The cottage is very pretty and is in a great location. It is close enough to the highway for convenience but far enough away you don't hear the traffic. The breakfast room was very pleasant and we had the opportunity to chat with the other guests. Our hostess was very friendly.

The room was a bit tight and did not have a place to rest a suitcase. The standalone full length mirror could have been removed and a standard hotel suitcase support put in it's place. Next time we will book early enough for the larger room.

Vicki and her mom were great cooks and delightful to visit with! They seemed like friends and we will plan on going back soon. We stayed in three local hotels/B & Bs and Lord Mayors was the BEST by far.

Very homey. Vicki was an outstanding hostess. Mother Sarah was also very fun to meet. Rooms were small but the atmosphere and food made up for it.

We could not connect to wifi while at this location.

    Sharing a bathroom wasn't ideal.

we liked the gardens and setting of Lord Mayors Cottage and the room was very comfortable.

Would prefer to have some powdered milk supplied in the room as we were unable to make tea in the morning, as the milk supplied had gone off by the morning.
