Liked the location, close to work for the Friday part of the trip and right in the centre of Warwick for the weekend stay. Staff very friendly and helpful We were really unlucky in that on the Friday evening the next room was occupied by two ladies on a Hen Night,.. So that was one well disturbed night and on the Saturday, the people in the bar (directly below us!!) stayed up until 3:00am and despite us asking the night porter to ask them to quieten down (which they did for about 10 minutes), we suffered yet another sleepless night. Needless to say, there was no one there on the sunday morning to discuss this with except some very apologetic junior members of staff, who were 'not authorised' to take decisions!! All of that was a pity as we really enjoyed Warwick!

Location was excellent for the castle and town, has ample parking. The rooms are clean but incredibly dated, hot water occasionally goes, the walls are paper thin and the corridor is noisy... Expect to hear everything your neighbours say and people walking past your door will sound like they're walking past your bed. Also, don't drink the tea from the urn at breakfast - in fact, go somewhere else for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at the Lord Leycester, whilst checking in we're told we had been upgraded to the executive suite with the four poster bed free of charge, what a lovely surprise, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was brilliant,

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ideal location, 10 mins walk to the castle and shops. The car park was very small, there wasn't enough space for the volume of users and it was very difficult to negotiate . We managed to find a space on the road outside the hotel, but if there hadn't have been one would have had to pay for a nights parking elsewhere!

Location, Free Parking, Adequate facilities, room was ok but decor was tired and old fashioned. Power shower was great. Comfy bed. Overall room was ok. Tea and Coffee facilities and a Hairdryer provided. Bathroom was in need of refurbishment. Floorboards were all uneven and bathroom window was quite dusty. Jesters restaurant did not seem to be open on a Friday night so had a super meal at the Warwick Arms Hotel just up the road instead.

Nice big room and huge bed. Large flat screen tv. Very good breakfasts. Very convenient for Warwick centre. Currently road works and inconvenient oneway road system made accessing hotel car park rather difficult. Due to age of building the floorboards are very creaky.

The location was excellent, and the staff extremely friendly, The staff when asked if we could leave our cars in the car park for a few hours to visit the castle, after we checked out said no problem, Too hot in the bedroom, but our fault we should have asked for a fan

Location is good for the Castle or the city centre. The room was a bit wonky.... there was only one person on check in and the bar...when we arrived and there were quoite a few people checking in...no chance of a beer whilst waiting so we just chucked our cases in the car and went up town.

Thought the location was excellent, with the receptionists friendly and efficient. The price was good and the room had all the facilities needed for your stay. The decor was a bit tired and dated, with the beer at the bar left a lot to be desired, although I do realise this could have been a one off

Good hotel. Staff were lovely. There were a few maintenance issues about the room but these were acceptable. The front of the hotel looks really unprepossessing so I was really surprised at the quality of the place and the helpfulness of the staff.

Absoluyely nothing. This was without doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The water in the room was brown. After going to reception we were moved to another room, which had the same problem. After being moved again we ended up in a room that smelt like actual sh1t. At this point we booked somewhere else and moved. When we went to infom reception we were told that the payment for the room had already been taken even the facilities hadn't been used. Prepayment would be the only this dump has of taking money and hoping no complains. My advice would be to block it from you site, and your reputation is being tarnished aswell.

The location was great for the castle The girl on the front desk was dreadful on our arrival, despite paying the same price for two rooms 1 was huge the other tiny which seemed a bit odd especially as the big 1 had a Sony flat screen tv and the little room had a tv sent from the 70s!

Nothing really wouldn't go back, old tired terrible rooms mould in bathrooms no shower, no restaurant or room service just a vending machine in corridor, staff all very young and helpful doing their absolute best in what must be a very demoralising job as they appear to be subject to a barrage of complaints from guests all of which were justified but they remained polite and helpful at all times

Very good location, in the centre of town. Excellent value for money. The room was very very hot, no radiators were on, however we could not open the windows, I don't know where the heat was coming from!
