It does what it promises it does, rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioning works, breakfast is reasonable value too. Free or cheaper parking would help. |

Good price, great location for airport stays (early or late flights), friendly staff, easy transport to airport Had booked a family room but there were not enough towels for a family - i.e. only two sets. Would have liked more activities for older children and better TV channels |

Proximity to the Heathrow. Ability to adjust temperature in room. Long lines at check-in desk. For all practical purposes, no ability to print boarding passes. |

Good hotel this one. Great location for Heathrow airport. Transfer bus stopped right outside airport. Good quality hotel. Decent value for money. Restaurant food was fine too. Staff were very good. Check-in was painfully slow, but they had several staff on duty who were doing their best. |

It is close to airport and has good bus service, clean and staff wre very friendly. I have medication that needs to be kept in a fridge and as there is not one in the room I have to get ice to keep it cool |

Our third stay, we find it very convenient when we arrive at Heathrow from the US. It is a good place to rest and catch up on sleep before going in to London or on to the rest of the U.K. |

Conviniently positioned for Heathrow Airport and next to airport parking, there was a relaxed atmosphere which aided holiday countdown. Clean and easy to find. All we needed to aid our stay in preparation for the flight. |

Was told the lobby outlet opens 24 hrs, but found your staff mopping the floor. He told me that that it's closed for half an hour. 3 person were turned away. Am disappointed as I woke up half hr early in vain for cup of coffee/tea @3.30am prior to leaving for T3. |

The childrens play area, and the openess to have children around. My pillow was uncomfortable so I did not sleep well, in hind site I should have contacted reception to request a firmer pillow. |
