots of luggage and a trolley would have helped. Was glad to be so near heathrow for a morning flight and will use it again. Thanks Just the distance to the room was a long way for an elderly guest,

The self-check in only made things more confusing because I couldn't tell where to ask for help from the hotel staff. Also, I tried to call them three times on the day of my check-in to ask where I needed to catch the hotel shuttle from the airport and I never got to talk to a real person or got an answer before I arrived. And because I never got an answer, I ended up going to the wrong terminal.
