Hotel was very reasonably priced.Room itself had plenty room and an iron and ironing board which was good and bathroom was a very good size. Woudl not stay again because the bed put me off but was very convenient for Dundee city centre if you have a car and the area was very quiet Had twin beds and had specifically requested a double. Bed sunk in the middle and was the most uncomfortable have ever slept in, had aches and pains and was very tired the next day |

The staff were helpful in giving me clear directions to the venue I was visiting and also the local Catholic church. The food was very good |

the staff were excellent and very friendly the food was good the room had every thing you needed but if we stayed for longer i would have asked for a remote control for tv . the only thing i would say the windows in the down-stair bedrooms if you were to open them they would be to wide to leave open all night. |

The accomodation was quite reasonable for the price, staff were initially friendly. When we booked on the internet, breakfast was mentioned as an after thought but we got the impression we were expected to have the breakfast. The associated bar/ restaurant needed complete refurbishment and we were glad we'd already made other eating arrangements while visiting family at St. Andrews. Would recommend to certain people. |

Very attentive and helpful host, who even arranged for local transport to the next village to avoid prohibitive cost of taxis coming out from Dundee. |

This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The radiator in the room was broken and therefore there was no heating in the room. It was obvious that it was broken as the temperature adjuster was lying on the floor.The beds were so lumpy and the springs were poking through. The shower attachment was hanging on by a thread and it was impossible to use. |

The room was well proportioned and also included and iron, hairdryer, tes/coffee, etc. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly the bed was a bit lumpy as it was 2 singles joined together. The front of the hotel also looked tired and in need of window repair and a lick of paint! |

Good, if slightly worn, accomodation; has WiFi, hot drinks facilities, TV, pub, restaurant, breakfast is extra. Very good value all round. Silicon seal round bath was absent; room smelt of old cigarette smoke. Bar food was poor for the price, and no ales available. No noise insulation between room above, so very noisy neighbours. But generally, for the cost, no complaints. |
