Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport (Bath Road)  

Very clean! Easy access with a bus stop right in front. Only two floors so no long wait for elevators. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The advertising says there is a shuttle to the airport. It needs to be pointed out that the shuttle is an airport Hoppa bus that costs £4 each way per person. No complaints about the hotel itself.

Location very good and accessible to London Heathrow Airport. As we only stayed for one night before an early flight, we didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all facilities but we would stay again in future.

There was an almost constant loud, enginelike humming from the bathroom, the origin of which we could not locate. This disturbed sleep.

The hotel staffs were very kind, when I was locked out in the midnight. The restaurant staff was helpful too.

Just a recommendation... Add us power adapters would be nice.

hotel facilities are great - you have everything you need including restaurants, bar, large TV projector, all movies and sport channels,.... Great location - just around the corner for the rental car return, and have bus to take you to your terminal if you don't have a car. Also - breakfast is free for under 16 !! you can feed the whole family for the price of two adults!

It was very handy to Heathrow and easy to access by the Hoppa shuttle. The Staff in all areas was friendly and professional. Housekeeping did an amazing job considering the rapid turnover in rooms. Mine was very clean and comfortable. You have a good group working there !!! The food was very good and my experience was that it was always served HOT for hot things and cold for cold things. Servers were very good, friendly, and when I was alone, chatted with me briefly to make me feel welcome. I noticed many spoke several languages which I'm sure helped non English speakers feel as welcome as I did. If I should have the opportunity to travel to England again, and I hope I do. I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn.

Not much. I was having some trouble walking this trip and It was a long way from the front desk to the computer area to get my Boarding Pass. The printer was not working so I had to email it to the front desk and have them print it out, and had to walk between the two a couple of times, because of my lack of computer savy. Another thing was, the worry about privacy of the computer screens. There was personal information, credit card number, pincodes, name, address, etc., I had to enter and it was open to anyone walking by or seated across the way in the lounge, or the rooms above.

Missed softer aspects, e.g., lack of welcome cookies in the room, etc.

If this hotel compare to many hotels,which We had to see in West London (we saw dust,bad smelling and polluted places with an awful staffs.Unfortunatly, You can meet this things in the mini hotels in London) We can appreciate like excellent!!!!! Next time I`m going to book this inn or other hotels of Premier Inn.Very good for all!

Уважаемые российские туристы!Избегайте останавливаться в частных мини гостиницах,особенно в западном Лондоне.Описания таких гостиниц на сайте совершенно не совпадает с реальными,нам довелось сбежать с двух подобных,заплатив неустойку.Выбирайте только сетевые гостиницы,как Примьер Инн!!!
