The room was tiny and we barely had enough room to walk around. We had to put our bags in the bathroom to make some space to maneover around the room. |

The location of the hotel is very good. In a nice, small street, not very noisy and only 5 walking minutes away from Earls Court underground station. The room was clean, the continental breakfast was ok. We know that space is expensive in London but our room was a bit smaller than expected. The washbasin was in the bedroom, shower and toilet were located in the very small ensuite bathroom. |

I was met by a very friendly man (I believe he was the manager/owner) who made me feel immediately welcome. The room was basic and simple with everything that I needed and nothing that I didn't. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast room had an almost mediterranean feel to it, I felt like I was breakfasting on holiday, not in London. I was disturbed a couple of nights by the girls next door who were part of a school trip, obviously excited, they did not appreciate the need of other guests trying to sleep at 1am and then later at 5am! This of course is NOT the fault of the hotel or management. Some of the doors bang quite loudly and I would suggest silent door closing devices for them. |

The room we had was very small, not anything like the pictures I saw on the web. maybe 1x3 meters to move on, the bed crammed into a corner and felt small since my feet stuck out (I'm not even 1,8 m). But it was clean,it had a bed and was close to the tube. |

The convienience of location was a real plus. I like a Hotel to be handy and clean and you did the trick for me - plus the price was also to my satisfaction. Thanks for a nice stay. A comfortable Hotel indeed and no problems |

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, There was everything I needed to start the day. Room was small but nice. The most important thing for me is that it's clean. The window was in a poor condition. So there was a constant wind in my room. They really need to fix this. Some little things could be better, like the button on the tv was broke. But the friendly guy at the desk gave me a remote control. So with a good service things get a lot better sometimes. |

The staff were very accomodating and there was excellent access to the city via walking and the very close earls court metro station. There was a dirty towel in my room upon arrival and the room was fairly small. |

Clean, comfortable bed, fair price, okay breakfast. Lack of sink plug, room furnishings a bit crammed in, noisy lift-users! |

Hotel personnel were polite and efficient. Chose the hotel because of its location close to Earl's Court tube station (which has elevators and ramps so you don't have to lug a suitcase up or down stairs). Good selection of restaurants nearby. Basic continental breakfast. Coffee/tea, juice, cereal, bread & cheese, limited fruit selection. Room was o.k. for one night but too small for two people to stay there longer and be comfortable. We had to ask frontdesk person for toilet paper after checking in as there wasn't any in the bathroom. Also had to ask for remote control for tv as it wasn't in the room. Receptionist explained that people steal the remote controls so they have to be checked out and brought back to the front desk. |

I liked so much the hotel because its location. It's near the tube and the sightseeing. And th street of hotel is very quiet. The breakfast is good and the entire hotel is well tidy and clean. When I choose the hotel, it had a good cost x benefit. The room is a little bit small, but the problem is some stairs. There is lift, but depeds on the room you get off the lift and must use the stairs. If you carry a heavy suitcase, it is a problem. |

Location is good, next to Earls Court tube station. Staff seemed friendly. Room was barely bigger than the size of the single bed. No place to put the suitcase. |
