The hotel was fairl small (which I wanted), friendly and well-run, in a central location. The price was reasonable. |

Hyvä ja rauhallinen sijainti Kensingtonissa, erinomaiset bussi- ja metroyhteydet, 1 h huonekin oli tilava, 2 h huone tilava, kylpyhuoneet toimivat moitteetta, huoneet puhtaat ja siistit, hissi hyvä plussa, silitystarvikkeet saa lainaksi, huoneeseen tuodaan ilman lisäveloitusta kahvin- ja teenkeiton tarvikkeet. Henkilökunta nuorta, mutta osaavaa ja motivoitunutta. Huoneen hintaan kuului mannermainen aamiainen, jonka leipätarjonta oli huonolaatuista. Kylpyhuoneen hyvin toimiva suihku olisi vielä parempi, jos se olisi käsisuihku eikä seinään kiinni pultattu. Suihkussa käynti on nopeampaa ja tehokkaampaa käsisuihkun kera ja vedenkäyttöä on helpompi jaksottaa, joka taas vaikuttaa positiivisemmin veden kulutuksen säästöön. |

zeer goed geslapen en een rustig goed hotel het inbegrepen ontbijt mocht meer uitgebreid zijn en het bijbestelde engels ontbijt was zeer pover voor zijn prijs. De tweede dag hadden we s'morgens geen warm water om te douchen wat jammer is natuurlijk, dit was niet alleen in onze kamer maar ook in de andere 3 kamers van onze vrienden! |
