Sobre todo el tipismo Galés , ya que este Hotel aparte de ser hotel , es pub , restaurante .etc.Las habitaciones muy correctas y con grandes camas que ayudan a descansar al viajero.Tiene parking.

Staff need customer hospitality training - whilst being friendly lacked professional skills in this area. Public areas and landings are tired and need refurbishment

I read comments before booking about needing a revamp,but you try to give the place the benefit of the dought.Arrived at 9 15 to, we have stopped serving food after driving 8 hours not even im sorry.Room was aged, you could say it was aged 20 years ago,got chinese carry out,sat with plastic fork and meal in dingy room with inhouse cobwebs. Straight out first thing in morning

Very friendly staff and good service. Clean rooms with good facilities and an interesting location overlooking Milford Haven. Easy parking next to hotel.

Decor needs updating - getting a bit worn out in places.

We had a large room with a four poster bed and great views over the harbour.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited. Bar meals, however were excellent. The room had a few things that needed attention like the lighting.

The beds were really comfy. Rooms were clean.

The room only had two dining chairs to sit on, so to watch TV you had to lie on the bed wich was also very uncomfortable. TV reception was very poor. I left a day early because i didnt want to spend another night.

Room was large and comfortable... Breakfast was also good and sizable helpings...

Fan in bathroom was very noisy - no natural light in bathroom.

We were heading off for a couple of boats trips (to Skomer and Grassholm Islands), but travelling by public transport, so needed somewhere near the railway station. The Lord Nelson Hotel seemed to fit the bill, as it was only about a five-minute walk away. I was slightly dubious about staying here, having read some on the online reviews suggesting it was rather tatty. Well, I guess some or all of the rooms must have been recently renovated, as ours was extremely clean and modern, with a nicely-appointed en-suite bathroom. We missed breakfast both mornings, but the evening meal we had (I had chicken rarebit and my friend had gammon steak) was well cooked and tasty, with good-sized portions. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Only downside for me was when we came down for our evening meal on Sunday. We assumed meals would be served until 9 p.m., as they were the previous night, but were told they stopped serving at 8 p.m. on Sunday. I think the hotel could have made the food-serving times clearer, rather than hiding them away in the depths of a booklet in the bedroom, which most people would probably not read. We wandered around to the marina, looking for a restaurant, but all seemed to stop serving at 9 p.m., so we were too late for them. We ended up stumbling on a takeaway in a nearby back street, which we took back to our room to eat. The food was pretty foul, the chicken burger I had being virtually stone-cold. Don't go there!

The rooms are very clean and the location is great as well. Free parking is available. The staff provide great service and are very helpful.
