Near to tube station
Poor single bed and wifi very slow
Breakfast was good and the location is perfect to get to Earl's Court! Friendly staff.
Room was fairly small but decent enough!
The position is very good near the underground and other facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets.the staff is polite and helpful
we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel but the so called room we received was a claustrofobic mansard where we could not moove and was facing the underground station.Apart from the trains passing by every 5 minutes, they started drilling in the middle of the night. The window was minute and in the bathroom no brush for the wc and the basin was so small we could not wash our faces.
I booked for one night and ended up staying for three, fortunately they managed to accommodate me and did so at the original discounted price, reception was very helpful and I stayed in three different rooms which gave a much better idea of the hotel, very clean rooms with great showers, recommended
nothing to dislike
friendly manager, Email contact in advance very professional and fast, Breakfast good for britain with fresh fruits, juice. Woman took care as soon as something was running low and was also very friendly. Quiet area, hard comfortable bed
i had a used dirty cup in my room, Room smelled of cigarrets, also the bin
-Great position, near to metro station and bus stop to gatwick airport -good wi-fi -friendly staff
Location was very close to the tube station. There was a good selection at breakfast cereal, toast, pastries and yogurts. Had a room at the front of the hotel and it was quiet
We were very pleased with this hotel, it was clean, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rate it highly.
Loved the size of the room, the bathroom was huge . Tub was great for soaking in after walking all day. Plenty of heat and hot water.
Not well insulated for noise. We were on the first floor next to the elevator so had trouble sleeping.
The separate bathroom, isn't too much of an issue, but it did worry me that I may be disturbing other guests when having to use it. So felt inclined to not use it until desperate.
Close to Earls Court.
No secure luggage storage despite promised (the reception with people in and out of the hotel all the time is not secure storage and this is where I was told to leave my bag) - after much discussion and a request to cancel reservation so I could move to another hotel my bag was stored in the office. Nor insulated - the old windows and thin duvets meant the room was cold and draft without the warm duvet to compensation; also meant the trains were very audible as the hotel backs onto the train line. Better hotels for the same price on the same road.
very clean hotel and safe. Excellent location
No free hotel wifi in the room Only continental breakfast
Friendly and helpful staff, good clean accommodation, close to underground and bars, restaurants and shops. excellent value.
Nice location, ask for the room looking to the small Trebovir Road. Good WiFi. Adequate breakfast.
We were unlucky with the room - we've got was triple istead of twin booked and it was very tight due to the third bed, pass between the beds was very narrow. More than that our window looked to the tube stattion Earl's Court which is open, so we were woke up by the trains close to 6 in the morning.
nice clean comfortable room
no bedside lamp, bed wasnt very soft
The location was ok, the hotel was reasonably clean.
The price is ridiculously high for the quality (that being common to most London hotels is no excuse, it's still the worst of a dozen hotels I tried in London over the years). The room under the roof was minuscule, all pipes in the bathroom were apparent. The purple walls were ugly, the elevator stopped at half-steps (needless to say, no staff to take your luggage), sound-proofing was non-existent.
Good continental breakfast
The stairs at the top of the hotel were awkward.
nice location, very close to Earl's court tube station. room really clean. helpful staff
poor breakfast. room really small.
Location was great with 2 min walk to earls court and few bars very close. Hotel was clean and staff where very helpful.
Location and proximity to tube and bars/ restaurants.
Attitude of the receptionist. Having to provide photo ID which incidentally was not mentioned in any correspondence when the room was booked and paid for.
Excellent location, 1 minute walk from earls court station very comfortable bed and pillows good strong shower
no secure luggage storage, we arrived early a few hours before check in and left our bags at the hotel, they sit in the reception area, while there is always someone on reception to watch them it would be nice for there to be a secure room/cupboard to leave them in
Closed to underground
Smal room but it is enough for few days
Good breakfast, location
Smell in the room, bad sound insulation, problems with parking
The staff were friendly. The bed was comfy although room was right next to the lift and overlooked the tube station so could hear trains coming going. Breakfast was great for us but room was a little small for the amount of people coming to stay. One nights stay to see london was good for us. You get what you pay for!
It's in a good location on a quiet street right near Earls Court.
The room was a single room with a double bed squeezed in. The bed was in a corner so you could only get out of it on one side and of course only one side therefore had a bedside table. At the head of the bed on one side was a very large radiator which meant if you had it on you would likely burn your head in bed, on the other side there was just a large gap between the top of the bed and the wall meaning you could not sit up and lean back against the wall and also the pillows fell down the gap in the night. The bathroom was tiny and we were only given 2 rather small bath towels - no hand towel at all meaning the bath towels were already damp from drying your hands on by the time you had a shower, and no bath mat. Some of the staff were friendly, some made you feel they would rather you weren't there. The breakfast was ok, standard continental, but the room it's in was crammed and very hot in the basement of the hotel. If I had paid half the price I would have been happy to stay here but at £114 for the night I feel very cheated. 3-stars?? I think they were having a laugh!!
