The Warwick Arms Hotel is located in the heart of historic Warwick and just a 5-minute walk from Warwick Castle.

Set in a 19th-century coaching inn just 300 metres from Warwick Rail Station, Castle Limes is 2 minutes’ walk from Warwick’s historic town centre.
Score from 415 reviews Superb
In the Warwickshire countryside, close to historic and beautiful Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and Stratford upon Avon, the Ramada Warwick is in pretty grounds overlooking the River Avon.
Score from 310 reviews Good
The impressive 15th-century Tudor House Hotel offers charming rooms and good food. Warwick rail station is a 3-minute drive away and there is good access to the M40 motorway.
Score from 287 reviews Good
The best thing about this hotel is that it has free parking, and should you need to stay in the centre of Warwick, this would be sufficient.
Up on walking in the door from the car park the 'musty' smell hits you almost immediately. Once we then arrived at our room, Having booked this hotel because it stated that it was a spacious room, I was disappointed to find that it was little bigger than a shoe box! The TV was an old style box television (14 inch), on a wall platform with 4 different cables hanging at least 3ft below the TV, all tangled up. The Freeview box was balancing precariously in front of the TV, and the sound quality of the TV was extremely poor as there was a constant 'buzz' coming from it. The following morning, I went to have a shower, to discover the shower head was covered in horrible green lime scale. So I decided to have a bath- brown water came out of the taps! I have pictures to prove each of these facts.
Central location in middle of Warwick. Excellent value for money at extremely reasonable price. Useful car parking facility
Bath in poor condition, but no great issue as still perfectly useable.
bed, shower, large clean room & free coffee/tv/milk in room...... + big wall tv too LOL
Free Wifi and was close to restaurants
Convenient for centre of Warwick, good service at check-in, in the bar and at breakfast.
Shower/bath&light did not work in my room, but problem was fixed and I left satisfied.
Location , free parking ,
Decor very dated ,
Comfy bed, clean room, tea and coffee provided, beautiful old Tudor building, nice little bar, amazingly low price for a Christmas stay
The furniture and bathroom is a little dated and worn out - there were cracks in the flooring in the bathroom and no central heating system although the room was warm enough with the radiator. But to be honest for the money you don't expect the Hilton so it's absolutely fine! The free wifi kept cutting in and out.
Location for our needs was good but that was because of our purpose for being there
Very shoddy in places, needs a revamp - floors very squeaky
Attractive building and public areas Large complimentary car park
Dated rooms in need of decorating Warm room even with no heating in January wouldn't like to stay in the summer
Location Value for money
Bathroom was freezing
The position in the center if Warwick
The hotel is old and it needs to be renewed in various aspects. Difficulty in mixing hot/cold water in the shower. It's ok only for 2-3 days long.
We liked the charm and character of the hotel.
The rooms are pretty deteriorated and the bathrooms awful. The shower in our room was terrible and we couldn't get the shower to work in our children's room at all.
Central Location in Warwick Its own car park Friendly Staff Good Breakfast Nice decor in public spaces Good facilities in Room
Bathroom needs overhaul, Extract fan stops and started which was noisey, struggle to flush the loo (2 or 3 attempts) Traffic noise was loud due to its location on a main town road
Size of room Location Parking
The smell, bathroom floor appears to need replacing as its rotting
Easy to find and easy to park. Easy check in and out and excellent value for a central hotel. Lots of teas and coffees etc. Would stay there again.
In need of decoration and update of furniture
Very central location right in the middle of Warwick city centre.
This could be a great hotel, but needs modernising and bringing up to date. It's not even close to a standard chain hotel such as premier inn. Bed uncomfortable and bathroom and decor is probably from the early 80s. There was only an electric heater rather than central heating and squeaky floorboards made for a noisy trip to the toilet in the middle of the night. Overall it was clean, but items in the room such as iron, kettle, dressing table etc. had seen better days.
Good location, a couple of minutes walk to Warwick Castle.
Water pressure for the shower is very low, despite opening to the maximum. Though the room is clean, but it's old and giving the dirty looks.
Location was central. Free parking.
Small room which was in need of updating. Room was noisy from traffic and other guests as walls very thin.
staff were non existent...
Location was good shame it is closing
Paper thin walls no noise reduction
Location for the castle.
A lot of the things that was said to be in the room wasn't, No hairdryer, no working remote for the TV & no wifi. Being in the first room on top of stairs was noisey
Good breakfast with very friendly staff
The central heating did not work which made the room quite cold in december
- Central location, near the town centre, Warwick castle and restaurants - inexpensive, got a very good value considering it was the holidays - served good breakfasts - room was warm and cosy
- property could use a bit of love and care - a large bottle of water costs 4 quid - only one staff was courteous and accommodating who just so happens to be the manager - Sometimes although not often the hot water shuts off so you end up finishing with an icy cold shower :) good jolt to the senses though
