Nice location, ask for the room looking to the small Trebovir Road. Good WiFi. Adequate breakfast.
We were unlucky with the room - we've got was triple istead of twin booked and it was very tight due to the third bed, pass between the beds was very narrow. More than that our window looked to the tube stattion Earl's Court which is open, so we were woke up by the trains close to 6 in the morning.
nice clean comfortable room
no bedside lamp, bed wasnt very soft
The location was ok, the hotel was reasonably clean.
The price is ridiculously high for the quality (that being common to most London hotels is no excuse, it's still the worst of a dozen hotels I tried in London over the years). The room under the roof was minuscule, all pipes in the bathroom were apparent. The purple walls were ugly, the elevator stopped at half-steps (needless to say, no staff to take your luggage), sound-proofing was non-existent.
Good continental breakfast
The stairs at the top of the hotel were awkward.
nice location, very close to Earl's court tube station. room really clean. helpful staff
poor breakfast. room really small.
Location was great with 2 min walk to earls court and few bars very close. Hotel was clean and staff where very helpful.
Location and proximity to tube and bars/ restaurants.
Attitude of the receptionist. Having to provide photo ID which incidentally was not mentioned in any correspondence when the room was booked and paid for.
Excellent location, 1 minute walk from earls court station very comfortable bed and pillows good strong shower
no secure luggage storage, we arrived early a few hours before check in and left our bags at the hotel, they sit in the reception area, while there is always someone on reception to watch them it would be nice for there to be a secure room/cupboard to leave them in
Closed to underground
Smal room but it is enough for few days
Good breakfast, location
Smell in the room, bad sound insulation, problems with parking
The staff were friendly. The bed was comfy although room was right next to the lift and overlooked the tube station so could hear trains coming going. Breakfast was great for us but room was a little small for the amount of people coming to stay. One nights stay to see london was good for us. You get what you pay for!
It's in a good location on a quiet street right near Earls Court.
The room was a single room with a double bed squeezed in. The bed was in a corner so you could only get out of it on one side and of course only one side therefore had a bedside table. At the head of the bed on one side was a very large radiator which meant if you had it on you would likely burn your head in bed, on the other side there was just a large gap between the top of the bed and the wall meaning you could not sit up and lean back against the wall and also the pillows fell down the gap in the night. The bathroom was tiny and we were only given 2 rather small bath towels - no hand towel at all meaning the bath towels were already damp from drying your hands on by the time you had a shower, and no bath mat. Some of the staff were friendly, some made you feel they would rather you weren't there. The breakfast was ok, standard continental, but the room it's in was crammed and very hot in the basement of the hotel. If I had paid half the price I would have been happy to stay here but at £114 for the night I feel very cheated. 3-stars?? I think they were having a laugh!!
friendly staff. Good breakfast
Listening to earls court tube when trying to get to sleep, during sleep and all waking hours
We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel. Very central and only a two minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station. The rooms were clean and tidy and the towels were changed daily. Breakfast was a continental style which was good. We will return!
Location outside earls court train station, breakfast was very nice, the price was excellent and level of security electrical cards, safe ETC.
Breakfast pictures show beans, sausage, etc this was not an option only croissants boles eggs ham although this was very nice
Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Very clean.
Beds too soft for me. Some funny noises in the heating.
Very clean, well maintained hotel. Rooms are small, but this is true for all hotels in this price class. Good continental breakfast.
Central heating was not yet active in October, so the room was cooler than I like.
Near Earl's court tube station; Friendly staff; Clean rooms.
Poor breakfast: Bread and Pastries are not fresh.
location is good, near the earl's court station
everything about the hotel is not good except the location. the room is very small and the beds as well the towers looks very dirty. i even see a quilt has yellow stains on it, and there are lots of holes on the sheet and there are also holes in the cover. it seems they were used for ages! the room is not sound-isolated and i can hear someone coughing all-night-long in some room in this building. it is a dark room even i was in second floor. and i back at 9 o'clock or so and the stuff isn't there and there only a piece of paper writing"i will be back in 5 minutes" and we waited outside in the cold for like 20 minutes and no one show up, finally i buzz the doorbell and someone show up and he even blamed me for buzz the doorbell and totally ignored he kept us waiting outside in the cold street for 20 minutes! i can hear someone walk on the stairs when taking a shower and afraid one day someone falling down from the stairs directly to the shower room. they only provided 3 small package of shampoo and no body shower. the room looks dirty with dark-red carpet with black flowers on it. the elevator is very small and it takes ages to wait for it to arrive to 2nd floor. it provides the poor facilities and charge for a high price. i think it totally not worth 114 pounds a day for a double room-except the location near to underground.
Friendly staff, clean & hygenic, good breakfast.
Quite satisfied with the facility. We had no complaints.
I was travelling with my elderly mother and was given a ground floor room, as requested. The room was larger than I expected, with a full tub and shower in the en suite. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful, served in the daylight basement with cheery tablecloths. The lift was operating fine. Staff was accommodating of requests for information and a replacement of batteries for the tv remote. The hotel is less than 100 yards from the Earl's Court Underground station, which is served by escalators and an elevator to platform level. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
There are several very steep stairs (with a rise of at least 10" each) from the street to the lobby, making this an unacceptable accommodation for those who cannot climb stairs of that height. A sturdy handrail would be a good investment. There have been other complaints on this site about the state of the yard behind the hotel; it is unkempt and had a large pile of remodeling debris when we were there. Perhaps when the remodel is complete, the owners could haul away the debris and do a simple raking and planting of the area.
no air conditioning but we had a room with windows facing the street, too noisy outside and not easy to get to sleep
Close to the tube station. Nice staff. WiFi in the room.
Liked that the room was clean
1. Room was not as advertised and was clear a twin room converted into a triple. No room between the beds and found myself climb out from the bottom. Because of the additional bed been squeezed into the room it felt extremely claustrophobic. 2. Additionally there was a lack of towel in the room. 3. Poor Wifi
Location within walking distance from the Earl's Court tube. Safe, well lit neighborhood. Many restaurants & pubs nearby. Room clean and comfortable. Staff excellent.
Our room backed up to the train station. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on the other side of the building.
