We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had blood-sucking bugs inside the beds in this hotel!! Even room changed, bugs still found!! We stayed three nights there. Terrible!! Could not sleep well!! The rooms and corridors were smelly. We booked family room. No family room could be offered to us when we arrived. Instead, two extremely small double bed rooms were given to us. These rooms were so small that our luggages could not be placed on floor to open them. A family room were changed for us on the second night. But bugs were still found!! Very bad experience!!

The staff were real friendly, and even called us "vip's, which was nice Unfortunately, the room we were given had no heating,, and a bathroom no bigger than a broom cupboard! I imagine that the majority of the other rooms were better than ours, however, we made the best of it and wouldnt complain, that said, I wouldn't return either

Very nice hotel, great location, 3 minutes from the tube, restaurants and shops. Continental breakfast included, with variety. The Hotel staff also very nice, specially Jodie and Pascal from the reception, very helpful and with a smile on their faces all the time. The rooms a litle small but clean. If you are not to picky and you want a good hotel price with a great location, this is the perfect hotel for you.

My friends and I found the staff to be very friendly and polite, the position of it's location was central to all our amenities and easy to get to with no problems. Everything was comfortable except that the room we shared was rather small for the three of us to move around in otherwise we have no other complaints. Breakfast was just a basic english breakfast but plenty to have.

It was a good location close to the tube and bus stops. The very best part was leaving into the cold and rain. Looks nice from the outside, how deceiving never again! The worst place I have ever stayed in. I was on the Internet at 1am looking for another place to stay. The double on suite was a small single room with a double bed squeezed in. The walls were so thin you could hear other occupants T.v, talking, snoring, telephone and alarm clock. Windows damaged with gaps, so no noise or wind proofing! Breakfast not worth getting out of bed for.

Rooms are quiet. The hotel is really well located, 2 min walk from Earl's Court metro station. The room was really too small for 3 persons. The breakfast was not that goof for such a price.

Convenience, only 10 minutes from Earls Court Station & Exhibition Centre. General cleanliness of room & building. Our room had recently been redecorated so it was like staying in a brand new room. The shower was really good even though we were on the top floor. The area itself was vibrant with plently of restaurants & pubs within walking distance. Breakfast room far too small & self serving area cramped. When we got up for breakfast it was full & people were waiting on the stairs. Also the breakfast room was late opening & there were about 20 people queueing so we were longer than we wanted to be taking breakfast. We booked a double room & the room we were given was a triple, but to be honest the room was really only big enough for a double. I suppose that as it is London one cannot expect much larger for the price but I wonder what the demand is for a triple room anyway. The room had recently been redecorated so was in a very good state of repair, except the net curtains which were torn (from prior to redecoration maybe?)

Although, it was small and narrow and I had hard internet connection, people were kind and close access to the main tour spots. I recommend others to stay and I may come back if I make another trip to London. Non-refundable!

In a good locoation and easy to find and access from the tube station. Breakfast was nice. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was very small and old. My room was on the main street therefore could here lots of noise as the window wouldn't shut properly. The walls are paper thin!

Friendly staff. Small but confortable rooms. Adequate Breakfast. Near to Earls Court. Good location, an area where you could walk unmolested day or night. Convenient for underground, shops and places to eat. In single rooms the two doors between bed and bathroom were a bit awkward, but I'm sure the hotel is dealing with this.

The only good thing about this hotel is location, close to Earls court station. Stay away from this hotel, rooms are tiny, breakfast starts at 8 which is ridiculous when you need to go for business meeting at 9. There is toilets on the staircase with no wash basins , only shower that you can walk into literally from the staircase, horrible hotel

The location was very convenient as we had friends staying in the area. It was located right next to the Earl's Court tube and we found it very easy to get to all of our desired locations. The room was very small and the pictures on the website were misleading. The "suite" room 408 that was reserved for 3 people was a tight squeeze for 2 people. The breakfast room was underground and stuffy. I do not think it is accurate to call this a hotel; is is definitely a hostel. I have stayed in hostels that are more comfortable than this "hotel".
