Great location, 2 min walk from tube stop. Good size room, decent breakfast
- location - free wifi - breakfast included
- tiny room - tiny sink - nowhere to sit properly (desk/table, chair)
Service and location
The wifi (for internet) signal was very poor.
I booked a single room and explained that as I have a heavy suitcase I need to know if the lift is really working. If not, I will need help to carry my luggage. +As the lift was out of order (and it was the 6 days I spent there) the staff was very helpful, gave me a double room in the basement and took my luggage to the room. +Room: absolutely clean. Has a door with window to the back side of the hotel. Silent, quiet, bright during the day. Very comfortable the mattress and pillows. +Bathroom: totally new and clean! Shampoo and soap provided. Shower: perfect Heating in the room and everywhere: perfect. +There was a hairdryer and water heater (it was totally clean, maybe new!) Coffee, tea, sugar, milk was provided into the room. +Breakfast: Continental type. For me was fine, tasty and complete. Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, water, cereals, yogurts, different kind of breads, toasts, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, pastry. Even in the last minutes before closing the time for breakfast, the staff replace what was finished. Please remember you are not booking a 5* hotel.
I suggest to add a large mirror in the room.
Helpful and accommodating Staff. Great location.
Small room, but good for the $$
Very near tube stop, good value when booked in advance, free wifi, nice enough
Room a little small, breakfast was limited
BREAKFAST OK. NOTHING OUTSTANDING
WE WAS IN A FRONT ROOM OF THE HOTEL WHICH WAS NOISEY YOU COULD HEAR PEOPLE TAKING WALKING PAST UNTIL THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING
Excellent location! 3 min to Earl's Court tube, plenty of supermarkets, shops, pubs, pizzeria, McDonalds, cafés, everything what you need is in the neighbourhood. Buses, coaches to the Gatwick airport 10 min walking. Buses to other airports are also stopping there. Very nice the whole neighbourhood. Helpful and nice staff. As the lift was out of order and I have a heavy suitcase they offered me a double room in the basement and carried my suitcases. This room has a door with window so it is bright inside. Very comfortable bed, clean, soft. Very quiet room. New and super clean bathroom! Perfect shower and easy to regulate the temperature of the water. Very good heating. Has hairdryer and boiler (new) in perfect conditions. In the room: coffee, tea, sugar, milk. Every day added. Shampoo (not conditioner but as I had mine, no problem) TV and wifi without problems and included in the price. Continental Breakfast included in price: for me it was perfect and enough, you can eat as much as you want, because staff is replacing. Coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, water, fruits, yogurts, cereals, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, different sorts of bread, toasts, sweet pastries. Clean and tasty. Remember that you didn't pay for a 5* hotel. I was positively surprised and in my next visit to London will choose this hotel again.!!!
I liked everything. The only one thing I missed is a large mirror (there is one in the bathroom over the lavatory) I suggest to the Hotel to hang it on the left side of the entrance door to the room :-)
Staffs were nice. Shower was warm. location is good. Breakfast is fine.
A little cold in the room during winter. The pillow was not clean enough. Twin room is small and not sound proof.
The location was good enough, it was close to the tube and buses leading directly into the centre of London.
The room was barely big enough for two people, with four it was nigh impossible to fit. It was obvious that the extra two beds had been forced into it, also the wardrobe was lacking and too small, especially for four persons. Overall it was overpriced, this room should not be marketed as a room for four but instead a room for maybe 2+1. Not reccomended.
The location was very convenient. The staff was courteous. Rooms were clean.
Wifi was unreliable. Rooms were very small. Elevator broke down and was unusable for the entire week.
Slow to clean rooms
The hotel had very nice staff, the beds were very comfy and the breakfast was lovely
The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, quite cramped and in need of an update
No bath tub.. The shower cubicle was a bit too small
Bathroom unclean - soap residue on tap and hairs on floor Smell of smoke
They staff was excellent. They helped us a lot with any problem we had.
The facilities were very small. Breakfast was quite poor.
The room was quite small, bed uncomfortable and it was very noisy throughout the hotel. Poor breakfast, too!
- Execellent location (close to Earl's Court for Piccadilly Line to Heathrow) - Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by, even a 24H Tesco! - Single bed was very spacious - Good powerful shower - Lots of power outlets - Free wifi
- Walls are so thin you can hear people using the shower next door - Bathroom was very small, barely able to move - Small hallways, 4th floor can be a challenge if you have heavy luggages - Breakfast was okay, basic stuff were on offer - Wifi was free, but very slow!
Excellant city links via tube. Helpful staff and really clean
Rooms were reasonably good size considering where the hotel was. Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff were very pleasant. We were very happy there and would chose to stay there again when we go back to London.
As our rooms were on the basement, sometimes we couldn't get signals for the mobile in our rooms. But that was very minor fault.
Small rooms but it is usual for London. Rooms facing the trains are very noisy until after midnight and early in the morning. No luggage room, you have to leave everything beside the reception.
Low price, good position
Stained moquette, cheap furniture, extremely small bathroom
Near to tube station
Poor single bed and wifi very slow
Breakfast was good and the location is perfect to get to Earl's Court! Friendly staff.
Room was fairly small but decent enough!
The position is very good near the underground and other facilities such as restaurants and supermarkets.the staff is polite and helpful
we weren't expecting a 5 star hotel but the so called room we received was a claustrofobic mansard where we could not moove and was facing the underground station.Apart from the trains passing by every 5 minutes, they started drilling in the middle of the night. The window was minute and in the bathroom no brush for the wc and the basin was so small we could not wash our faces.
