The location and the bar area are the only things going for this hotel, breakfast was also ok.
No pool and the gym area was tiny for a hotel of it's size. The room was pretty small for the price. Very underwhelmed.
Staff as always good
Rooms are drab, dated and soleless
The staff were very nice and hospitable
The rooms were small and there was an intermittent offensive smell coming in through the vents
We liked simply everything about this hotel, I was won over by how helpful the staff were and the Costa being joined on.
Excellent customer service, comfort and facilities within easy walk from Olympia.
Comfortable room. Good location for Olympia. Excellent breakfast. Fair value. Staff polite and efficient.
Rooms a little narrow.
Very small room , cold and very street noise. Very bad mattress, not admissible in Hilton.
Cleanliness and level of service from all staff
We stay here every year for location
The bed was awful and we were given a disabled room with wet room shower didn't use !! Asked to be moved but told we couldn't
Location good for Olympia and Kensington High Street Bar was comfortable and bar staff knew their craft
Room slightly musty smell Road noise even on floor 8
Dinner and service was excellent.
Bathroom looks very tired and paid wifi disconnected every time your device went off.
The breakfast choice is very good and staff are helpful.
The bed was hard and left us with aching backs.
The location is central, the noise from the street start very early.
Nothing memorable about the hotel.
Location and breakfast is excelent!
Old and small rooms, doesn't look like a Hilton
Location to Olympia centre
The price we paid just didn't suit the hotel, way too expensive. Noise pipes in the room and went off at 2/3/4 in the morning, must have been unlucky to have the pipes for all rooms running they our room,
Poor Wifi took ages to get online dreadful bed, the addition of the topper is a poor substitute for a decent mattress. Draughty windows Very bad heating system which basically blows cold air Soap in bathroom in a box was not new but had been used before
Location to olympia show was great
Bar meal in the evening was awful! Usually good in the past. Staff very good though. Clean room, easy, quick check in!
The service was good. Staff was excellent.
The architect was drunk when he organized the floors. Took me two days to remember how to find my room. The room was clean but very small, for 200 Euros a night it was very poor. WiFi is horrible. Gets disconnected every 5 minutes.
The breakfast was great. It is so close to Olympia and we were going to an exhibition there.
Very good showers lovely buffet breakfast easy access to tube station and taxis frequently at hotel door
Rooms small drafty and noisy price of drink in bar was outrageous a glass of savingon blanc £12.20 and a further £2.60 to bring it to the table
We wanted a hotel near to the conference centre, and the HIlton was just around the corner. The hotel was nice and comfortable and the staff excellent. We will stay again when visiting the conference centre and would recommend to others.
Good, clean, comfortable rooms. Terrific breakfast - seriously top notch Helpful, charming concierges
Roadside rooms are a bit noisy No dressing gowns The wifi in the room was paid for but not very reliable
The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Underground car park was really good, especially as I'm disabled and fees are waived for blue badge holders.
The hotel in general was cold. We had to request a portable heater for the room. Some parts of the hotel could benefit from refurbishment, specifically the double glazed windows.
The room was cold due to faulty air conditioning and a new room was provided without any fuss. The bed in the new room was a double and not a twin as originally booked and staff was sent to re-arrange the bed. This was done very efficiently.
Stayed here for a business trip for Olympia Exhibition Centre The location for this is perfect
Rooms were very crammed
