The location, price, staff, and breakfast were great. I've been to several expensive hotels this the best one. Staff at reception were so helpful specially Lynn and every one working there is dedicatec to help the cleaners and catering staff.. Nothing.

Great decor, especially for the budget price. Really impressed. The bathroom door stuck a bit. It's minor, I was really impressed with the place.

Single Room larger than expected. Good TV, power shower and free internet. Good continental breakfast - could stoke up for the day. Although warnings about "city noise" and next to 02 Academy didn't experience any disruption on a Friday night. Next to Lime Street Station. Secure luggage storage. Friendly staff. Area run down. Lift stops at 10pm. Shower cubicle needs refurbishing.

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The noise. Somebody watched tv until 3.50 A.M. one night, but that wouldn't have been a member of the staff, and the floorboards creek whenever anyone walks on them.

Friendly and helpful staff, bar with a friendly atmosphere that catered for residents - unusual these days. Very close to city centre, train station, buses and taxis. Room was a bit cramped but suited us, 3 lads over for football.

The hotel is a great value for money. The location is perfect, 1 minute's walking from lime street station, 15 minutes' walking from Albert Dock. My room is very clean. The staff are helpful and super-friendly. Breakfast is acceptable. What more can you ask for 30 pounds per night?
