London House Hotel  

I liked the staff of the hotel being really friendly and helpfull , hotel is clean n new furniture also the place is good not far from underground stations and bus stops . The area is full of nice restaurants n small shops

The rooms are very small though it contains almost everything I didnt like hearing any sounds in the next room or even in the room above when one just walks ! The ac works well but it switches off after 2 hours so u have to get up in middle of night when it is very hot to switch it on again !! staff said we are sorry but it was st that way by the engineer n we cant change that!! The room though small but very clean n contains everything just missing hangers which could be easily added. The sink is extremely small but would be better if they remove the shelf above it to give a space when using the sink

The hotel and bedroom had recently been refurbished and was relatively stylish and comfortable.

Cleanliness...!! There was pubic hair in the shower tray and the room smelt of sewage!! When I got to the room, all of the windows were left open - presumably to try and diffuse the smell...

I had a reservation for one double room. When I did my check-in they said that reservation was full and they had only one small room, beside the stairs, and with one stair inside. Off course I refuse this room, because I am a senior man and in my reservation, made in Booking.com, there is no indication about this small bad room. They offer other room, with garden view, but I had to pay more 39 Pounds. Best regards, Antonino

Clean and staff friendly good location

No hand towels in room air conditioner poor very small room lower basement room some mold and mildew and didn't like getting hit with a 3 percent surcharge because I used my credit card

The room was very comfortable.

Silly me, I thought the personnel at the front desk in a hotel in England would speak English as their first language.

the hotel is incredibly well located. Everything is new and the tight space wasnt at all a problem since we did not go to london to stay in our room. the bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. great value for the price and would come back again and again.

The hotel is located just one block from Bayswater underground station and Kensington gardens. Very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself lies in a quiet street so no noise problems

The rooms are a bit small and for breakfast you'd be better off looking outside the hotel

The rooms were good and bigger than we expected based on reading previous reviews. The hotel is located in a pretty quiet location and close to the circle line underground station. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay in this hotel again.

Internet in the rooms didn't work most of time, though we were able to manage using internet in the lobby.

- Hotel very well located inside west central London, close to 2 tube stations: Bayswater and Queenway (hopefully because Circle was closed for works). - excellent and pleasant staff (only non British ? Russian, French, etc.) - very clean. - quiet.

- Very small bedroom - no chair - no table or desk - very very very small sink
