The combination of being close to the heart of things and the transport system at the same time as offering a peaceful and up-market location |

I liked almost everything about it and would not hesitate to stay there again - if I was on my own (see below) The website did not indicate how small the 'double' rooms are, and in particular the very small double bed. It is clear that the 'executive double' is intended for business people on their own - the room is perfectly adequate for one person whereas a couple find it extremely cramped. We would have been happy to pay the extra £20 for a 'luxury double' had we known this. |

Working on my feet all day so liked not having to climb stairs with luggage! (Sunset Room behind reception.) Good bath and shower. Nice high ceiling. 2 Sky channels that were supposed to be available were not. Breakfast was adequate but below 5* standard. |

Fantastic location and very helpful and friendly staff. The 'contemporary room' has a great view. Breakfast should definitely (!) be included in the price. |

v friendly staff. Quiet room room is tiny - we expected that being in central London and at this price. it's not a room to spend any time in relaxing though, as one of you has to sit on the bed if the other wants to sit down. Perfect as a clean and quiet room when you know you want to be out and about in west London |

Close to victoria station, comfortably beds, big bathroom, really quite. The breakfast with room service was really tastefull, a little bit expensive A few days after we left the room the hotel mailed me asking me explanation about orange marks on the carpet. But when i left the room the carpet was clean. |

Locatation was great, only 5 min walk to Victoria. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Bed was soft and cosy. The room was ok, but not 5 star as they rated. Was told would get free wifi, and would bring code up this never happened. Room was really small and overlooked a flat roof with dirty gutters. Was woke up at 10am by house maid, and asked how long we were going to be as they wanted to clean the room, however details for this hotel clearly stated check out by 11.30am, and found this very rude. |

Excellent location and the welcome was very good. The room was clean and spacious, would have been nice to have enough space in the bathroom for my toiletries. I ordered breakfast for 7.30 but when I called at 7.45 to see what had happened, it seemed they had accidentally ordered it for 9.30. It wasn't life or death, but it would have been nice if there had been an apology when I checked out. |

Staff I did not understand why it is a five star hotel? It did not have a dining area, business centre, let alone a gym and a pool, etc. that in my opinion any five start hotel needs to have. So, in reality it is a three star hotel max. |

The Lord Milner was a good place to stay. Close to Victoria Train and Bus Stations.Good quiet location. Good staff The Internet was playing up when we were there but was being fixed as we left. No seats within the room meant you had to sit on the bed even though there was enough room for seats. |

Staff was very nice. Deluxe room was good size and the four poster bed was a nice touch. Wet bar was surprizingly cheap! The location was excellent, very close to Victoria Station. |

The close proximity to Buckingham Palace where I was attending a garden party. The very friendly, helpful staff & cosy ambience. It was also nice being served breakfast in the room but the experience could have been improved with the provision of a folding table. |

Very peaceful and quiye which was what was needed I think you should put tissues in the bathroom and have a list of alcoholic beverages available for guests to choose from and put in the bar fridge in the room |

It was very quiet despite being in central London Room was very small. We were aware of this prior to our visit and although it didn't detract too much it would have been nicer to have had a bit more space. |

I enjoyed the quiet location of the Sunset Room, the beautiful marble bathroom, and the comfort of the bed. I understand that it is the hotel's smallest room, but it was more than adequate for one person. There was no plug-in outlet for my curling iron in the bathroom, and the only other one that I saw was on a wall past the TV. The TV is on a ledge about 4 feet high, and being only 5'4", I was unable to reach the outlet even if I stood on tiptoe. |

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Location wise it was fantastic, could walk to Chelsea Flower Show, Theatre, lots of good restaurants and Sloane Square area for shopping all within 5 minutes. The bathroom in our particular room was very small and tightly compact. |
