It was convenient to other villages/sightseeing in the area and the coast with friendly staff and good value for money. The controls on the heating didn't seem to work and I could not turn it off - but I was able to open the window so no real problem. |

Good access to shops and shore. Good and reasonably priced bar food The fittings and furniture were a bit shabby. There was no shower in our room. Although this is a Caskmarque establishment when both the cask ales ran out at 8:00 on Saturday night they were not replaced and not available during the rest of our holiday. |

The4 food in the pub downstairs was good The rooms were dirty and very dated. The room was very draughty and in my particular room the water did not work properly. |

The bar The breakfast was not hot and some things on menu were not available. Could use an update in the en suite facilities |

Central Position to towns ammenities.Outstanding views over harbour. Restaurant service very poor-either short staffed or requires proper training;Standard of food acceptable but not good; The hotel needs to be updated-even revamped. It would be much better for it. |

Staff friendly, gave information and was helpful. No elevator for use by older person. The room was stuffy, it contained a four poster bed and it felt like the drapes had not been cleaned for a while. No duvet, just blanket and sheet under bed cover which is suprising these days. No drinking or bottled water in room. I thought it was expensive for the type of accommodation compared to the other 4 star hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was ok |

La vue c'est tout ! Chambre vétuste, salle de bains vétuste, wc ne fonctionnant pas et malgré notre demande n'a pas été réparé. Plancher grinçant en bref cet hotel ne justifie en rien le prix de la chambre. |
