The whole beautiful, luxurious interior of the hotel and the view of the lough. Staff were great. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom which made for very a warm uncomfortable environment at night - particularly as the weather was hot. This is why I only gave a good rating for comfort. |

A relaxing atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful location with excellent food. It will also be a superb location for golfers! I would highly recommend this hotel ( and have already done so!) to friends and family! |

The opportunity to relax in very pleasant surroundings - even though the weather was terrible. All staff were very attentive; careful attention is paid to detail; and the facilities are of a very high standard. |

Very relaxing. Plenty to do in the hotel and surrounding area. Bar food too limited. No air conditioning in bedrooms which were too warm to be comfortable. |

just about everything the location ,staff , resturant although a tad pricey,room,bed ,en-suite,spa and scenery all added up to whyat i can only describe as a santuary away from real life was unfortunate to have my stay interrupted by a fire in the hotel for which we were understandably evactuated did in some way ruin our stay at such an exsquided resort probably a once in a life time stay for ourselves on our wedding anniversary |

The staff were excellent from the minute we walked in the door. Receptionists very friendly, porters couldn't do enough for us. Maitre Dei was also superb. Didn't feel the bar staff were at the same level as the staff elsewhere in the hotel. |

Modern thoroughly comfortable. Excellent gym, pool and spa. Wonderful setting. Food very good and staff very attentive. For a 5 star hotel certain little things need attended to, no fresh orange at breakfast, biscuits or other nibbles in room. Toilet seat detached from anchorage. |
