Location to the venue I was attending.
Room wasn't that great, looking a bit tired. Bathroom needs attention. Heating in room wasn't that great.
Location was excellent. Staff was great--very helpful. Comfy bed...would stay again, and hope to!
Room smelt of fish
that you had to pay for WIFI on top of the room fee.
Location was convenient. Restaurant was very good, and we got a voucher for a fixed price meal.
It seemed a long way to my room, but I found a shorter way. The signage was not clear. Very close to my room was a door which I believe was for staff access only, and this door was opened a closed (banged!) several times from around 6am each morning. Staff need to be more considerate when opening and closing this door.
Internet did not work in my room
The hotel was a short walk from Olympia where I was attending a tade fair. The room was warm and comfortable
I would have preferred a double bed. Some better signing to my room and Reception would have saved wandering around both ends of my stay. The cost for a weekend was high, but it was Rememrance Sunday, so I understand.
The location of this hotel is ideal for Olympia. On site parking adad's to its convenience.
For a major hotel chain, located next to one of the biggest exhibition centres I think the management forget the fact that people who travel from across the globe, either visiting or working have little time during the day to catch up with colleagues and clients. The hotel bar is an ideal place to do this and relax. To close a bar at an early hour even if it is still half full is far from ideal.
The pleasant way in which the staff dealt with all our needs Thankyou
location was very good as I was at a conference next to the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. Other than that there is nothing good to say about this hotel and I shall never stay again
the room was not very nice, I would never have thought that I was staying in a hilton. My room looked more like a budget accommodation and was definitely not worth the money. The room service took ages and the food was awful. I only stayed there due to the location but wish I would have stayed at a premier inn as its cheaper and by far better rooms.
Location to the Olympia exhibition centre is perfect. The lobby, bar and breakfast room are great. It's only a 10 minute walk up the high street to the stores.
The rooms are really dated and majorly in need of a makeover. For the price charged you would expect more.
Hotel was fine. Great appetizers and drinks in a great lounge. We didn't make it to the restaurant for dinner and based on appetizers in the lounge I feel we missed out. We choose a smoking room (which I was surprised was offered). It was separated by it's own "wing" and separate access. The smell was AWFUL. I obviously smoke & couldn't stand it. I would stay here again but would NEVER get a smoking room.
Location is close to the conference center Olympia
Rooms not clean Rooms very old Not worth the name Hilton
Quick check in
A good 20 mins walk from tube ,the traffic noise in rooms on front of hotel is loud even checked to see if windows were open
the staff were very friendly and the hotel was good value for money, very clean and comfortable.
if I was being picky, my only comment would be that the bath seemed very high making it a bit uncomfortable to climb into.
Clean room Amazing restaurant Very helpful reception staff Small but existing Gym
Had to buy breakfast stand alone
Free WiFi Location (same as course) Staff responsiveness
Different WiFi codes for my room and the training rooms. Had to keep changing them!
Location was great
No internet in my suite mini bar was not re-filled
It have been a good experience for food and clean of the room. The hotel is placed near to the exhibition center.
The old fashion style of the room.
The congiair( bad spelling) guy who gave us directions! Was the nicest and intelligent I have ever encounted.
The bar area. The waiters in the dining and bar were great! But bartenders were not knowledgeable!
The hotel is in a great location. Bus lines #9 and #10 within half a block will take you everywhere you'll want to go. It is also one block to the London Overground Rail which we used to take us to Wembley (we were in town for an NFL game). The breakfast buffet was huge with many choices. The room was very clean and well maintained.
The bath tub/shower combo was difficult to step up into.
That breakfast was not included
All Staff were excellent, very efficient and really eager to help in any way possible. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.
Reception and bar
Bedroom too hot. Air conditioning insufficient. Sleep quality poor.
great bar service and very nice food
AC was not working, very hot room, window did not close properly, and window opened onto central atrium with fans and ducts rattling all night, so very poor sleep with heat and noise. checked in, registered my card, for food and drinks had a meal and drink went to pay on room, they said it was not registered to my room and they had talked to reception. I talked to my reception and they had not taken a call from the bar re my payment. This is not good for the Hilton.
