Excellent service from the time we arrived to the time we left. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Food was delicious, and the staff in the dining room were very efficient.

We enjoyed the setting, exploring Fermanagh's countryside and loughs was lovely. Neither my daughter nor I were there for golf but no doubt golfers would view it as excellent.The staff were friendly and very helpful. Given that it is essentially a golfing resort, we were slightly disappointed that male diners did little to dress smartly. We were kept awake on Saturday night by drunken wedding guests: this is something that the hotel should have dealt with. The food in the Blaney grazing bar was poor both in quality and value for money, my beef sandwich was fairly dreadful. We were leaving early on Monday and had asked for an early breakfast, I ordered a poached egg on toast - what finally came after chasing the order was one small poached egg in the middle of a plate! Toast was brought fairly rapidly but this was not what you should get in a 5 star hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings amidst two golf courses. The staff are very very good at their job, friendly, courteous and attentive but not in your face. The restaurant food is gourmet and absolutely divine. The ambience is relaxed and comfortable-it has log fires in the reception areas, plush seating, soft music and serves afternoon tea with all the trimmings. There are also two club houses for those who prefer to dine there. We stayed in a lodge beside the main hotel and enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel-spa, pool, restaurant, bar, etc. The lodge is spacious and has self catering facilities. It was a truely wonderful experience and I recommend it to anyone who wants to excape from the world and pamper themselves. I look forward to a return visit. This was 5* comfort. We found nothing to criticise.

My husband and I had booked this as a romantic, relaxing stay and that is definitely what we had. The Thai Spa was fantastic and the Hotel location was very peaceful. The breakfast was very good. There wasn't much choice for food in the evening. One bar and a restaurant were still serving food after 7pm, but the choices were quite limited and a little expensive.

High quality facilities, friendly & helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Wine & drinks were expensive,although probably not out of line for a hotel of this quality. Food was excellent and reasonably priced.
