Breakfast used to be better
Shower water hard to regulate, could have been a lot warmer
Comfy beds, adjustable heating, v quiet
Continental breakfast ok
Only stayed one night but was pleased with the location.the staff were pleasant , and a stones throw from lime street .
The walls ate paper thin so heard the elephants above us stomping around and talking until early hours in the morning. People were talking In the coridor until late at night and could hear them very loudly whilst trying to sleep. Also the lift was next to our room and was extremely loud.
it was seconds away from the empire theatre and lime street station. Few minutes walk into central town
Friendly staff. Cleanliness
Tiny room No car parking facilities
Location was fine
Location to Lime street station and Empire Theatre
Location and price
Bed very comfortable Fast Wifi Good shower breakfast included Sensible checkout time
Pillow was hard that's the only bad thing
Clean towels and bedding
Noise from other guests was a problem and seems to travel through the hotel easily. Could do with a chair in the room.
The location is very central, right by Lime Street Station, the Walker Gallery and World Museum, about 20 minutes walk to Albert Dock. A huge bathroom and nicely decorated.
No towel rail in the bathroom; I improvised with a couple of coat hangers. Cold: I had to leap out of bed early, turn the heater on, and go back to bed until the room warmed up. Breakfast at 8 at weekends wasn't early enough, though I managed to grab some bread and jam on Saturday morning.
Friendly staff. Room adequate for one (would have been very tight for two), with good lighting. Shower with separate on/off and temperature controls. Generous-sized towels.
Would have preferred cooked breakfast to a continental one. Fellow guests rather noisy.
Briliant location, right next to the Railway Station. Comfortable room, recently refurbished. Good TV. Good wi-fi reception in the room. And they gave me a room with a bath as I had requested on my booking form
The tap in the bathroom needs adjusting in the triple room. But we were very impressed with the triple room. With the two doubles and a single bed. Might need extra blankets also
Location was very handy being in the city centre and next to the train station.
Bed was a bit lumpy which was solved by turning mattress
Location, good price for central Liverpool Great friendly staff
The breakfast isn't great but you get what you pay for. Coffee not to my taste but there is a Costa round the corner
The triple room has so much space. Usually get a double/twin which is good value but this was amazing
The staff were very helpful and the situation was perfect.a
I felt the room was poorly decorated. It was very cold. The bathroom toiletry holder had rust on it. The walls were badly painted & there was a hole In the wall.
The staff were very helpful & polite
Friendly staff, good location and polite room.
Location is excellent.
I thought the hotel was overpriced, the room was not very clean and the bathroom was grubby. I was not very pleased with the whole experience.
The location of the hotel was good nice and handy for the train station.
Sister banged her head as their shower heartbroken e enjoyed though receptionist was kind man was grumpy didn't care if she was hurt, hard rock bed, took our wet towels never replaced
Right next to lime street station literally just behind it, good breakfast, nice receptionist, lift not just stairs, very clean,
Friendly Staff, Great Value for Money, Fantastic location and right next to taxi rank
location close to theatre
