Very happy with location. Convenient, local and easy to find
The hotel location is pretty good. It's very easy to walk (5-7 min) to tube stations. The hotel staff was very friendly, but in fact they finally didn't help us with issues we had in the rooms.
We stayed in this hotel for just 4 nights. It was a family trip with 2 our children. We booked quadruple room, but got 2 rooms double beds. They claimed they have no free quadruple ones. After multiple talks and promises to check and find a solution, we didn't get anything better. The rooms in this hotel are extremely small. I never saw so small rooms before. 2 people with luggage just can't move there. You need to fly. And you must be a equilibrist to use so tight shower. Breakfast was also rather poor. Elevator didn't work during more than one day. Double rooms can be probably useful only for singles and also with limitations.
Very good location.
Room quite small
Location Fresh and clean room Beds were comfy Staff polite, courteous and very helpful. Value for money
No parking nearby, we had to park quite a way from the hotel. ( But it is London so we are aware how difficult it can be.
The hotel is located conveniently next to a tube station. Moreover, the room was clean and comfortable.
I was kind of hoping for an English Breakfast, but found out it was a continental breakfast instead. Other than that, everything else was great!
Location to work
Overlooked Earls Court tube station.
lovely location, staff were excellent and close to tube station. most comfortable bed ever slept in
Price and location were favourable
Were unable to open any windows as the room faced a balcony close to the road. The breakfast options were rather poor.
the location good the staff very helpful and pleasant the room was nice and bright
no internet screens for use of residents the breakfast was very basic
Good wi fi, room was a bit small but was ok for myself and my 5 year old grandson
Nothing think I disliked.
The location was fabulous, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court underground station. Relatively quiet surroundings. Plenty eateries round the corner. Well behaved & polite staff.
The room was 6ft wide. The head side of the bed, which was only 4 ft wide for 2 guests, was next to the window. It was hot. No aircon in hotel. We had to keep windows open at night. It would get cold at night & our head was exposed. My husband & I fell ill. One side of bed was next to the wall. On the other side was a cabinet with a marble top. It had sharp corner & I would bruise myself evertime I slept. Almost fell from the bed on 2 occassions. Bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen. No shower cap. Even the toilet paper was rough & of poor quality. Soap was harsh. Sub standard facilities for exorbitant prices. Better to stay in a hostel. We were short changed & will never recommend this hotel to anybody.
Located about 2 minute walk to Earls Court Station (both the Earls Court Rd and Warwick rd entrances and this is very good station to be near as it has a number of train lines going through it). The hotel is on a side street that felt very safe and has other similar hotels all along it. There are fast food places and restaurants and convenience stores along Earls Court Road.
Location and friedly staff
Noise (trains) Too small a room for three people Too expensive, considering the facilities
Location: near subway Close to restaurants Quiet area Clean room
Breakfast Wifi down 2 out of 4 days Bathroom too small
Excellent location close to the underground tube station, central London within minutes. Lots of restaurant and shops nearby. So even if you book the room without breakfast will not be a problem at all, there are lots of coffee shops to have coffee. Shower is good, wifi access is fast. The receptionist was helpful.
If you got the room on the backside of the hotel you wouldn't be able to sleep until 1am due to noise coming from the train station. If u close the window, noise can be minimize but there is no aircon, so u wouldn't be able to sleep as well during hot weather. Small electric fan provided but it's noisy as well. I end up waking up late everyday.
Location Value for money Accommodation for 5 people Staff generally pleasant and breakfast was good
No aircon Worker didn't seem to know how to turn the heaters off and wanted to argue with us whether they were even on - until it reached the point you couldn't touch them they were so hot!!! Whilst the room held 5 people, it really wasn't big enough for the extra bed. No room for suitcases
This hotel is the best hotel I have ever chosen in London !! Everyone knows that hotel in London is extremely expensive. Sometimes people will choose the cheaper hostel to live. I have quite a lot of experience living in different hostel and hotel in London. I would say this hotel is comfort and worthwhile to choose.
The second room I had - after considerable persuasion over two days - was reasonably comfortable. The location was excellent; the breakfast adequate; the staff pleasant by and large. But not value at £130 per night.
The room assigned to me was dreadful. It was in the attic. The heat was shocking, and the fan made just a little difference. One needed to be something of a contortionist to use the en suite. That room - and perhaps the others on the 4th floor - should be locked up, and the key thrown away! Breakfast 7.30-9.30 early for my liking - and check-out at 10.30 likewise.
Great location : just five minutes from the underground station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Great location and helpful staff
Poky little bathroom with nothing to hang clothes on. The shower water ran under the screen all over the floor and out the door into the carpet creating a rotting smell. Typical of over priced London hotels.
Close to the tube.
Bland breakfast and cramped quarters. WIFI worked part of the time.
The shower was excellent spacious, The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly , Close the the subway
The disappointment on the first day with over booking
Location and bed comfort
Breakfast was very basic. Wifi was slow.
A nice, friendly atmosphere and very central, very near to the underground.
Our bedroom had no toilet and had to go across the corridor to toilet. The double bed was tight to the wall on one side .
