The Hotel was situated near the railway station and the location we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable, food was good, and staff were excellent.

Nice mix of history for the hotel and modern comforts

The greeting on arrival was really friendly and we were made very welcome. Room was fantastic, large comfortable bed and great view from windows. Evening and breakfast food was very good with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My Husband and I spent a very relaxed stay at Lord Nelson, very friendly and helpful staff, we had a meal there with my elderly aunt , as it was coming up to her 93rd Birthday 2 day's later , the staff were so helpful to make her meal as she liked it. I really Appreciated how kind they were . we all enjoyed our meal that night sat the 29th april. Our breakfast while there was excellent and plenty of everything . It was very clean in the bedroom , shower room , we really enjoyed our stay and most certainly will go there again . Ann co clare

Good value with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent base from which to explore Pembrokeshire.

Desk not always manned and can be difficult to attract attention.

Visiting family and friends so good location for us. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Woul stay again.

Bed comfortable & staff pleasant & helpful

Room was dirty & tired. TV reception bad. Wardrobe door catch missing & door flapping in breeze. Windows filthy. Hot tap on basin just spun around on sink! Shower cold. Main light bulb not working. Food overcooked in evening & undercooked at breakfast to check it was room 110

We had a large room with a four poster bed and great views over the harbour.

The breakfast selection was a bit limited. Bar meals, however were excellent. The room had a few things that needed attention like the lighting.

Great room - although the windows do ratle when its windy. Parts of the hotel look a little shabby however, but about what I would expect at the price tag. Staff took a long time to clean tables of glasses and more importantly finished plates. Breakfast was a little ad hoc - no clean tables, no cups or glasses available. However on sunday when the ordered continental breakfast wasnt there, lad behind the desk went and made us some - however the milk in the fridge had curdled

The food in the hotel was exelent

The room only had two dining chairs to sit on, so to watch TV you had to lie on the bed wich was also very uncomfortable. TV reception was very poor. I left a day early because i didnt want to spend another night.
