Very good first impression. Very nice bar area and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Nice place to relax in pleasant surroundings.
Restaurant menu a little limited if you don't like lamb or seafood, drinks very pricey and a little disappointed in the room. Carpet splitting at joints, cracked tiles in bathroom.
Locality Modern and comfortable Good Value
I loved the look of the hotel, modern looking. Spotless rooms and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Highly recommended:)
Extractor system right outside our window was very loud!
Clean, tidy. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Room very comfortable and compact.
Breakfast area very dark. Location a bit too far out of the centre.
The food and service in the Bukhara restaurant was first class for Dinner. Furnishings and decor in bedroom all new and very modern. Overall decor in hotel was very good. Well located and I had no issues with parking (free at parking meters between 6:00pm & 8:00am). Would stay again.
Bedroom was tiny. Noise from the street until past midnight. Only scrambled egg at breakfast, no fried or poached option.
Nice looking decor, ideal location for me as my son is in yorkhill hospital quite often.
Bed was uncomfortable and the room/ bathroom was quite compact.
Location and bathrooms good. Bed comfortable enough. Good breakfast.
Cramped rooms, damp smell in bathroom. Noisy if front facing.
Drinks in bar
Very friendly staff, hotel very clean and to a high standard
Lack of parking. There was on street parking but was very busy so just had to abandon car and hope for the best.
Decor and cleanliness
Noise all night from internal corridor doors and external traffic and pedestrians talking
Rooms, Building , Bar, reception, ambiance excellent.
Fan noise at rear a little tiresome Breakfast adequate.
Liked the bar and very cosy sitting area bar staff friendly
Had to go down to reception for iron board and iron
Location Entrance and bar Hall decor Size of room Staff pleasant and helpful though at times needed more on the reception. Cocktail bar was good.
Doors were heavy and banged loudly. Towels hard. Lots of noise from upstairs bathroom, sounded like a tsunami which was a shame as disturbing during the night Thin walls, we heard lots of activity when walking along the corridor
Price Location Bar area Free wifi
Hot bedroom No ventilation Poor air conditioning
Close amenities to city centre
lack of parking space

Excellent location. Reasonably priced.
This hotel operates a "Dynamic Currency Conversion" scam. That is, they apply "Dynamic Currency Conversion" to bills settled by guests using Euro zone credit or debit cards without offering you the choice between this and paying in the local currency (I imagine the same might be tried with people from other non-GBP countries such as USA etc. …). Thus, you end up paying a lot more for the bill than you would if your bank your credit card provider would apply their own exchange rate. The hotel pockets part or all of the difference - at your expense. After a nice stay otherwise, I found that very disappointing. In my case, I only paid the breakfasts that way, as the room had been prepaid, so I was ripped off by a few Euros only. However, if people pay their entire hotel bill on the spot using a non-GBP credit card, this can become quite painful. While I'm at it: The electronic key cards to open the door to my room chronically failed.
The bar was fabulously luxurious, room was very comfortable and excellent value for money, breakfast was brilliant, location is fantastic
Nice hotel, good location, nice rooms
Our internet wasn't working in our room but it was in my daughters room.
Breakfast and staff.
I got a room for disabled with no shower curtain and bad drainage for the water splashing all over the place. Toilet lid was loose. Some noise from A/C-system outside windw.
The price, location and breakfast were all excellent
The room was a bit noisy on one night I stayed
