We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had blood-sucking bugs inside the beds in this hotel!! Even room changed, bugs still found!! We stayed three nights there. Terrible!! Could not sleep well!! The rooms and corridors were smelly. We booked family room. No family room could be offered to us when we arrived. Instead, two extremely small double bed rooms were given to us. These rooms were so small that our luggages could not be placed on floor to open them. A family room were changed for us on the second night. But bugs were still found!! Very bad experience!!

The staff were very friendly and accomadating. I booked a room with shared bathroom but they gave me a room with a shower at no extra charge. The room was small but clean and tidy. I would stay again. Only that the toast at breakfast was cold.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from Earl's Road tube station. The staff were very helpful at all times providing us with information and ensuring that we had a great 2 night stay. There was easy internet access in a lounge room just off the reception which was great. Would definitely stay here again just not in the basement!!! When we checked in it looked like we were assigned room # 3, however the lady at reception asked us if we wouldn't mind being allocated room # 30 which happened to be located in the basement. We didn't see any reason why we couldn't sleep there, however when we got to the room it was right next to the elevator where a lot of people were going up and down to the breakfast room each morning, thus disturbing our sleep. Also ventilation was very poor in this room with a smell coming from the bathroom. Room was small even though we got a triple instead of a double. We chose not to request a room change as we were only staying 2 nights.

Departing! Twin beds when requested double. Grubby decor and sticky surfaces in bedroom. In serious need of a revamp. Bathroom had a seriously high step up into it and the tiniest shower you could ever imagine

The location was good. There were bed bugs! This affected the sleep so much that it was disgusting to even lie down. It resulted in one of us having to sleep in the chair because there were too many insect biting us.All in all, a waste of money as we did not have a proper rest.Did not expect this of any hotel, budget or otherwise. Basic hygiene.

they were helpful I was attacked by bed bugs. there are at least 45 bites on my arms and legs. Apparently, the hotel knew they had an infestation problem but did not share this with us. I had other friends staying in 6 other rooms....5 of the rooms also had bed bugs.

Its excellent location from the city of London and then Heathrow airport and just around the corner from Earl's Court underground station. I have been at this hotel a few times before and the staff has always been helpful and also regarding leaving my bag for a few hours before going to the airport. The rooms are safe and nothing ever went missing so far which is important.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room had a grubby look about it - it needs a fresh coat of paint! I upgraded to an en suite which had poor lighting and there was a horrible stale water pong from the shower! A small chair would be handy in the room.

Location & cost compared to others listed on booking.com. Reasonable value. Double & twin rooms are small. On arrival, the double room loo flush did not work, shower head was brocken, bed sheet had a hole in, tv with no reception. We advised the manager & moved rooms next day. Manager was helpful & second room was fine.

Great location close to the main Earls Court station and down a very nice street. The inside of the hotel is pleasant looking and clean for the most part. It's in the middle of London so the rooms are tiny as you may expect. The single room is tiny, almost like a converted storage room although the bed was very comfortable. The rear facing view was looking onto other buildings and due to reno's happening in the basement, the rear garden was full of junk and used drywall etc. The small single room came with shared toilet and bathroom. The toilet seemed ok most times but the small shower was tiny and disgusting. It needed more frequent cleaning and people had left behind used underwear etc. just lying there. The worst part was that when I told the front desk about this, they just said 'well you know how it is' and just shrugged it off and did nothing about it??? They didn't even offer to do anything else in lieu of this, not that I was looking for any freebies, but even some kind of acknowledgement would seem appropriate. Not sure if I would stay here again because of this, only if I had my own toilet and shower in my room.

The rooms urgently need updating. It wouldn't be a bad idea to sacrifice a couple of rooms in the interest of increasing the size of the rooms - cramped would be a generouls description.
