Everything was perfect during my stay and my room was lovely and quiet.
There was nothing I didn't like about my stay
everthing great weekend
rooms and bathrooms are tired and old windows do not close properly carpet is very dirty and smelly
it was a large room
the bathroom was smelling cigarettes smoke
Bathroom was. Too small shower was very hard to turn on and off.
Personnel friendly and very service minded. Good bar area.
Room very small and old. Bath tub with rust in it, old shower curtain, old carpets, draft cold wind the whole day in the room, used extra heater. Bed comfort not good, cracking springs of the matrass. Price very high for this low quality room, not Hilton worthy!!
breakfast wasn't very warm on the second morning
Breakfast was good and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly but always terribly busy when asked to deal with queries.
The bed was awful. The mattress sagged so badly and the sheets were rumpled badly. Lifting the sheet to re make the bed upon arrival revealed that the mattress was dirty and in a poor state. The room was freezing cold the whole time and we couldn't get the heating to work. It was noisy and draughty as though the window had been left open., though it hadn't. I hope never to have to stay there again.
comfort room quality
Warm and comfortable.
I had no hot water and when I informed reception at check out it wasn't taken very seriously.
Close to Olympia. That is all.
Dilapidated and decrepit bathroom, ageing bedroom no wi-fi and poor sound insulation from traffic and at a central London price
Location to the venue I was attending.
Room wasn't that great, looking a bit tired. Bathroom needs attention. Heating in room wasn't that great.
Location was excellent. Staff was great--very helpful. Comfy bed...would stay again, and hope to!
Room smelt of fish
that you had to pay for WIFI on top of the room fee.
Location was convenient. Restaurant was very good, and we got a voucher for a fixed price meal.
It seemed a long way to my room, but I found a shorter way. The signage was not clear. Very close to my room was a door which I believe was for staff access only, and this door was opened a closed (banged!) several times from around 6am each morning. Staff need to be more considerate when opening and closing this door.
Internet did not work in my room
The hotel was a short walk from Olympia where I was attending a tade fair. The room was warm and comfortable
I would have preferred a double bed. Some better signing to my room and Reception would have saved wandering around both ends of my stay. The cost for a weekend was high, but it was Rememrance Sunday, so I understand.
The location of this hotel is ideal for Olympia. On site parking adad's to its convenience.
For a major hotel chain, located next to one of the biggest exhibition centres I think the management forget the fact that people who travel from across the globe, either visiting or working have little time during the day to catch up with colleagues and clients. The hotel bar is an ideal place to do this and relax. To close a bar at an early hour even if it is still half full is far from ideal.
The pleasant way in which the staff dealt with all our needs Thankyou
location was very good as I was at a conference next to the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. Other than that there is nothing good to say about this hotel and I shall never stay again
the room was not very nice, I would never have thought that I was staying in a hilton. My room looked more like a budget accommodation and was definitely not worth the money. The room service took ages and the food was awful. I only stayed there due to the location but wish I would have stayed at a premier inn as its cheaper and by far better rooms.
Location to the Olympia exhibition centre is perfect. The lobby, bar and breakfast room are great. It's only a 10 minute walk up the high street to the stores.
The rooms are really dated and majorly in need of a makeover. For the price charged you would expect more.
Hotel was fine. Great appetizers and drinks in a great lounge. We didn't make it to the restaurant for dinner and based on appetizers in the lounge I feel we missed out. We choose a smoking room (which I was surprised was offered). It was separated by it's own "wing" and separate access. The smell was AWFUL. I obviously smoke & couldn't stand it. I would stay here again but would NEVER get a smoking room.
