I liked the staff of the hotel being really friendly and helpfull , hotel is clean n new furniture also the place is good not far from underground stations and bus stops . The area is full of nice restaurants n small shops

The rooms are very small though it contains almost everything I didnt like hearing any sounds in the next room or even in the room above when one just walks ! The ac works well but it switches off after 2 hours so u have to get up in middle of night when it is very hot to switch it on again !! staff said we are sorry but it was st that way by the engineer n we cant change that!! The room though small but very clean n contains everything just missing hangers which could be easily added. The sink is extremely small but would be better if they remove the shelf above it to give a space when using the sink

The hotel and bedroom had recently been refurbished and was relatively stylish and comfortable.

Cleanliness...!! There was pubic hair in the shower tray and the room smelt of sewage!! When I got to the room, all of the windows were left open - presumably to try and diffuse the smell...

I had a reservation for one double room. When I did my check-in they said that reservation was full and they had only one small room, beside the stairs, and with one stair inside. Off course I refuse this room, because I am a senior man and in my reservation, made in Booking.com, there is no indication about this small bad room. They offer other room, with garden view, but I had to pay more 39 Pounds. Best regards, Antonino

The location is very good,near the tube and the shopping center!!

The room was very small!!From the picture the room was normal but in reality was too small for two persons!! Also the bathroom was very small and the room wasn't very clean. Also there is wi-fi only in the lobby not in the rooms!!There is a charge in the rooms.

Value for money. Good location

Poor staff, could not give advise and confusing information of breakfast.

The hotel was well positioned and easy to find and in a nice quiet area,it was only minutes away from tube stations at queensway and bayswater which was good for connections to central london. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel as we didn't take the breakfast option at the hotel, we preferred cooked breakfast rather than continental.The room was clean, the beds extreamly comfortable and the staff were very helpful. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Very small room

The rooms were good and bigger than we expected based on reading previous reviews. The hotel is located in a pretty quiet location and close to the circle line underground station. The stuff is friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay in this hotel again.

Internet in the rooms didn't work most of time, though we were able to manage using internet in the lobby.

The location was accessible for my operation

The staff did not clean my room for 2 days. The cleaner lied that she had been told not to do it. The hotel were more concerned about what the cleaner said than their guests. Despite the fact they were pre informned that I had had an operation and was at the hotel for recuperation. They chose not to clean the room for the full 2 days we were there. We were not given clean towels, neither were the bins emptied. The hotel is a disgrace and the position I have working for Government would recommend only backpackers or people who dont mind being shortchanged stay there. You would receive better service from a premier inn.

Good location near the subway and some nice food places. Clean rooms, free wifi in the lounge (on the rooms the internet was charged) and helpfull staff. An ideal hotel if you just want a nice clean room for a good price and don't need the luxury.

A minor complaint: for reservation a credit card of my father was used. Because of this, we had to fill in some extra forms and it took a while before our reservation was confirmed
