location and staff
staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. warm and welcoming.
shower wasn't very good in room. lift was very noisy but to be fair it stopped at 10pm because of this. the hotel was quite noisy in general with it being an old building.
Towels are old and dirty bed sheets have stains the whole room is small and dirty. The only good thing is the location is good...
Two minutes from Lime Street station, luggage storage, comfy beds, excellent breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful, everything spotless. Hotel undergoing refurb and should be brilliant when its finished
Lift doesnt go to top floor and is turned off at 10pm
Staff were friendly

location,good breakfast, toast,yogurt,fruit,cereal,ham.value for money.
we liked everthing about the hotel exept the attic room we wer put in
wen we booked the hotel with you we asked for a lowfloor as my wife is disabled (suffers with a slipped disc) but wen we arrived we wer put in the attic room 317 which was accessed by a lift to the second floor then my wife had to9 climb 2 sets of stairs which gave her great pain i asked at reception for another room but the hotel was fully booked so we had to accept the attic room this really did put a great deal of upset on our stay for this reason i am asking you if it would be atall possible for you to offer us a free night stay at the hotel aghain in the future and put us on a lowfloor as requested on our booking hope to hear from you soon kind regards garry pye
I was very disappointed with having no where at the hotel to park my car. We had to keep moving the car and using the road parking which cost quite a lot over our stay in Liverpool. This mag stop me from using the hotel next time we visit.
good rooms, nothing fancy, but you can turn on heat whenever you want, rather than having to try and look at controls. a good bathroom, and faclities. bar downstairs an added bonus. location great for trains, and the city itself
decor in room is very basic. but nothing to complain about.
This is a very friendly hotel staff were great. Location ideal.
The beds are far to small for large men
no late bar
-location was the first positive point - near city centre and train station - for us almost everything was within walking distance - secondly, the staff was very friendly and accomodating - the rooms basic yet clean - the price was good value - a decent continental breakfast was served
- nothing important enough to report under this title
Location. Price. Staff.
No hot water during my stay. Bed springs poked through. Walls very thin - noise nd poor night's sleep.
