“The hotel is well located in London besides Earls Court Tube station. It has also an elevator, so there is no problem if you have big luggage with you. It is clean and the staff is good. The lady in the breakfast room was very helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend the hotel.”

Booked a single room but was given a large family room so that was a bonus. This is a good value budget hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Room clean and nicely decorated, even had a picture on the wall. Small safe in the room, unusual for a budget hotel. Good location, 2 minutes walk from underground with easy access to most parts of London. Nice coffee at breakfast. Mattress and pillow a bit hard for me. Room locks use keys rather than cards and you have to hand them in at reception when you go out. Not really a problem but haven't had to do this in a hotel for years.

I stayed in this hotel for a week in a single room. And everything was great. Great location very close to tube station, quiet and safe neghborhood, a lot of cafes, pubs and restaurants around. Friendly staff always ready to help. Rooms are not big but very clean. If you dont plan to spend a lot of time in hotel that is the best place.

quiet location, near the tube.Clean. Very nice and competent young female receptionist. Changed my room on request. 1st night I was put in the basement room which was stuffy, with large bed but no room around it, and had poor plumbing drainage. I booked months in advance. Night receptionist was polite but not interested and busy talking to his family with his headphones on. My next room on 1st floor was much better. only minus it had - tiny shower. I was OK but will be very difficult for a larger person. breakfast is only till 9:30 - could be longer - there was a last min. rush with little food left Overall this is NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 stars

Location; helpfulness in getting cabs and transfers to airport. Beds were not comfortable. Charged extra for credit card payments on American Express. They shouldn't do that!

The best thing about London Town Hotel was the value for money. We booked this hotel on the strength of the revies on this site and we were not dissapointed. The room was plenty big enough for two people with plenty of storage. The en-suite shower room was a good size and clean. As only staying for two nights was unsure if bed would be made and towels changed and both were. Breakfast was served as a continental buffet and you could eat as much as you liked. Staff at all times were very friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay all round. There was nothing I didn't like.

The location to the underground was excellent. The staff were helpful without fawning over you. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. Overall represented good value everything considered We took the triple room, and with a teenage son was very confining. The bathroom is particularly small and claustrophobic.

The hotel was very conveniently placed just around the corner from Earls Court underground with loads of places to eat and services like post office and laundromat nearby. Nice guest room for tea and coffee with a small balcony. The staff were very nice and the room was cleaned and beds made up daily. The room was very small for a double bed and 2 single beds with only just enough room to walk between the beds and virtually no space for luggage. However we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. The shower was tiny.

There are many other hotels in and around Earls Court and close to the Exhibition Centre, which is what I was looking for. Indeed most of the buildings on the same street as this hotel are themselves hotels. However most of the others have poor reviews, are impersonal, poorly equipped, unfriendly, and even have unpleasant surprises like bedbugs. The London Town hotel is a little different and fully justifies its much higher ratings. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient - from the reception staff to the breakfast waitresses. The hotel is clean, warm and welcoming. Small rooms are to be expected in this area at these prices, but my single room was all I expected and perfectly adequate for the 4 nights I stayed. A pleasant surprise was that my bed was made up each day, my room cleaned, and towels changed. This should happen at good hotels but is often not the case at budget hotels in this area. There were NO unpleasant surprises! I will certainly book here again. Almost nothing I didn't like! The single rooms are small but I expected this. Water pressure in the shower was low - but just about adequate. My room door shut and locked properly only if it was pushed/pulled-to firmly. A little care was needed to ensure it locked when going out.

The single room though small was adequate and very clean and in a good state of decor. The lounge was pleasant and welcoming, with a nice view out on to the patio/garden which was well kept. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. I really found that London Town Hotel met my needs as it was in a perfect location for me and right near Earls Court Tube station which is handy. The price wasnt overly high at £55, of course I would prefer cheaper, but this is hard to find in London! And had I found cheaper it would most probably been a dive of a DHSS/hostel so I cant complain here as I found standards very good, and I believe this is worth paying for! Also I was allowed to leave bags at reception on day of departure so I didnt have to lug them around whilst finishing up my stay. I will definatly return here again as I know what I am coming to! There is nothing that I didnt like about this Hotel.

The rooms were well kept and really clean! The two Romanians ladies were very good with their job - serving breakfast and cleaning up! We were in a triple sharing room and there was hardly any space to put all our luggage flat on. For our second leg of the stay, the room given to us was a good nice. However, the heater was not working. Fortunately the blanket kept us warm enough. Perhaps a kettle could be provided in the room as there is a need to have ahot drink like warm water. The lounge can be quite far from the room so it is diifciult to bring a cup of hot water all the way to your own room.

Lovely short stroll to the Earl Court Tube Station as well as many restaurants, Boots pharmacy and Cooperative Food, yet quiet street. Hotel was very quiet except for the occasional door slam (this has been an on-going problem, because there are signs advising guests to use care when closing room doors. Adequate breakfast room. Good size room. Room needs a major cleaning with dirty grout between tile in Shower room and some mold in shower.

I was pleasantly surprised by London Town hotel. Its location is excellent, 3 minutes from the underground station, good connection to Heathrow via Picadilly line. Great wi-fi Internet network, no need to pay extra (often the case in more expensive hotels). Breakfast ok. Recently renovated (small) bathroom. My single room was small, but not claustrophobic. On the top of it the hotel was reasonably priced, real surprise in the city known for its excesively expensive hotels. London town is real value for money. Had a look into a double room, they too looked fine. Calling from the room telephone a bit expensive. Even local calls in London overpriced. Doesn't make sense to me in times when everybody carries a cell phone.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. Room cramped, tired carpet, mediocre breakfast - choice of cereals but tinned rather than fresh fruit and 'plastic' bread.

Room & ensuite were clean. Staff very pleasant. Continental breakfast was fine. Location of the London Town can't be faulted - no more than five minutes walk from Earl's Court Underground. It's perfect for a short stay & ideal if money is tight, I would stay there again.

The location in Earl's Court was exactly the area I wanted to stay in and the price was quite reasonable. The rooms were a bit too warm so I had to leave the window open all the time. As I was facing the outside street there was ocaisionally a bit of noise. Also I had a very noisy neighbour on the first night of the stay.

The London Town Hotel is ideally located on a quiet street in Earl's Court. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the Earl's Court underground station which provides access to both the Picadilly and District lines. The rooms are comfortable with a nice continental breakfast provided. The 2nd floor lounge is an excellent area to watch TV, read a book or generally chill out. The London Town Hotel provides complimentary Wi Fi which is nice if you bring a lap top or iPad with you. Finally the staff at the London Town Hotel were most helpful. The reception on the Wi Fi was quite weak at times.

The location is very convenient, nice neigborhood, really quit street, only 3 minutes from the tube station. All in all the hotel gives the impression of being well maintained All walls and doors are pretty thin, additionally there are connecting doors in the floors in front of the rooms, which can not really be closed silently. This is really annoying, as everytime some guest arrives or leaves in your floor the doors bang very loud. The breakfast is extremely boring, no change of offer through one whole week.
