la ubicacion la falta de el servicio de restaurante el dia 26 de diciembre por la noche. No podiamos comer ni beber nada en el hotel despues de llegar a las 10 de la noche. Eligimos este hotel precisamente porque anunciaba que tenia este servicio. No nos hizo ninguna gracia y nos fuimos a la cama con hambre despues de llegar desde Madrid y no haber comida desde mediodia. |

Cercanía al aeropuerto, comfort, el hotel no está mal decorado, es bastante nuevo. La facturación duró un poco más de lo necesario. El aislamiento entre habitaciones no es el adecuado, se escuchan los pasos en la habitación de arriba, el ruido en los pasillos y las habitaciones colindantes |

The room was clean and the hotel met our needs to be close to the airport. The A/C did not seem to work very well, but we survived. |

The hotel is very clean, very well laid out has an excellent bar which is open to midnight and has a 24 hour coffee bar. It's great value for the money and ten minutes away from terminal one. Nothing but an accurate what bus do you need to take from where at which termina and at what cost would be more than handy |

A very convenient hotel for transit purposes which was what we needed.Very practical for this purpose. Please supply a rubbber mat for the bath. My husband slipped somehow in the shower and it was sheer luck that he did not break anything. I did not like the position of the Internet section and felt exposed and cramped whilst using it. |

reasonable price the reception would not answer. tried several times. I had difficulty getting directions to the airport from the reception. Also, I booked a family room for two adults and two children. only two beds were given. |

I liked how close it was to Heathrow Airport and that there was a shuttle bus, very convenient. We were able to walk from our car rental back to the Hotel in about 7 minutes. Good and clean room, food also was great from the casual bar. |

The fact that I got as much tea preparation material as I asked for...this is important to me as I am a tea lover! We also needed to change our room and the staff was very co-operative. All in all it was a good experience. |

Pleasant and easy check in. Facilities were all within reach, and prices were reasonable, considering the proximity to Heathrow. The cost of the Hoppa bus, compared to the price of transport to hotels in Canada where Shttle bus is usually free! |

good to see a costa in the hotel. also breakfast excellent. rooms were good size and clean. yes - the air conditioing did not work and it was very hard to sleep in the heat! Also receptionist did not like her job. |

Very reasonable cost, comfortable room, conveniently located near the airport with available transportation. Air conditioning was the only weak point. It worked, but it was not as effective as in most hotels we've stayed at. |

The Hotel physically is a very nice place to stay. It was only about 7 minutes by taxi from Heathrow.The family rooms we stayed in were in excellent condition. The atmosphere in the hotel was friendly and relaxed. We all got a good night's sleep after a long distance flight. The check in queues were far too long. It took about 45 mins to check in (we arrived about 6.30pm) and that is very hard on a family after a long distance flight. There were 7 desks but only 3 were open. After we went to our rooms (a long trek) we discovered that they were not the ones we booked. So going back to reception and sorting that out took another 20- 30 mins. By the time we were done the children were exhausted. The staff were very co-operative but blamed booking.com for the mistake.The two rooms we got were very far apart from each other which is not convenient for one family. Note that there is no help whatsoever with luggage transportation. We had 6 large cases (being a family of six) and had to drag them around ourselves. |
