The breakfast room was tiny for the number of guests of the hotel and the timetable for breakfast is too short. |

The Hotel staff is friendly. The room was clean. The room was a single room adapted as a double. It was too small for two beds! However, it can work for a weekend. If you pay by credit card, there's a 2% more to pay, and nobody told us that. |

Its location is pretty good, nearby underground station, restaurants, post office and supermakets. No smiling faces with the staffs. Guests have to take their own risks of putting luggages in the hotel lobby. My door wasn't locked completely when I got back, I didn't have to use my key at all to open the door. I had 2 times I couldn't open my door with the key card. The sink in the toliet was stuck, some dirty things came out from the pipe under the sink, very disgusting. |

Rooms were clean and fresh linens were provided each day Rooms very small. Window did not close properly due to a beading fixed down the side and bottom of runner, therefore room very cold at night. |

I would say the location is absolutely perfect. I can walk to Earl's court tube station within 5 minutes. Also, free WIFI internet is really good. I can check my Email using my laptop anytime. The room is really small. I have never seen the small room like Lord Jim before. Not only that, I have stayed for 2 nights and I always had problem with water system in the morning. |

I was actually surprised to find the Lord Jim so centrally situated. Perfect for site seeing in London. Also the resurants in the area are varied and very good. But most of all the thing I liked best about it was the friendly french man that works on reception. He always enquired about how our day had been I felt right at home as.after being tired from a long flight from SA he was so welcoming and accommodating ( we were early.) The room was great, very comfortable and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay |

Pleasant, friendly, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast adequate, within easy reach of Earls Court exhibitions. Room too hot - could have done with some ventilation or a fan would have helped. |

The continental breakfast was the only highlight. We were located in a room little larger than a box. No bedside tables because there was no room. the space between the twin beds was less than a foot. The window was very draughty and the curtains did not fully cover. No plug to the washbasin and when I asked I was told people leave them in and the taps on, the shaver lighting did not work. There was a shelf for the tea/coffee apparatus and it was built partly over one bed. Little room to stand to make the drinks. |

This hotel is a great value and perfectly located. You are not paying for a five star hotel and should not expect that. However, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was little street noise. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a wallet friendly hotel with a bed and terrific location. Size of the room and bathroom. |
