I like the personal and room.

It was near epping forest so was ideal for walks. Had washing machine and dryer and communal fridge and cooking space available. Had a good hot fairly powerful shower.

The carpet was quite grotty I didnt want to walk on it barefoot. The room was quite dark and damp.

location was ideal for my needs and being able to park was a big plus.

having known before hand, the quality of the breakfast I would have booked room only. ! having known the cleanliness and health issues of the room before hand, I would not have booked at all. !! Arriving on Tuesday 10th july 2012 the bed linnen and towels were not changed until Wednesday 18th at my visual request of leaving everything in a pile on the floor, after noticing bllood smears on the sheets. After a night in a fresh bed, I noticed in the morning once again bllood smears on the sheets which alerted me to the fact that I was being bitten by insects which were visible, and crawling on the side of the bed. Checking out that morning ( obviously ) I informed the owner, who showed little concern. On returning home I broke out in a itchy rash, so called at the local NHS walk in centre where it was confirmed as multiple insect bites.

Nice reception and quiet. The room is clean and contains everything one basically needs.

The bathroom was not immaculately clean.

Short walking distance to the underground station and bus stop.

The shower in our room was not working properly. From extremaly cold to hot water. It was not possible to adjust it!!!

The location was in Wanstead which is a nice town. Two underground stations are about 15min walk. The manager was nice to refund me 4 nights back as we decided only to stay 2 night here.

The carpets where dirty, the shower was black with mildew and mold. There was no lighting in the hall way, and the noise from the other rooms was incredible. All we heard all night were doors slamming and people talking. We planned a 6 night stay, but only stayed two. You are no where near the downtown. It was 45+ minute on the tube to the centrum.

It was near where I wanted to be. The bed was a double.

Breakfast was pathetic with very little choice - cereal, milk, toast, tea or coffee, that's it. I run a bed and breakfast and I therefore know what I am talking about. Come to mine you'll get a traditional cooked Scottish breakfast. The room was very small and the view was a wall one metre away. The Manager hardly understood English and was in no way welcoming. This was a fine example of how a bed and breakfast should NOT be run.

Dire che nn ci sono commenti positivi è anche troppo. Posto squallido sporchissimo, esperienza da nn ripetere per nn dirvi la colazione marmellate ammuffite insomma.

Ora cosa nn mi è piaciuto: bagno sporchissimo forse mai pulito peli e capelli ovunque, lenzuola con macchine nere. Ci siamo dovuti attrezzare con lenzuola nuove ed uno spray con candeggina per pulire la doccia. Nn abbiamo lasciato l'albero solo perché avevamo pagato prima di entrarci ed erano le 11p.m ormai troppo tardi per cercare un nuovo albergo. Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente e posto da chiudere

A 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Leytonstone de la Central Line.

Lonsdale Lodge es una Guest House. Está en el límite de lo tolerable en cuanto a higiene y estado de las instalaciones. Manchas de humedad, olores desagradables, ...

Chambre trop petite de meme que les toilettes et la cabine de douche qui ne peux etre decrite comme une salle de bain. Le bruit plus que desagréable de la chambre d à coté due au manque d isolation des chambres. Le frigo collectif dans lequel on m a volé de la nourriture.

ни чего. поскольку была бронь, осталась в этом отеле, чтоб ни тратить время на поиски другого отеля.

не соответствие описания и услуг в интернете с реальностью. номер с окном в помещение прачечной. очень темно. нет проветривания. нет фена. совершенно не продуманно месть для хранения вещей. завтрак ужасен. жареные тосты с джемом, растворимым кофе или чаем. вариантов нет. так как я не ем хлеб и не пью растворимый кофе, то оплатила я не понятно что. слышимость очень большая... из за шумов соседей и хлопания дверьми, и работы прачечной- спать не возможно.

Staff well-intentioned but old and neglected facilities, dirty, far from Underground, limited breakfast...

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Possibilità di farsi il tè o il caffè in camera. Il manager molto gentile e dsponibile ad aiutare e consigliare per districarsi nella vita di Londra (trasporti pubblici, taxi, negozi)

La camera mancava di piccole comodità, come una mensolina sotto lo specchio del lavabo, un portasciugamani o un attaccapanni alla parete, non sapevo dove appoggiare le cose.

Stanze grande, bagno più grande del solito e anche I letti erano grandi. Molti armadi per riporre I vestiti

La posizione. Dovendo cercare un hotel all'ultimo minuto non abbiamo avuto scelta ma è veramente un pò troppo fuori mano (tipo 45 minuti di metro) soprattutto per la notte da raggiungere con I mezzi pubblici..

Nulla a parte la posizione a solo 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus e a 5/10 munti a piedi dalla stazione della metro.

La habitación era limpia y cómoda, tenía baño propio.

La ducha funcionaba con un mini termo que no permitía agua caliente por más de 10 segundos, sino que era un intermitente entre fría y caliente. Por otro lado, hubiese preferido que quedara más cercano al underground (estaba como a 10-15 min caminando).

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Pas très loin de la station de leytonstone ça permet d'être dans Londres très rapidement.

Il ne faut variant pas être regardant sur la propreté surtout de la salle de bain...la chambre devait faire 5 m² pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur mais dans une espèce dé blanchisserie? Assez sale.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono . lo staff dell hotel si è dimostrato molto disponibile , la posizione direi ottimale dato in venti minuti a piedi raggiungi la metro . la linea rossa ti porta poi direttamente in centro . ottimale se si vuole visitare londra in pochi giorni .

The price is cheap.. So it was better than I expected..and it include microwave and fridge, which was very convenience.

The shower place need to be improve, and it would be better to have clean sheet for sleep. The most unpleasant part was giving different type of room for us. In fact, we book triple room, but they gave us a double room and a single room which was in "different house". It was cheating, and the staff said it was the only room they left with a bad attitude. But if u don't have the type of room we want, how could you said so in booking information?? And three of us want to stay in the same room, no one want to be alone in another house!!!!!! At that time we have no choice, but it was a cheating behaviour!!

Lacking in hygene, bad smell on the aisle and the shower as a short range of hot water. More kind of backpacker's place than an hotel.
